This used to be a great pizza hut but unfortunately its letting the brand down. Our pizzas were dripping in grease and not appetising at all. This happened to us before and we stopped ordering. We thought we would try it again to see if it was a one off but unfortunately not.

The pizza was smelling and tasting badly as the ingredients who knows from how many weeks were expired !🤮 Of course went all in the bin straight away .

Although I have given the star ratings that I have, I still have a problem with the fact that policy still dictates even after the COVID-19 pandemic is now over that drivers are not allowed into blocks of flats. I don’t see the point in making customers fill out additional delivery notes when clearly, delivery drivers although they may, or may not, read them, they still insist that company policy does not allow them to follow instruction. Please, Pizza Hut, tell me why we as customers are wasting our time?

Really disappointed with the food, Added extras to one Pizza that were never added, ordered cheesy Garlic bread and it came plain. Pepperoni Pizza gone in the bin as it was indelible due to the sheer amount of grease just dripping off it. Disgusting.

I love the meal and it was tasty. I would only recommend more soft cheese for the wedges.it was kinda dry even though the wedges were a bit warm

The reason I gave one out of five for quality is because I didn’t actually enjoy the food I had. I have never had the melts before and therefore, it was my first time. Anyway, I will be ordering from Pizza Hut again since I do enjoy their pizzas. Anyway, thanks again Pizza Hut.

Really really nice food. Delivered hot and on time. Relatively small portion size for the melt but good value non the less!

Driver failed to deliver food, spoke to lady on phone about refund. Said I would be issued refund I gave it a few days for refund to come through but nothing. Contacted JustEat customer support but since they only issue refunds within 24hrs of service they can't help. so won't be getting money back. terrible service all round.

Horrible service, ordered through justeat, claims to not have access to my number to make delivery even though they sent me a message to call them. I called but customer rep claims that I didn’t and that she was closing.

Had chicken sizzler pizza. NOT GOOD. Pizza base was so greasy. Person making my pizza was on her phone whilst preparing my order and not concentrating on doing a good job. I do not recommend.

Consistently excellent quality service, pizza and wonderful staff to interact with. Every pizza I've ordered has been perfect! If you've had multiple bad experiences ordering food in the past and you just want it done right, these guys are the dons. 👌

The only thing I would say is that the sources are impossibly difficult to open if you’re dexterity is impaired. Please Pizza Hut, change your supplier and give us easier cartons to open. I have arthritis in my hands and am wary about using a sharp object to pierce the cartons.

I was disappointed by the delivery guy because he left the food outside on the pavement and only after he was already in the car he decided to call me and let me know that he arrived with my food.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!! I ordered my pizza at 7.20pm and after two phone calls it finally arrived at 10pm! When I first phoned up to ask why my food had not been delivered, the woman on the phone tried to blame the Let's Eat app, and said 'you want your food or not? I will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered Mac N Cheese, however Manager sent the wrong food entirely to that order, sending real chicken nuggets when I am vegetarian, and did not contact myself prior to delivery. She did apologise however did not take responsibility for the error.

My order was accepted at 5.27, its not 7.12 and still no food. When I called I was told my order could not be located and to wait 5 more mins, if the food still wasn't here, to call back.. I waited more than 5 mins and haven't been able to get through to them on the phone since... not the best service.. funny thing is, I'm not able to get out as I am disabled but the restaurant is literally round the corner... unhappy is and understatement.

The only vegan thing on the menu is potato wedges. Despite a big poster in the window advertising meat free😞

Ordered pizza at 7:30pm, 9pm now still now blooming pizza. Rang up 3 times keep saying 5-10 mins. Rang up again then said oh they delivered it next door, however no one lives next door. Now they said they are making a fresh pizza and will send it out. How long does it take to make a pizza and deliver it we are only 10mins away. Disgusting delivery place. If I could give minus stars I would. 😡😡😡

Employee and manager were so rude. And the driver delivered the pizza with the seal on the box torn... how do I know he didn’t do anything to the pizza. He was clearly not aware of delivery instructions which clearly stated delivery at door please not the gate... when I confronted the driver he said that the gate is technically a door.. he clearly needs a dictionary. Don’t employ people who don’t understand simple concepts. This was the ‘Pizza Hut delivery’ on rowdich in derby... don’t waste your money their.

