Why do Pizza Hut have timed delivery if they can’t cope in the kitchen or the drivers can’t get to you within the time slot you’ve booked? The tracker app gives you no indication that food won’t turn up. On calling when the food was already 20 mins late I was fobbed off that it was only minutes away which was just a lie. Eventually order booked for 6 to 6.15 arrived at 6.40 hardly warm and the rest of the meal had all been kept warm far too long whilst we waited. Had to heat the pizza up which defeats the object entirely. Spoilt the Friday night treat. We won’t bother again as this was not the 1st time and pizza quality was hardly worth the stress

The most succulent pizza that I have ever had. Has always been delivered hot and the price is great. £15 or so for a large pan pizza that really is great.
