I came here for a wedding celebration, and it was a perfect place to hold it. Not too big, not too small, a decent selection of drinks (including a Swedish IPA!). The staff mae sure there was enough seating as the evening went on and there seemed to be a constant supply of chips once the food came out

Always fresh made food from the best ingredients. Always served with a friendly smile from the Pie Man van. Good value and fair prices. Good range of food including vegan choices

We were looking forward to a curry all day, but this was a huge letdown. Payment was taken immediately, yet my partner still had to wait 20 minutes while the food presumably sat getting cold. The mixed grill was dry, lukewarm, and missing the naan. The biryani had barely any meat, and the daal was bland. For a place with a 4.6 rating and higher prices, this was incredibly disappointing. Would not recommend.

A fantastic traditional pub. Well worth a visit. Great ales and hospitality.

A group of 4 friends dined here on what was a busy Saturday evening.Service was fairly quick, could be a little bit friendlier. Food was all good and even got a sweet dish at the end of meal and clean hot towel.

The Weavers is a very welcoming place. The staff are warm and welcoming and service is excellent, worth a visit.

The Ashby Tavern has undergone a lovely make over and the team working there are very welcoming. We have visited The Ashby Tavern several times since it's reopened and we've had a fab time every time. We would highly recommend paying it a visit as a group of friends, couple or with the family there is something for everyone. Paul and Natalie x

Our local been going for years but sadly rarely go now, find this place not very friendly and very 'Clickey', it's a shame, go next door now and much nicer pleasant friendly atmosphere. RE your reply-thanks for replying-we'll try and pop in soon