The person picking up the phone was very rude and dismissed my concerns. They were also verbally abusive towards me. This kind of service is unaaceptable.

Have No Respect for Employees. Used to work here. And contributed alot. Favouritism. Discrimination. Kept asking me to drop off Other employees for money. But refused as I'm not a Taxi and then booked a day off on mums birthday and had it confirmed by the manager. But suddenly changed his mind a day before which resulted In me leaving them.

Really helpful stuff, very polite as well :) My housemate and I order from the store instead of doing delivery but there is no pressure to know exactly what you want, they can help or give you time, whichever one you need. There are quite a few options to choose from and you can always make your own. What I really like about Pizza Hut is the fact that they are not shy with their ingredients, they put enough on for everyone. I highly recommend!

Food always good but sometimes takes a little longer to deliver than stated. Abewildering set of offers to work thru to find the right one for you, and generally a bit expensive

Our pizza hut (delivery) in burton burnt down a few years ago and the restaurant closed years ago. They never replaced it so if we want pizza hut we have to go to derby now. The pizzas are always hot when we collect them. Love the garlic sprinkles they put on top of the pizza. Staff are polite

Always ordered my pizza from here, always get an immediate email confirming the order, I didnt get one today so ordered it again, when the first order arrived I rung to cancel the second order & was told they couldnt give me a refund

Great pizzas. Friendly and helpfull staff

Ordered pizza from them it was absolutely horrible and got delivered cold. When I called them to tell them the pizza is stone cold they told me they had just seen it made. Advised them why would I call them if the pizza was descent. Would never recommend and never use again. Not forgetting the staff member I dealt with was not polite.

Placed an online order for delivery. It arrived with items missing and cold. Rang the store, they said they would have the missing items to me as soon as possible... they never arrived. The pizza had no sauce at all and was warm at best. I expected much more from a Pizza Hut.

Disgusting and shocking establishment ordered 3 pieces on line an 2 were ready which they gave me and said the other one would be 2 seconds then they started asking each other where the pizza was i was stood there for a good 10 mins with my other pizzss getting cold i asked them wats going on they said it wasnt made i asked how it cant be made when ordered at the same time n these pizzas are cold so u will have to remake these i had been waiting for nearly half n hr now and had enough 2 ppl that came in ordered whilst i was there got there order 1 woman had 3 pizzss n a collections were going out i asked for a refund she said 1sec went round the corner came bk with the pizza slammed it on top with my receipt and said we dont do refunds i cant believe i got home n they had given me the first two pieces bk not made fresh ones as you can imagine they were freezing they looked awful worst pizza in my life what the hell is going on don't do refunds i hadn't even left the shop the staff are so rude 2 asain girls 1 asain man n a mix race girl wat a joke who employed these ppl are head office not checking on these places shut it down pizza hut should be PIZZA JOKE dont go there dont waste your time or money

I am totally shocked of the service I got today .. first of all I got the wrong order , and on the food there was hair in it , I spoke to manger of the restaurant and he was very rude and the guy I spoke to didnt listen to me and seemed that he just wanted to get ride of me .when I told the manger that theirs is hair on the food he replied back to me and said what do you want me to do ? in a very rude and careless way .. I am very shocked that pizza Hut is treating their customer's this way and plus the manger hanged the phone on me when I said this is not the way you treat customers , I really want to take this further and would like to complain.

Pizza took 23 minutes and it was really greasy kept slipping off my hand had barley any toppings we waited about 14 minutes for staff to do order they was very rude and didn't care about there customers pizza was cold not good at all I'm furious
