What a lovely place! We stopped in to grab some snacks for the trip home (yes, he really did both waffles and the cheesecake without blinking). Staff were so lovely and friendly. Doughnuts, waffles and cheesecake all come highly recommended.

My parents own a chalet on the park and I visit multiple times a year. The food is great the entertainment is great. The owners are very friendly. I visit again in a week's time and will deffinatly be visiting again with a visiting gift.

We went out as a family group of 9 (2 kids) on our last night. We ordered at the bar as the QR code only had certain meals on it. At least 2 meal choices were unavailable. Kids eat for a pound and tbh I wouldn't have paid that for the size (Asda do better £1 kids meals) Thr spaghetti bolognese was just a lump of mince on some plain spaghetti, no visible sauce. I had veggie curry that had a bitter aftertaste and the mango chutney was grey, not that I had anything to dip since the poppadums were absent. The entire floor was so sticky like it had been cleaned with syrup. If it hadn't been for the fact we had children and young people with us we would have left straight away. All in all not what I expected for either the price or a Haven camp

We visited twice whilst on Holiday to watch the Play Off for League two, found the service to be excellent along with the food, the Chicken and Bacon Panini were really nice and very reasonably priced. We are back in August and will definitely visit again.

Right where do I start we ordered 8 meals which came to £132 which for what we got was absolutely shocking one of the meals was a mixed grill which was £23 absolute day light robbery the food was rock hard and couldn't even be eaten. The chips were rock hard on every meal and couldn't be eaten . And as for the burgers it was like eating an ice hockey puck rock hard.all the garlic bread was also burnt and also rock hard . So my advice is head to the local wetherspoons 🤣🤣 never again

Chalet was beautiful very clean, warm and comfortable. Chalet park very rundown glad we only used for 1 night stopover on long drive

Booked here for a Sunday Carvery with a large group (11 people). When we arrived the table wasn’t ready but the staff were very informative and directed us to the bar to wait and gave a buzzer to alert us to when the table was ready. The carvery was great with plenty of options to suit all. The venue was VERY busy but the staff were friendly and warm while being very busy. Would certainly visit again if in the area

Would like to share how disappointed I am while being here over the weekend on the 10th may A female member of staff working at burger king went to the toilet wearing her 1 blue glove used the toilet then walked out not even washing her hands still wearing the blue glove to then go back and serve customers. The hygiene there is very poor. Why had this not been seen by her management and why does she think this is acceptable behaviour. There is cctv which can see her acting that way. I have also put a complaint in about this as this is not something that should be happing.

We have ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. Arrived fast and was delicious. Thank you 😊
