Very good when good not eatable when bad it’s hit a miss depending who’s working only do collection as delivery is shocking building also looks so run down it’s off putting looks dirty from the outside

I wouldn't normally write a poor review but I was so dissapointed with my experience here Poor service over the telephone Food was well over an hour late Was constantly given incorrect timing. No tracking was available and it didn't arrive as hot as a takeaway should be. Pizza tasted stale but the bottom of the bases were burnt and the garlic bread had no flavour. I ended up binning most of it which I wouldn't normally do. I've had a poorly stomach since so unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. :(

This is my local sainsburys store. Very convenient for shopping, however if I attend there at the end of a shopping trip at the retail park, I dread the thought of having to use the Ladies restroom. If I am really desperate and needs must, I have to ensure I have my own tissue due to the paper roll dispensers regularly being detached from the wall, with the paper roll often on the lower side near the floor. Toilets are often filthy with discarded paper etc on the floor. Hand dryer is often out off order. Why is there not a paper towel dispenser for hand drying as in other stores ? Its sickening to see wet disintegrated toilet paper on the side of the sink !!! Even chewing gum in the sink......... WHY ARE THE TOILETS NOT MAINTAINED AND CHECKED HOURLY LIKE IN OTHER SUPERMARKETS and Establishments!!! REPAIR YOUR TOILET TISSUE HOLDERS So paper is stored safely. MOP THE FLOORS REGULARLY!!! PUT A PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER ON THE WALL For hand drying AND FILL IT!!! This toilet is a potential Public Health, Public safety and Hygiene Risk. Paper tissue not stored appropriately could cause Urinary infection!!! This has been an ongoing issue at Kingsway for years.... Why ??? I now take a detour out of my way and go to another Sainsburys Store where the standards are way way higher. I can tolerate odd visits where the facilities aren't but its been EVERY TIME I've needed to use that restroom Come On Kingsway Housekeeping Management and maintenance. If I Don't feel safe and clean in your Restroom, I don't feel comfortable in your store. Ironically and socially I judge a Restaurant not just by their food and the ambience of the main eating areas, I judge it by how hygienic and maintained the restrooms are....

Im sorry to the owners about this but your staff are very unprofessional and the clientelle are very intimidating. You have to ensure ID checks are being carried out as the place was full of young boys which isn't a good look! I felt very much out of place as me and my girls were the only females in there.

Why do Pizza Hut have timed delivery if they can’t cope in the kitchen or the drivers can’t get to you within the time slot you’ve booked? The tracker app gives you no indication that food won’t turn up. On calling when the food was already 20 mins late I was fobbed off that it was only minutes away which was just a lie. Eventually order booked for 6 to 6.15 arrived at 6.40 hardly warm and the rest of the meal had all been kept warm far too long whilst we waited. Had to heat the pizza up which defeats the object entirely. Spoilt the Friday night treat. We won’t bother again as this was not the 1st time and pizza quality was hardly worth the stress

Wish I could give zero starts the health standards are very low in this place meat hanging out of the window
