Just across Bath St from Specsavers, the coffee here is really good - we both enjoyed our latte and flat white. There is also a selection of cakes. I've been here a few times now and really recommend it

We got Burgers from jay’s on the recommendation of a mate & it was 1000% worth it! We would get them all the time if we lived locally! Well worth the price and really filling! We had the New York Burgers & a portion of dirty fries eat which were amazing. Will definitely be revisiting when we’re next in the area as the food is legendary!

Hidden away at the bottom of Bath St is an absolute gem of a mini deli selling all manner of delicious fresh made cobs & deli items. Staff super friendly & welcoming everything reasonably priced I pranced out of there with my French stick feeling very parisienne 😂

Popped in for Cappuccino with friend, decided to have a chicken wrap too which was delicious, lovely warm and friendly cafe

Good service, a very young girl waitress who you could tell was new but very friendly and attentive. The food came out timely. Could of been hotter. I would suggest to the owners to put the heating on, I had to wear my coat as it was very cold in there. Just an observation from a customer's view and constructive criticism. Food very good.

Its 1 of the best cafes in ilkeston and the food is freshly cooked to order the drinks are nice too and all the staff are very friendly polite too and other customers are friendly too who come into the cafe

About to go into the shop to discuss a birthday cake but was put off by the angry staff shouting rude comments to a lady who was videoing a mishap on bath Street not sure the lady was right or wrong but she never argued back with them but the 2 ladies who was helping a fellow shop keeper pick stuff up where VERY rude and aggressive towards the lady and several times repeatedly went up to the lady's face in a very intimidating way

Being a Sunday night it was fairly quiet. Staff obliging. Atmosphere was good despite lack of punters. Would go again without any issues

The food here is always incredible, very much in my opinion Village style, Mughal orientated menu. Staff are friendly, attentive and service is always spot on even when busy. The complimentary aperitif is always welcome to. My personal favourites are Joy Pur or Nobijong Jhal. We also dined here for Christmas lunch having the set menu at £45 ea and it was amazing. Ambience is somewhat lacking but don't let it put you off, best curry in Ilkeston.

We have been George’s customers for years - never again! Ordered a large haddock and received what looks to have been a large blobfish - tasted awful too. Chips and chicken nuggets were some way away from the quality we’ve been used to and there wasn’t salt and vinegar on either order. Could usually shrug it off but at just over forty quid, I’ve had a total sense of humour failure.

Amazing pub for families, the food is so nice and the customer service you receive is out of this world. Well worth a visit. Always welcomed with a smile especially off Emma ☺️
