The food was so nice it came out really fast I loved every bit of it can wait to go back it was one of the best baby showers ever the decor was so good out together but the team at the tearoom the staff was so nice the 2 young girls working there was so nice they was both very chatty they wanted to make sure we was all okay and that the drinks was good and I can’t forget to say a massive thank you to Leanna she was amazing can’t wait to come back hope your always her cuz I love coming in to the tearooms thank you

Had a great afternoon here for my sister's hen do back in January 🎂🍰🫖☕ Everything was really well organised and Leanne was great to communicate with prior to the booking. All the hen decorations, table decorations and games etc for the kids were all well thought of and prepared. Food and drinks were amazing and all 28 people who attended really enjoyed themselves thank you again. I would highly recommend 💕

Visited for a birthday afternoon tea. Opted for the luxury option and we were not disappointed! Home made quiche and sausage rolls served with salad and crisps and homemade coleslaw. We were then served a selection of finger sandwiches made with the most delicious fresh bakery bread. Scones with jam and clotted cream, brownies and home baked cake garnished with strawberries. Bottomless pot of tea. It was excellent all round and fantastic value for money. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Thank you Leanne and your team, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We've just had a wonderful afternoon tea as a surprise for my mum's 60th and Leanne did it perfectly. The room was lovely, the freshly made food was gorgeous and the service was brilliant. She catered for our dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended, thank you to all the staff!

We went for Mother’s Day afternoon tea, which we’d booked in advance. Definitely glad we did as the food was lovely. Fresh and homemade. The sandwiches were as fresh as we could have possibly asked for! Scones and the cakes were lovely. They were understandably busy and whilst we waited for the main food the staff brought us all complimentary bowls of snacky crisps and refreshed the drinks. They apologised for the wait, but it really wasn’t so bad as it gave us time for a tea/coffee and chat before the food came which was actually nice as didn’t feel rushed at all. Some places make you feel like you need to be in and out on busy event days. It is quite a small tea room so do be prepared to move your chair out the way so people can get by you to their table if you sit at the far end. Really good value as well. It was £17.95 so for 4 people £71.80. Service and good were good with unlimited drinks so tipped and paid £80. Photo taken after we forgot and ate some sandwiches.

Leanne provided catering for our family event. High quality customer service and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Phoned from 11am and few times after to see if i could book a table for that day but no answer. Little bit disappointed to find this closed when we got there at 11:30 when it stated on google it was opening at 11:00. Board outside stated 10:30. We ended up going to another lovely tea room and on the way back it was still closed. Can’t score any higher than 1 star as didn’t get to go in, but this is no reflection on the food or service. I will definitely phone and try to book a table for another time as the reviews are brilliant and webpage looks amazing.

We Visited on a Saturday for a baby shower. I cannot fault any of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious, the bottomless tea was fab! We will definitely be back thank you

Booked afternoon tea here for my Mum and Dad, for their wedding anniversary treat. Communication with Leanne was fab. She was so so helpful in letting me know what would be include. When I told her what I was booking for, she offered to make it nice and special for them and decorated their table in their fab colours and placed some chocolate hearts on the table too. A fuss was made of them too, when they arrived. Feedback from parents was the food was delicious and everyone attended to them lovely. They left nice and full with a little doggy bag too. Thank you Leanne, really appreciate the fab service, before during and even after when you texted to check if everything went OK for them!

The Vintage Table Tea Rooms catered for us for our daughters 6th birthday party, the food was delicious, there were plenty of options to pick from and a generous amount of food for all of our little guests. We had great, friendly communication throughout. We were a little delayed in returning the food trays back due to my little boy being unwell, Leanne was very understanding and compassionate, she even sent home a goodie box for us all. My parents wanted go out somewhere to eat today and my mum invited me to come here I enjoyed my hot chocolate but I think it could’ve been mixed better but cottage pie was really good and I’d 100% order it again the lady was nice if the opportunity comes up again I’ll gladly go

I was really disappointed with The Vintage Table Tea Rooms. The sandwiches were dry and tasteless, the cakes were stale and the tea was served luke-warm. The service was also slow and uninterested. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

My husband ordered takeaway afternoon tea for my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious And My plate was empty in no time. I would recommend buttercream tearoom to anyone. Thank you ❤️

Having been to many tea lounges and shops, I have to say I didn't think I could find much better but The Vintage Table Tea Rooms was amazing. The interior decore was peaceful and relaxing and the tea selection was large. Will be back again!

We had a baby shower/ afternoon tea here today for 23 people. I cannot fault this place. The service was exemplary the staff were friendly and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. The food was exemplary, the time taken to cater for people’s dietary requirements was outstanding . The decorations were fabulous. All in all a most wonderful afternoon. We visited this lovely little cafe , for the first time last week . We attended for afternoon tea ( we had the standard option ) . The staff were lovely and welcoming , and nothing was too much trouble . The standard afternoon tea came with finger sandwiches , crisps , cake and lovely homemade scones with jam and clotted cream . There was also unlimited tea or filter coffee . Everything was lovely and fresh , and great value . I don't think we would have been able to eat the luxury option which came with quiche and sausage roll . We had a lovely time , and will definitely go back . I,d say the scones were the nicest I,ve had in this country .

