McDonald's Drivers Only pickup in Derby

The drinks arrived the bag was dripping with the latte all 3 drinks were gone and half gone she said she would bring us the drinks back and we still haven’t received them this is jokes

I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold, and the drinks were spilled. The driver even took a photo because he spilled the drinks on me while handing over the bags. On top of that, the food bag wasn’t sealed, which is quite concerning. This was probably the last time I ordered McDonald’s for delivery—there was absolutely no enjoyment in this meal.

All the burgers were cold as were the fries..had to microwave them

yet again I customise the food for my kid and they get it wrong and won't refund the item even though I sent photos

constantly missing items off my order and the foods always freezing I literally life five minutes away on a push bike .

The fries were cold, the lids weren’t on the drinks properly and the burger bun was different to what it should be and the mc crispy was burnt

The order took 45 minutes to arrive after we were told 20 minutes. The food was stone cold. The coke tasted like rola-cola had to throw it away. Very disappointed 😞

waited over an hour for food. no apology. it was cold and the chips were 1/4 full all of them were the same none had spilled out into the bag no straws for the drinks either! last time we ordered 9 nuggets and 2 of the boxes only had 8!

I'm really disappointed again! I order McDonald's every weekend. Iv noticed that the portion sizes are getting smaller but this time it's ridiculous! The large fries are about half full and cold. The big Mac's are flat and cold too!

My main meal a Philly burger was not sent , that was all I had out of the order so I had no tea it was in stock when I placed the order. This is unacceptable do they not have people checking stock?We are disabled this is a treat for us .

breakfast this morning was fab. after being in hosp for 5 weeks I asked for my bacon to be well cooked as doesn't irritate my chrohns. not only was the bacon perfect but there was even a little note wishing me well. it's the little things. thanx mcds

Awful our delerviey driver didn't go to our address and said we can't found our address and said can't find address no food then he hang up then we keep trying to call him but didn't answer. We want our money back, thanks for reading it.

Big Mac missing from my order food was cold my drinks had been spilt, bag wet through! Delivery came to my back door! This has ruined my dinner with my burger missing I’m never using this service again

I feel sick to my stomach. I found what I originally thought was a herb in my McMuffin. However after further inspection it appears to be some sort of a bug/worm as it has white goo coming out of it when you squeeze it. I had to chuck the rest of the food away and as it was baked into the meat I don't even want to think about what I did eat. No chance of getting a refund either.

If the burgers & buns get any smaller i wont taste them ,i had no straw or napkins ,just feel ripped off, i wont be having any more in future ,such a shame as used to love this meal,also derby branch never answer the phone!
