The union is a brilliant place to come for a drink and a laugh also if you want to watch the football come over to the hinkley! The staff are very friendly and I defo recommend the union for a lovely time!!!

Great pub, great atmosphere, top notch landlord… only one thing missing and that’s Janine!! Miss her face… #BRINGBACKJANINE. Honestly all the staff are great, music, drinks offers, door staff and regulars.. definitely a place to be if you want a good time.

If you want to feel like you are back in school Place to be Toilets stink Never any loo roll Bar staff and landlord drunk I shouted to be served and the bloke didn't even work there but was quite happy behind bar just being a prat Garden nice but staff quite happy letting drugs being used and dealt Underage drinking

72 Keats LaneThe Dog and Gun is a homely mock Tudor 1932 pub with many original features. The friendly staff and regulars created a welcoming and enjoyable environment to spend the day with family or friends. Private areas were available and the garden is open and well-kept, with astro turf for children to run around on and two outdoor shelters. I spent a great evening playing pool in a separate room to the rest of the pub adjacent to a section of the bar where we could still place orders. Hot food is sometimes available and becoming more common now, which is very enjoyable. And fresh cheese and onion cobs are available daily, to go with drinks. I highly recommend giving this place a visit.
