late no communication as tried ringing for update no answer.. rubbish service and customer service.. will never order from there again cheaper and better service and dominos

food is great, always loved the cheese bites pizza. drivers are also incredibly nice and have great energy

Consistent high quality food every time at this Pizza Hut Take Away outlet on Nottingham Rd, Chaddesden, Derby ... food cooked in a timely manner, nice size large pizzas cooked evenly throughout, excellent all round customer service, friendly, service with a smile, if you ask staff they will explain all the deals on at the time of your visit, all staff including Karl & Himanshu are both excellent representatives of The Pizza Hut Take Away brand & great ambassadors for the take away food & hospitality industry. Well done 10/10.

The food arrived and it was cold so had no choice but to microwave it. Never tastes the same after that.

Food was at least 30 minutes late. Tried to ring them but no answer on the first few occasions although I did eventually get through. When the order eventually arrived, an item was missing which the driver went back for and also brought some ice cream as an apology for all the issues .Not the first time I've had delivery issues with this Pizza Hut.

I had ordered food on the just eat app and when my order cam through it told me that it would come between 8.25 to 8.45 I was ok with the time after ten minutes I had checked the app and it said the order was confirmed. I then waited 15 minutes and had checked the app and it said the same when it should have told me it was on the way but did not .when the food arrived it was warm but there was no ice cream so I went to speak to the man that delivered it and he said that he dosent have it and would go back and collect it for me after 20 minutes of waiting they arrived with the ice cream.

Where can I start? The lovely delivery driver and the very kind man on the end of the phone at the restaurant literally saved the day. But there were concerns- that were not their fault. The food took an hour and 15 mins to arrive. So I called to see where it was… that’s when I discovered that although the order was close by, there were missing items… I had a family of 9 including hungry kids waiting for food. When it arrived the delivery driver said there was was one portion of potato wedges short. So I told the helpful man on the phone and he said he would send them out. On getting the food inside, it was actually the two garlic breads that were missing. I could not face another phone call so I left it. The late wedges finally came after everyone had already finished the food. They made amends by sending two tubs of Ben and Jerry’s which was welcomed by the kids. I appreciated the gesture but would have preferred the food on time and all together. I felt sorry for the person at the end of the phone and the driver who was very apologetic, but really for a brand like Pizza Hut this was disappointing- they only had two drivers working last night and they were clearly struggling.

This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut.. I ordered a pizza and a garlic dip which i had to pay extra for and was charged for.. but didn’t receive, i also ordered a Cadbury’s chocolate cookie with ice cream.. i didn’t receive the ice cream.. not all that happy with the pizza as it was quite dry..

Gross, undercooked, tasteless pizza, greasy box that stinks, polite staff, but try and get a refund online.... Impossible, the negative reviews on here are totally justified, I would never return to this joke of a company.

Great food and really friendly delivery driver

The pizzas look good but thats it. Cardboard in texture with very little tomato sauce base. Save your money and go dominoes in chadd instead.

Sent normal cookie dough instead of salted caramel and missed off the sauces that ordered extra. Was also very late. Pizza was ace though but the chicken strips were undercooked and very soggy - ah well

Nobody answers phone. Food still not here 95 minutes later. Unfair. I dont mind with the situation but at least tell us it will be over a hour and half.

Pizza hut taste and quality in the comfort of your own home! Not that I have problems, but I have ordered delivery from this branch and also gone in the shop to order and take away now! Shop staff are friendly and quick to acknowledge the customer. They explain any deals to suit your order requirements and, just like the deliveries, service is quick. Always love a pizza hut, whether its in one of their many restaurants, as a delivery or collected yourself!

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas! 1. Pepperoni Pizza 2. Chicken, Sweetcorn, Onion & Pineapple Pizza. Pizzas arrived in good time, 2nd pizza had MUSHROOMS on And i asked for STUFFED crust, not a tiny bit of cheess lining. Worst part is nobody in my househole likes mushrooms and I am allergic..... we were so annoyed we could not even eat any of the damn pizzas, waste of time, money and now had to order elsewhere as we were hungry! Ridiculous!

Very poor customer service. We ordered two large pizzas along with side orders, spent around £45. After taking a bite of my first slice, I had to pull out a long hair from my mouth. After ringing and complaining, we were told they were not going to replace the pizza as we couldn't return a whole pizza despite me only taking one slice. After having to argue my point to the manager on the other side of the phone they sent out a replacement to which we gave back the old pizza with the hair in a envelope clearly so they could see. We were told a manager was to contact us back the next day and nothing has come of it. Very upset. Will not be ordering from here again.

Despite nationwide advertising that all Pizza Huts now offer vegan pizza, when I phoned up the Chaddesden Pizza Hut to order, I was told that they DON'T offer vegan pizzas or vegan cheese. Very disappointing and misleading.

Total disappointment. Food initially came on time but the 2 sides were wrong. Phoned up and guy on the phone was polite, apologised and said the correct sides would be 15 minutes, waited an hour still no sides. Phoned again and said would be 3 mins. Didn't come for about another 20 mins. Meanwhile one of the pizzas was fine but the other was so oily, literally smelt of oil and all you could taste was oil! Waited till today because sometimes pizza tastes better the next day, it tastes even worse just pure oil. We literally nearly spent £30 and were given the total run around. We wasn't offered anything for our trouble and definitely won't be ordering from here again. Dominoes is 10 times better. All together Was about 2 hours from ordering that we finally got the last of our order. Was supposed to be treat night from our diet and was a total waste of calories!

Rang over the phone, the person was very polite and a very easy and fast order. Was expensive but ringing over the phone you get 50% off on orders over £25 which was brill. Food arrived in 40 minutes as stated and food is freshly cooked and still piping hot when opened. I have used this Pizza Hut delivery more then once and never had a problem.

Not good service took 1 and a half hours when finally arrived it was stone cold so sent it back and a new one was sent, so all in all two and a half hours I could have flown to Italy,