Amazing service! Staff very helpful! Leanne helped me out last minute after I was let down by another company last minute. Leanne was quick to help and I couldn’t be more grateful. Food was amazing and the price was also brilliant for what we had! Will definitely be coming back next time and recommending to others!

Went for my other half’s 30th and absolutely loved it. Requested the table to be decorated and she had gone above and beyond. Food was home made, decorated beautifully and service was amazing. We ended up taking home some cakes as there was so much food! Really enjoyed it - thankyou so much!

I have been ordering the cheese and meat platter now for 3 years from The Vintage Table Tea Rooms. This is my ‘go to’ gift for my Nan and Grandad for their birthdays, as they really do not want for much. Leanne is always so lovely and accommodating, even when I request a platter at short notice. They deliver bang on time, at the time I request, and even this year, my Grandparents didn’t hear the door and without any complaints delivery was done later that day. My Grandparents absolutely love it, and say it gets better each year! The price is brilliant and the service from Leanne and her team is second to none. The perfect gift, or Saturday lunch! My daughter wanted an afternoon tea for her baby shower so we chose to go to the Vintage table tea rooms. The tea rooms had a section that was decorated beautifully for the occasion. We chose the standard afternoon tea which was £9.95 per head. The food was lovely and presented beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were attentive, helpful and polite. My daughter had a lovely time. We would 100% recommend afternoon tea here. Thankyou for an amazing few hours xx

Having booked a luxury afternoon tea the four of us were in for quite a surprise. The table and cutlery was dirty which the lady did change while apologising and saying it must have been missed - we had been drinking tea for the last 45 minutes from the cups already on the table when we arrived - she assured us they would have been ok. Having waiting almost an hour for the food to arrive it was far from luxurious and more what you would find at a child’s party buffet. Perfectly ok but not at all luxurious. Ham & tomato, beef, chicken salad and more ham & tomato held together with a generous layer or margarine. Sausage roll, quiche and cakes that were not home baked. To be honest it was a mess, we did start to think the hour delay was due to them running out of food and we basically had what ever was left over. To top off our visit when a table next to us was being cleared the lady squirted neat bleach onto the table and started wiping while at the same time another lady was laying out cutlery on the same table. The smell was dreadful, there were little children at another table and after we mentioned this she did apologise and opened the door but then walked off leaving the bleach bottle on the table. It was so bad it was funny, you couldn’t have made it up.

We found The Vibtage Table Tea Rooms whilst exploring round Hinkley (we were staying near by on a lodge holiday). Our little one was in her element as they did a children's afternoon tea with unlimited tea! Both of the ladies that served us were so welcoming and polite. The sandwhiches were lovely with lots of choice of fillings to choose from - much better than other places I've visited as I've not been given the choice often! The cakes and scones were amazing and home made. The scones were that fresh that, they were still warm when served to us and you could smell the baking 🥰 Only downside is we went to return on Thursday before we left and it had closed early...presumably because everything had sold out haha! Thank you very much for our lovely afternoon tea :)

Popped in today for coffee and cake. Service was prompt and staff are very friendly. The chcolate cake was delicious and very well priced.

Not being able to go out for my birthday today we took the decision to have an Afternoon Tea delivered. What a real treat it was, Freshly made beautifully made sandwiches of varies types, large pieces of scrumptious cakes, lovely large scones and plenty of cream, jam and coleslaw. Sausage rolls, pork pie and quiche - we were spoilt ! Thoroughly delicious and highly recommended,

My daughter had her baby shower here. Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellent and even though there was several pushchairs for them to work round and differing dietary requirements every request was met with a smile.

I booked my baby shower here on Sunday and had an amazing day. The place was decorated lovely and created such a calm and laid back atmosphere. We also had the place to ourselves due to booking for a set amount of people which o think made it even more special. The afternoon tea itself was incredible. It was so nice to have more savoury options as well as cakes as most afternoon teas don’t do that. All of the staff were super lovely and made you feel right at home. I messaged quite a lot before attending my baby shower with various questions and always got a prompt response. Some of my guests has gluten intolerances as well and this was all catered for. One of my guests even said her gluten free scone was the best she’d ever had and the owner even gave us the recipe she uses which was so lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking for a baby shower. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll have the best day.

Recently had afternoon tea here with my two sisters. Food and service were excellent . As were the staff, particularly Donna. Nothing was too much trouble.

We turned up for a late lunch with no booking as we had noticed the sign from the street. We were very impressed with our food, drinks and service. Would definitely return if we were in the area again

Went for morning coffee with a friend as it was her birthday. Scones were delicious but disappointed that latte coffee not available with skimmed milk.

