Would like to share how disappointed I am while being here over the weekend on the 10th may A female member of staff working at burger king went to the toilet wearing her 1 blue glove used the toilet then walked out not even washing her hands still wearing the blue glove to then go back and serve customers. The hygiene there is very poor. Why had this not been seen by her management and why does she think this is acceptable behaviour. There is cctv which can see her acting that way. I have also put a complaint in about this as this is not something that should be happing.

Probably the worst Burger King in the UK. We waited 20 minutes for the order. I noticed that the person who assembled my burger did not have gloves. In the meantime, he touched his face and the table. The fries were so over salted that it was a disaster

If I could give no stars I would, we put in our order for a certain time as to which when we got there we had to wait ages, for our order to be completely wrong as the staff were too busy standing around and talking

A small burger king with limited seating area. The staff are okay, not very talkative. My daughter wanted kids' meal chicken nuggets and chips, and the small bag of chips had about 6 chips in, so I had to go back and get large chips

I can honestly say, this was the most well presented whopper I've had in a while. All the ingredients were actually in the burger and the Angus whopper was nice. Food was hot and prepared quite quickly considering the location and rush after kids disco. Staff were friendly and I noticed the evening manager on duty was asking waiting customers if they'd been served. Hats off to all the staff, they were all great under pressure.

The order machine doesn’t work, less space with fewer seats, customer service is poor, and I ordered latte and cappuccino, the staff can’t told me which one is latte and which one is cappuccino.

Waited at front of queue at counter for about ten mins waiting to be served before leaving. There was only one member of staff at the counter who was shouting out order numbers. Nobody came forward for one order when another man (assuming manager) came through to the service area and shouted at the other employee which made us feel uncomfortable. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like that.

Went here for lunch to take back to the caravan- guy on the till was really canny. The food was piping hot and delicious! Didn't wait long for our food and would go back again :)

Poor experience, poor attitude from the young man taking the orders and money. Don't expect service with a smile, he looks like he doesn't want to be there, so not sure why he is! Also food hit and miss, just had meals, chips were cold, onion rings stale and fanta frozen not filled up to top, just over half way. I wouldn't bother.

I haven't been to a burger king for a while and went to the golden sands on yesterday. Although we thought there was an issue with our order there wasn't one! I went to speak to them about this issue we thought we had the wrong food but it was the right food and even though it was right the guys still offered to replace our entire order and that is what good customer service is about. Rare to see such good customer service these days. Well done guys keep up the good work.

This is my local chippy and if I’m totally honest there are far better ones in town however very few are listed on Foodhub/just eat etc, there are 5 adults living in my home and collectively we’ve made 17 orders from cod and cockerel since January and 8 of those orders have been cancelled by the chip shop 1 of which was because they “ran out of chips” we have continuously given the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough,
