Absolutely terrible experience at Papa John’s. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. Despite stuffed crust being advertised everywhere, we were told they didn’t have it – no apology, no explanation. Meanwhile, several employees just stood around chatting instead of helping customers, which probably explains the ridiculously long wait times. The whole atmosphere was off – bad vibes all around. Definitely won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for good service or even basic courtesy, go elsewhere.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently visited the Papa John’s outlet at Haven Golden Sands and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Upon arriving, I was ignored by a staff member who seemed to prioritise chatting with friends outside the counter over attending to customers. After some time, when they finally acknowledged my presence, they reluctantly got someone else to take my order—who then acted as if it was a burden to serve me. This dismissive and unprofessional behaviour happened right in front of my children, which made the experience even more upsetting. It’s not what I expect from a family-friendly establishment, and it certainly left a negative impression. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location to others. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other families don’t have to deal with the same kind of poor service.

For the amount spent...absolutely disgusting....never again

I know you expect to pay a little extra when there is a chain franchise on a holiday site, but this place really is having a laugh! The pizzas where double the price from a place not far away and there was a severe lack of toppings on our pizzas. I do not recommend unless you are really stuck for somewhere to eat with hungry children like I was.

Staff are lovely and the food is sooii good