The place was nice, staff very friendly but food could have been better, the strawberries were mouldy and the turkey sliced meat in sandwich on selection was grisly. Cake tasty and lovely scones.Would return but not first choice.

Fabulous afternoon tea. One of the best I've ever had. The most amazing sandwiches, really good selection of fillings on what has to be one of the best breads I've ever eaten. Leanne catered for my mother in laws funeral this week. We wanted a intimate homely wake as Marlene didn't drink or believe in drinking at funerals.from start to finish the compassion and personal corespondance we received was second to none. The attention to detail was so lovely nothing was to much trouble at all and everyone commented on the lovely food if you want something special proper home cooked food I would highly recommend.reasonably priced the china and presentation was beautiful and we even gave them a key to the house so they could set up while we were at the funeral. They came back the next day to collect there china even spending time to chat with my father in law and called me to check I was ok honestly well done leanne you made such a hard time so memorable and we as a family can't thank you enough.

Lovely tea pots and cups good choice on menu very friendly staff and chatted to us as they served. Home made cakes were HUGE and you can take away a piece with you.

A few ladies and I came here for my cousin's hen party, it was lovely and intimate. Leanne the owner could not do enough for us, and tried her best to cater to our needs which she did very successfully. I'd definitely come here again.

We booked on a Sunday for a friend's baby shower. Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, the portions were generous and it all tasted amazing - especially the scones! I am vegetarian and you can often feel short changed having a vegetarian option but not here! One of the best vegetarian afternoon teas I have had. The two ladies who were working (this was on the 10th of Feb 2019) were delightful, so friendly and couldn't do more for us and the decor was lovely. Very strongly recommend this place :)

I organised a baby shower for my sister in law Hollie here! What can I say! Lianne and Marie were absolutley amazing, they both couldnt do enough for us and always asked us if we needed anything, they were both very chatty and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. I contacted Lianne by email to arrange a date and find out about the place first, and she responded straight the way and made it very clear on pricing and what it involved and party packages. The amount of time we spent there was 4hours, and we were absolutley delighted with the food, the atomosphere was great and we had a wonderful time. Leanne even went out of her way to make all of the guests some favours and added special finishing touches to the room. We will deffinitley be visiting again. The food was fresh and they even catered for my sister inlaw who has a dairy intolerence and made sure she had everything including homemade dairy free cake, scones and even clotted cream. You can tell that they are very passionate about giving their customers the best experience. Lianne kept in contact with me the whole time and asked me if there was anything I needed she was more than willing to help.

My friend and I had afternoon tea here today as a little treat and it was yummy. We had the luxury option which consisted of delicious sandwiches, sausage rolls, homemade quiche, choice of cake, scones, endless tea and Pimms. Really great little place to visit. The owner Leanne was lovely and nothing was too much trouble and she and her staff were very attentive checking if we needed re-fills etc. Would highly recommend. Lauren x

Leanne and her assistant catered for my husband's 70th birthday party at a local church hall and it was lovely - the home made cakes being especially good. Leanne herself was extremely helpful even taking last minute changes in her stride.

Extremely disapointed! (not worth a penny for a themed party and) I would not recomend it for children's themed parties. I booked the theme party pack for my little one's birthday party unfortunately I ended up decorating the party myself - plates, cups, napkins, themed table centerpieces and party bags,all of which I brought myself. I was only given a table cloth and 3 very cheap quality baloons by the cafe.

Called here just for a drink, but after looking at the menu decided to stay for lunch. Friendly service. Clean and tidy tea room. I chose the home made lasagne, described as being served with side salad and garlic bread. The lasagne portion was starter sized with a salad garnish of half a dozen leaves of spinach and rocket, two slices of cucumber, one slice of tomato and a small amount of red onion. Not a side salad at all.

I took my mum for breakfast at this tea room recently and I must say we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Great food, friendly service and a lovely traditional decor. Highly recommended 👍 I'll be back again when I next visit my friends in Hinckley.

Have just got back from Afternoon tea, absolutely first rate. The service was fantastic, were made to feel more than welcome. There was no rushing for us to finish our food and leave. The food all freshly made with a great choice, all served on lovely traditional China tea sets .Carrot Cake was delicious and serving size more than enough. Will definitely be going back, as other choices on the menu to try. Atmosphere was very comfortable, not the least bit sterile like some places can be. All in all, I can't think of any better way to spend a couple of hours.

This tea room is little gem of a place we went there this afternoon I can highly recommend this place its smashing the ladies that run this establishment are second to none their hosting skills are brilliant lovely ambience its so relaxed beautiful décor food lovely I have been to a few tea rooms and this is the best I have been to will for sure be back

You are welcomed with a friendly smile, they make all their own cakes and scones. Breakfast is catered for all Traditional uncut bread whitch can be toasted. The afternoon tea is great value for money, they offer a child's afternoon tea also.
