Nice and clean restaurant. Came in for a coffee, which was perfect and just what I needed. Friend I was with had a cold drink. To be honest, this industry requires people to be pleased to serve you. Not Kevin and Perry it!! And have a face like they are sucking a lemon!!! I made sure it wasn't closing, but I don't think that the young person was pleased that they had to turn the coffee machine back on after they had cleaned it. I didn't have food so I can't say whether it is any good. I presume it would be. I'm only here for the day, so maybe next time I will try the food

Had a nice breakfast with my Neice's and Nephew's. Good value for money and good service. Well done.

I went in with my partner looking for a disabled toilet because not many places in the vicinity have one, I asked the young man at the till if it was a separate toilet or if it was stalls in the respective gender’s bathroom and he said “it’s men and women” with a really snarky attitude. All I asked was a simple question. I get being busy but he thought enough to give me an answer. Never coming back here.

Nice food, sorry but overpriced. But like anything else you have to shop about.

Called in here a drink and a bite to eat after a long day being whipped by the slotties. Staff were VERY accommodating with our dietary requirements. We each had a mega breakfast which was cooked to order and really enjoyed it. Would recommend.

This breakfast is the best in ingoldmells cooked to perfection, stayed hot because of the warmed plate, great value for money.

All day breakfast X4. and 4 coffees. Good value

Only had Latte and wife had milk shake and it was just what we needed after long walk on hot day.Place was very clean and tidy considering how busy it was.

Food was lovely, ordered some chips and 3 drink, accidentally gave them 2 £20 notes, when I told them, they refused to me my other £20 back, tell me they was £10 when I only just got them 2 £20 notes in my wallet. Was rude about it. Will not be returning.

New look is nice just had sausage and bacon sandwich for breakfast was really good my partner had a cheese and bacon toastie she loved it and it's open when it says it is would come back again.

Went here today looks good from the outside shame about the staff on the inside. Rude and arrogant like they are going out of there way just doing there job. Got no cutlery with our meals so went to ask for some and got the dirtiest look as if I was out or order for asking. Food was Luke warm paid for extra mushrooms and toast but got the same amount on both plates which wasn’t extra. I say toast but it was more like warm bread with half a tub of marg on it. I think the flies enjoyed the food more than we did.

Went here at just before 6pm for dinner with the family. We spent around 60 pounds and the food was ok. The wtf burgers were very filling and delicious but a tad over done. Can't really complain about the food though. The staff were moody. Instead of saying we are closing and apologizing, they took our money and huffed and puffed. When bringing food to the table we were greeted with that's yours or that's for you in a grumpy manner. As I said, good food, bad manners.

The breakfast ×3 gave my family sickness and running to toilet and there was mega breakfast 8.99 there was more meat on the flys and the rats was very friendly

Food was really good quality, and the diner itself was lovely. But the customer service of the young man behind till was appalling. Gave me a hot chocolate that was cold so I asked if he could warm it up nd he rolled his eyes. Such a shame as the food was lovely

Food here is reasonably priced, well worth what you pay. Service is swift and friendly. Well positioned so give it a try when you're in the area

No masks what so ever. Awful service Charged both me and the woman in front the wrong price. Got really grumpy when I questioned him. Awful. He looked and acted like it was the last place In the world he wanted to be. Coffee was awful too. Avoid!

If I could give 0 stars I would, went the other day and had a *mostly* ok breakfast, (beans and tomatoes were luke warm) the rest was fine, but the man that took my order was impatient, distracted, frustrated and out right rude. Went a second time just to be fair and see if it was just the busy time of day that had him flustered, I tried to order the breakfast again as it says 'breakfast served all day' and he literally said 'no', confused I said 'why? It says all day, what happened?' and he replied 'i've had enough' so outrageously rude. Toilets are rank. Hit and miss. Do NOT recommend at all!!!

IT says have fish and chips or roast dinner we went in no fish or roast dinners the boys were nice but not knowledgeable on the gravy cleanliness ok

Nice clean restaurant plenty of seating all round, wasn’t busy so social distance wasn’t an issue. Me and my partner ordered the fish and chips wasn’t waiting long. The food was nice but expected better the fish was perfect but the chips wasn’t that great they were thick cut chips like what you get from the super market freezer but was okay and the mushy peas were fine but didn’t come very hot. Also came on a blue and white paper which didn’t take long before it became soggy and started to tear while cutting fish ect. Kid’s meals were reasonably priced with a decent portion. Wouldn’t recommend for sea side fish And chips.

Myself and my other half come to beach walk diner on Tuesday 17th Sept. We ordered a chicken roast dinner and a ham and cheese panini. The diner had a few patrons in. Tables and surroundings clean. Went to counter and ordered and paid. Gentlemen came over to the table and advised had run out of chicken dinner would I like to have beef or pork or would I like a refund, opted for beef. However when dinner came out was a chicken dinner winner. Both our food was piping hot, when finished table was tidied and wasnt made to rush out. Didnt use facilities as wasnt required. All in all would recommend based on this service and visit. Thank you will definitely come again when at our caravan at Promenade xx

Visited today 26/7/19 family of five for lunch ordered five meals . Only four meals came to our table and one of those was wrong ! No customer service and the food wasn't great either (frozen supermarket chips that are just cooked and I mean just cooked).limp tasteless salad and cheeseburger come with a massive helping of salty salty cheese that's not edible

Went today and my husband ordered 5 meals but only 4 came. Poor customer service and I can't say what the food was like as I didn't receive my meal but my husband and 3 children all left theirs and said the food was not nice. We will not be visiting again.

