Great food, probably the best. Nice people also probably the best. Lost one star in the atmosphere category due to exterior appearance a bit shabby. From the appearance we wondererd if it was closed or closed down. Happily was open when we tried the door.

Love this place. I've been going here for over 4 years now and never once had bad service or meal.

We went a couple of weeks ago purely because it says they serve vegan food & indeed they do ..... but only the hot, spicy dishes. The milder ones - korma, pasanda etc although they could easily be made vegan by using coconut milk or creamed coconut instead of cream are not vegan so if you only like mild curries like I do then it's a problem. Initially I thought I could only have a plate of chips & it did spoil the evening because it was upsetting but I ended up having a starter (mushroom bhaji) & some boiled rice.

Take away review, we've been going here for many years obviously happy, but since covid the prices are crazy, we had a sit down meal lager was £4.50 but a glass of soda water was |£5!!! I told them it's free in pubs and restaurants. So we didn't eat in again. Last night we had a take away which before covid was under |£19, for the exact meal as we always have the same last night was £32+ after me complaining it was reduced to £29.75. We can get 3 Mc Donald's meals or 2 Chinese for less than that. We will be going to Mowgli in Nottingham for a sit in meal from now on, a top class restaurant and pay only £40 including drinks. Had out last meal at Radhuni.

Really good food the best in Ilkeston by a country mile for a curry but a really good evening ruined by the price for a single 25ml baileys £7.00!! Every thing is was superb but left feeling like I’d been ripped off.

Visiting the area and decided to try a takeaway tandoori mixed grill. Tiniest portion I have ever seen. Only about a fifth of what I receive from my local Balti Hut in Middlesbrough. Still hungry when I had finished it. TOTAL RIP OFF Definitely not recommended

Awful ! By far the worst Indian in Ilkeston and that is saying something .. SHOCKING..

Wonderful food don't get me wrong! Always love the curries from here. But it almost seems like every time I make a order it gets more and more expensive not to mention on a order over £50 we didn't receive any freebies like we always used to such as the red chicken or potatoes and maybe a extra couple poppadoms. Just not the same experience anymore.

Booked for a family get together 14 in total, from the minute we walked in we were met with lovely staff, once sat down the waiters came and took our drinks order which came in good time, then the food order was taken, the food was Superb all very tasty and everyone was really happy with the portion size and quality, the atmosphere was great and we all felt very well looked after, facilitates were also good, the prices are also very reasonable, all in all a great experience from start to finish, so if you are in or around Ilkeston it’s well worth a visit

Been many times ,and normally ok for a local Indian,but the last few times,it has lost something ,very bland and tasteless.

Arrived for booking time 8pm didn't get seated till 8:31pm asked for drinks while waiting never got served no apologies for having to wait. Starter was nice main very poor no apologies for anything

We have had a nice meal here previously (around a year ago). Decor not brilliant and seats could do with an upgrade. However on our visit last week, we had a mixed experience . The food was mostly nice but chicken a little dry in places. What has tainted this experience the most was being charged £9 for two cokes that we know for sure were poured straight for a plastic bottle that you can get from Tescos. Not sure this made sense when a coke was £2.50 in the menu for a standard size. The mark-up was quite considerable. Probably won’t be revisiting

Normally a safe 4 to 5 stars - food was excellent as always. However, tonight’s order cost over £5 more than advertised. This led to a very embarrassing exchange on our doorstep where we had to transfer money to the delivery girl’s account as you insist on money only payment. We phoned the restaurant to confirm whether prices had increased and were told they had. This is not the issue: we accept everything is more expensive at the moment but PLEASE inform your customers of price changes so they can choose whether or not order. This price increase is not reflected in any online advertising. We would have been totally happy to go with the price increases if we were aware of them. After being consistent and reliable customers, we will not be ordering again.

This is the bench mark for Indian food. The food is top notch and the service is excellent. Parking is right outside the door. Usually comes with a complimentary sizzling dish with your meal and a free drink afterwards.

We had a lovely meal, tasty tandoori chicken and two naan. Then when we came to pay the bill we were unpleasantly surprised to find we'd paid £4.95 for a bottle of Buxton water. Obviously they thought we wouldn't ask for an itemized receipt. A bitter end to what would have been a lovely meal. Good food but ask for your receipt.

The food is ok. Company was a bit dubious some very loud locals all eating chips and chicken tikka. Veg dishes nice and nans are lovely. King prawn Puri a bit greasy on the pastry. The special meat dish a bit odd and too many bones! Place needs a little update but service good.

Not the best looking most inviting Indian I've been to but don't be put off by its bland decor stale ambiance as the food is gorgeous. My Chicken Shashlik was amazing and probably one of the best I've had, my colleague said his Chicken Tikka Biriani was the best he's had and I really enjoyed my chef special Joy Pour!

