We had a baby shower at Rendezvous Function Room yesterday and it was incredible. The food was excellent & great value and exceeded our expectations. James couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. During the event, the staff were all absolutely lovely and went above and beyond. Guests mentioned how lovely the venue was. We will definitely be using it again in the future and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough to anyone needing a party venue in Hinckley

We had our wedding reception here and couldn't have had a better evening. Food was amazing and the bar was well stocked with a variety of drinks. Recommended DJ was brilliant and accommodated to our more rock and roll taste in music. Great outdoor terrace area too. James was so helpful and made organising the evening so easy! Would definitely recommend.

We had a party here for my wife’s 75th, there were 45 persons. A plentiful hot & cold buffet was provided at a very reasonable price. A DJ was also engaged, there was a well stocked bar again at reasonable bar prices. We all had a great night and I can thoroughly recommend this venue for a party catering for up to 50 people

We recently held our wedding reception here can not fault a thing about the whole day James kept us calm throughtout the whole preparation decoration of room was great food absolutely amazing pricing spot on as were all other arrangements James made for us. Would highly recomend for any small functions. A sincere thank you James and good luck with the new venture Billy and Calvin Andrews

We hired for a retirement party and cannot praise it enough. The room is just beautiful and the buffet was absolutely outstanding. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful before and during the evening. Everyone loved it so much, we will be hiring it again in the future.

We held our daughter’s wedding reception at Rendezvous last Saturday and everything was just perfect from start to finish. I booked this venue a little while ago for my sons 21st party, well James was fabulous from the onset. He was exceptionally flexible, always responded to questions, very amenable with requests and patient when I was trying to make my mind up on menus etc. The room was perfect, the evening was excellent. I choose a BBQ menu, wow the food was lovely, and even cooked in November outdoors!! James certainly values your custom and enjoys providing the service for you. Thank you James I shall certainly return for future events.

We held my daughter's baby shower here yesterday. I'd never been before but had heard good things about it. We weren't disappointed! It's the perfect venue for a small gathering. The staff were attentive and so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. James was present constantly for anything we needed. The buffet was amazing. Everyone really enjoyed their food and it was such good value. The decor is lovely. Very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended. The only slight down side is the parking. It's a small car park that is shared with the gym and difficult to get a space. We managed to park on the road.

I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough! We hired the room for my parents 40th wedding anniversary party and it was perfect. James was helpful from enquiry right through until the day of the party. The food was absolutely amazing, there was more than enough and all the guests were really complimentary. Unfortunately I didn't get the ladies name, but she was working on the bar, she was also really helpful and personable, which makes such a difference at these events. i recently held a party at the rendezvous in hinckley the room is lovely, james the chef produced a fantastic hot meal for me not the usual buffet, it was piping hot with veg cooked to perfection. would totally recommend this venue if you are looking for a smaller room i had 35 guests with proper seating gfor all.

Came here for a friend's hen do, what a night! Drinks were reasonably priced and the food was really good.... The bar man wore only an apron and has the cutest asss what more can you ask for on a hen do!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thanks again for a great night....

This venue is actually great in so many ways. It's the perfect size to hold a party, all my guests commented about the decor and the atmosphere it was so much fun. I attended this venue for a friends birthday not too long ago. Its a wonderful place, a really great size room which was beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptionally according and had clearly spent time with my friend to make sure she had everything she wanted. I don't think a lot of people are aware that this venue is in Hinckley however I would recommend it to anyone - its a real hidden gem!

Después buscando un lugar adecuado para mi hice cita cumpleaños 25 de marzo de 2017, como era el tamaño justo para mi número de clientes (40) Cuando distribuir de James en septiembre del año pasado me pareció muy servicial como James explicó los costos y menús que eran muy razonable y justo lo que queríamos. .

James and the team regularly host the events for the charity A Gift To Lift. Last Thursday they organised the room to seat over 45 people, they set up a speaker system for the quiz master and put on a delicious curry buffet for us. There was a vegetarian selection too as requested! The drinks are very reasonably priced and ample staff to serve drinks and also look after the catering. We also use Rendezvous for our Grand National event where James provides a large projector screen for the races and there is also a flat screen T.V. at the same time, (There is a bookmakers around the corner also) I have attended many functions here including engagement parties and christenings where the food is always lovely and the bands, singers and D.J.s have plenty of room to entertain the crowd. Thanks James and the team for supporting A Gift To Lift.

Esta fue la primera vez que reservamos Rendezvous y realmente no sabía qué esperar, pero el momento en que entramos en James fue muy servicial y nos dio todo lo que había solicitado. El buffet era perfecto y abundante, con todo el mundo comentando sobre lo que había sido un puesto. El personal era muy amable y se desvivió para asegurarse que todo el mundo era bien atendidos. Celebrated my 50th birthday here 2 years ago with 30 quests. Lovely venue and the food was amazing. Everyone said they had a lovely time and so did i. Would recommend this to friends/family.

Hired the room for a wake on a afternoon. All of the friends and family commented on how nice the room and food was. It was an ideal location, clean and comfortable. The owner James was great and shown respect. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a get together for around 50+ people.

Had a fantastic Christmas party here. Absolutely delicious Christmas dinner prepared for us catering for 70 people which included traditional roast turkey dinner, baked salmon and a nut roast in copious amounts. Just the right size room with a bar. The owner James and his are so courteous and helpful. Great resident DJ - Matty Hogg too.We will always be having our family celebrations here from now on.I highly recommend this venue.

Had my 21st birthday party here a few months ago, such a great venue. Staff were very friendly and everybody commented on how amazing the food was. Lovely place!

Rendezvous is a clean friendly place with great people to help you with any event you have planned, we have been to loads of event here and every time we have been to an event the food has been amazing always an above and beyond. the drinks are well priced so it doesn't mean you have to stop drinking due to lack of funds and the beer is on tap and served by friendly bar staff always happy to help.the parties we have been to have been excellent the dj is superb and always gets people up for a good dance and keeps them on the dance floor (its very rare to find a dj that actually knows what their doing!!) the venue is clean and most of all friendly nothing worse than not enjoying the environment your in! all in all I give it 5 stars (would be more but only went up to 5*'s) recommend to anyone and everyone brilliant place!

We had our little girls christening here on Sunday and the venue was great. Perfect size for our nearly 50 guests. Everyone said how amazing the food was, it was so fresh and such great value for money. The bar was reasonably prices and we'll staffed, they were all really attentive too. I had never been here before Sunday 17th August. This was after the christening of my great nephew. My niece and her husband had arranged a barbecue buffet. I enjoyed it immensely, and listening to comments around me so did a lot of people. The sausages were very tasty and there was a good selection of cheeses. There were burgers, chicken, vegetarian options, salads and new potatoes as well. A lot of people enjoyed the colourful and tasty fruit salad. It was a good sized room with a bar. The few staff worked hard. A good time was had by all.
