Awesome, friendly staff, even better food - The Prawn Man! I go out of my way to come to this cob shop. Best Prawn cob in the Midlands.

Called in for coffee and had one of Karen's specials, a toasted bagel with cream cheese and crispy bacon, it was so tasty and perfectly cooked. Took home a boxed salad for my tea, it was excellent. Not overpriced which was an extra bonus. Food is made to order, customer can see what they getting so they know it is fresh. Would recommend.

We often struggle to decide where to go for lunch in our office and decided to try this little shop. We had Jacket Potatoes and they were yummy! XL potato with a perfectly crisp skin, fluffy inside, not too much butter and you could tell the cheese and beans were not a "Value" brand. Only £2.90 for 2 fillings too so really competitive. the lady in shop was really nice too. Recommend and will definitely be going back to try the Toasties/Paninis and Omlettes!

Superb buffet. We asked Karen Shaw from the sandwich shop to supply buffet for the tea after mother in law’s funeral. The sandwich’s were freshly made plentiful and different flavours. There was little tarts, pizza slices, chicken drumsticks, and more. To finish the cakes were delicious. All displayed on silver trays and delivered on time to the village hall. We cannot thank her enough it was enjoyed by all. With lovely comments from those present. If you are looking for a buffet caterer then Karen is a definite must you will not be disappointed.

Two very lovely ladies served me today for a wrap, and it was lovely! I ordered another for later and the lady even walked out of her place to give it me (which she didn’t have to) and just as nice the second time around. Thank you very much, from the girl in the red coat x

Precioso sándwich fresco baguete hizo mientras espera, un montón de diferentes rellenos de agua caliente/fría, amplio abundante y delicioso. Agua caliente/fría, bebidas, patatas y ensalada cajas chaqueta pasteles también disponibles. No estoy seguro acerca de la experiencia de comer, ya que sólo hay una mesa y no parece atractivo, en mi opinión esto es más un sitio para comer.

Ilkeston has a couple of sandwich shops down this area but none as fresh as south perk. The service is friendly and a good menu. The price is reasonable on all food