Shocking service table booked in advance although restaurant only half full left standing at door for over 15 mins ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to eat won't bother again

I’ve seen rats at the back of the restaurant and there’s also an old freezer at the back as well, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to bring ur friends and/or family to eat or drink

The restaurant lacks ambience, we were the only ones in, but my god the service and quality of food more than makes up for it, quite simply one of the nicest, most delicious curries I've ever eaten, I will definitely be back. Amazing.

I like raduni but went last monday I'm very picky but i love a prawn porie crispy pancakes with prawns and coriander love them but Monday it was like a thick slice of uncooked pastry i could not eat it they were very good though they took it of the bill xx

I've frequently had takeaways but never eaten in before. I wish I had sooner, as food was fantastic! No one had any complaints about the food or service....and the price was reasonable too! Must try place for curry-lovers.

Excellent food, great atmosphere great price well worth a visit

Used to rave about this place how nice it was but what has happened. The chicken isn’t chicken anymore doesn’t look or taste like it. We tried it again and it was the same very disappointing. We found 2 pieces of metal scourer in my pilau rice the chicken korma was like water, the poppadoms was very nice but the mango chutney has definitely been watered down to make it go further that is not good it didn’t even stick to the poppadom just ran off like water there was no flavour to it all. 3 times it hasn’t been good so sorry to say Radhuni you have lost our custom we have found a relish 1 in Eastwood called burka express their mango is so thick and tasty and absolutely outstanding

No frills establishment but cracking curries!

Had a very nice curry, extremely tasty. All the other dishes people had were also excellent, but if you're looking for heat, you won't find it here. The hottest curry on the menu wasn't that hot, but it was very very good. Prices aren't the cheapest, but not exorbitant either. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, despite us being quite drunk.

Got a takeaway from here for the first time last night. Never used them before but my old regular curry house had closed. Wasn't sure what to expect but was certainly not disappointed. The range of dishes on offer was very good especially the vegetarian options, 4 out of 5 of us are vegetarian. The food was ready on time and was excellent. The price was also very reasonable. Will certainly be using them again. Our new favourite curry house, wish we had gone there before.

Food was decent although the pickles/chutney were a bit odd, staff were friendly and seeing as it was a weeknight, it was practically deserted so it didn't take too long.

Shocking service its our first ever time ordering.. never got our food got told delivery would be around a hour then a hour and half later we decided to ring them I got pasted around on the phone to different people working there for them to tell me sorry for this we will be another 10mins waste of time and effort wouldnt even give you 1 star

Visited tonight for the first time with my son, daughter and husband. We were all very impressed. All tables were full so it was busy but despite this we were looked after very well by the staff. Wait times for food and drinks were short. My husband claims this to be the best curry he's ever had! If your looking for friendly hard working staff, fantastic food and to pay a more than reasonable price then this is a great place to visit. I'm sure we will be returning. A big thank you to all the staff for a very enjoyable evening. 👍

Been to this restraunt 4 times now.went again last nite 8 of us... food was delicious , but the staff are not very good yes they are friendly, when we got there they didn't approach us to say good evening we sat and waited eventually we went over to the bar ourselves to get drinks.4 more customer then came in.who preceded to get served before us.we had to ask for the menus.then ask again for them to take our order 4 of us he finnished our starters before the other 4 got there's.this was the same with the main.no one came over to see if we we're ok and enjoying the food.i think a bit more customer service I needed here.

The wait to get seated and to get served was a bit long. It was busy but it did appear a bit haphazard. Didn't get the same waiter twice... However the food was delicious and well worth the money we paid for it.

Bang on and I go far and wide for a great curry

Firstly let me say that the first time we ate here we all thought it excellent , with very reasonable prices , tonight however was a polar opposite, a very long wait, "in total popadums and curry 1.5 hours" some oil fields in Kuwait has seen less oil than our Currys had , so unfortunately we will not be returning

Well all I can say is don't judge this Indian on its takeaway food as I did, the takeaway I had was extremely greasy however I thought why not go in and try and bot was I blown away, the service was swift, the food was fresh and the cobra flowed nicely. We were even given a complimentary dish of tandoori chicken and offered a liqueur at the end of the night. Well worth considering for both eat in and takeaway

I visited my son and family this evening. We had a takeaway and it was one of the best I've tasted, fantastic. My son went to collect the meal, but had quite a wait, this was because some staff were late for work due to roadworks. I was very impressed that he was offered a drink because of the wait. That's what I call good service

Staff were really friendly and polite if occasionally slightly forgetful (definitely forgivable as the restaurant was packed and they constantly had deliveries coming and going). The food was incredibly good, just the right amount of spice and a great atmosphere - would highly recommend