Mother-in-law had Scampi & Chips, wife had Chicken Strips, Chips & Salad and I had Lasagne, Chips & Salad. Everyone said how they enjoyed their food. My lasagne was one of the best I've ever had. We even decided to have a dessert, which is rare for us. Two Apple Crumbles and a Sticky Toffee Pudding later, we left with a determination to go back to try something else on the menu, and we're all looking forward to it.

All ways pop in here for a vegetarian breakfast when I am on my holiday. The food is all ways hot and plenty of it for the price. The staff are really friendly. Only thing that lets it down is the toilet as they need a big make over. Just make sure you have some hand sanitizer with you after visiting the toilet.

I have eaten here a few years ago and it wasn’t to bad however today we decided to stop for a bite to eat and the quality of the food was pretty poor never had chunks of carrot with a jacket potato before we also ordered a Blt which came out without butter on the baguette and it was more like and ltb lettuce tomato sandwich with chopped bacon on top It was not very clean the toilets were falling to pieces even the handle was falling off the door Unfortunately I could not recommend this for eating

Tried alot of these small diners. And they all seem to sell the same tasting sausages. Probably all using the same supplier. The size of the beaskfast you get from here is good value. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 hashbrowns, beans, Tomatoes, mushsrooms, 2 slices of toast, And a cup of tea or coffee for £5.50. Toilets do need money spending on them.

If there was an Option it would be a 0 rating. Service is shocking. Very quick to bring food out but food served was raw on the 1 occasion I went.

Went for breakfast good choice on the menu. Old style cafe but food is good. Plenty of seating inside and out.

Used this place a few times. Food is always freshly cooked. Staff friendly. Toilets do let the place down.

Nice friendly people .but needs a deep clean on floors toilets are disgusting ladies door dosent shut, no toilet rolls need complete refurbish. My husband said mens were disgusting although they had toilet roll. The sunday dinner we would say looked no differnt to the microwave frozen ones u buy from the shop. My cottage pie would of been nice if had more mince in. My one star ratin is purely for the friendly staff. This place could be a lot cleaner.

To keep things simple, this a no frills cafe. But it's very reasonable for how nice the food is and you get a good service to. Will definitely be visiting again.

We visited here in July 2017, me and my husband has both been here many times as children but had not been for many years. When we first walked in my first thought was that it hadnt changed although it was not as busy as i had remembered. We took a seat and had to place our order at the counter. The staff here do not wait on you. We both ordered a full english which i believe was around £4 something each and two orange juices. The food was lovely and i would definatley say value for money. The decor was a little out of date but at the same time cosy. My only criticism would probably be the staff aa we didnt find them very welcoming but that again may be personal preference. I would visit here again next time we stay in Ingoldmells.

I've found this diner to be hit and miss. Will be trying elsewhere next time.

Went every morning for breakfast reasonable changed breakfast for me as I didn't want sausage no problems always a smile

Old bloke who was on tills forgot our order as we waited over 45 mins for food to be bought out. Offered refund for food only. No gesture of goodwill or discount. Was very rude and aggressive. Will not return. It appears other reviewers on here had poor service also.

Left hand did not know what right hand was doing.Ordered bacon sausage tomato bap,Got sausage tomato on 2 slices white bread, Asked were bacon was.Came back 5 minutes later soggy bread due to tomato soaking into bread needed a knife fork just to pick up off plate, mug tea yuk.was not worth the money.

The worst service and food i have ever had and eaten. staff were rude def not service with a smile!!! ordered fish and chips no peas. this is right by the beach it came and wa frozen fish oven chips and although not wanted about 6 peas from a tin a horrible pale green. i ordered my son a mega breakfast but he got a big breakfast instead, when you add up the cost and service the food just tipped it left my dinner walked out feeling a trip to somewhere else was in order, please if you want a good value lunch/snack don't go there

Absolutely avoid this place like you would the plague.The people are very rude extremely unhelpful. I ordered a toasted teacake it states on the menu "hot buttered toasted teacake" hot it was not butter it definitely was not. The toilets are disgusting mucking and the ladies don't even have a door handle to get back out. The staff I need to stress are so rude it's unbelievable I asked about serviettes to be told they didn't know what these were the third person I went to dos eventually give me some I also asked another member of staff about my buttered teacake to the reply I got "don't know" I presumed she had gone to find out but have now been sat here 20 minutes and still she has not returned. To just actually be told by the manager it's not butter we don't use butter to which my reply was but it states butter to be told it's utterly butterly.

Well sadly if there was a 0 star option I would have chosen that. On entering our 2 year old went to collect a high chair which was not only broken but covered (and I mean COVERED) in food. My husband had to return to the caravan to get her pushchair so that she could atleast sit somewhere. When ordering breakfast (with grumbling bellys) we were informed that they don't remove items from the plated option even if you say you do not wish to swap something. So......I asked for no tomatoes I got them.....all over my toast and every item on the plate. I had to scrape the runny liquid into a cup and then ask a member of staff to hand me a napkin so I could wipe down the food and plate. Sacrificing 1 piece of toast that was sadly beyond my rescue. The time it took to scrape and hand me a wipe it would have been easier to have just NOT PUT THEM ON MY PLATE!! I have never heard of this bizarre rule in my life. In order to remain balanced the sausages contained little to no gristle which was a pleasant surprise as I half expected there would be little meat. If this rating was purely on sausages alone then I would consider a 3 star rating however it is for the whole dining experience and for that reason alone. It's a 1 star (as I am not allowed to click 0). A very disappointed, tomatoe filled, seaside visiting Mother of two.

Popped in here for a traditional fish n chips at the seaside and left really disappointed. Customer service was abrupt and fish n chips took about 20 minutes to arrive. Don't know how it took so long as it certainly hadn't been cooked in that time. Chips were clearly reheated and fish consisted of a tiny square of fish in a humongous splatter of batter that was oily. Needless to say most of this was left. Felt like there was no customer care. Very disappointed.
