The best restaurants in Syston West Charnwood East Midlands

My usual cafe was closed, so gave this a try and was really pleased I did Service great, food, it's a breakfast but done to perfection, great quality of items too HIGHLY recommended

Lovely pizza, served by friendly staff in good time and also comfortable environment whilst waiting for cooking.

Don’t bother. From my experience if you can’t get a pancake roll right you have little chance of decent rest of meal - larger poor tasting spring roll def not a pancake roll I’d like a refund cause the rest went in the bin

Really enjoyed this meal it was in a carvery style very very tasty and the staff were lovely and a great atmosphere a true gem for the area. Certainly beats the competitor from around the corner.

Cosy pub in Syston with a good selection of drinks and amazing food. You definitely won't leave hungry!

Great little place in the centre of Syston,food is excellent and very reasonable, very polite staff.

Nice food but the wifes vegetarian burger was burnt. plant based don't take long to cook not like a normal burger so she didn't eat it which was disappointing and waste of money

Ear splittingly loud music, rude and aggressive customers and staff, expensive pints. Avoid at all costs.

Booked for 7pm and for the first time we ended up sitting upstairs. As a busy Saturday night we expected to wait. The wait wasn't too long and our food was very hot and tasted great. We highly recommend this restaurant and takeaway.

I love the vibe of this takeaway, it has lovely warm lighting and doesn't feel so clinical like some Chinese takeaways. The lady is very friendly and nice, the food is also really nice, they use thin noodles for the chow mein which I prefer, and they have a unique take on the Chilli & Salt Chicken (they call it Smoked Chicken) which is also delicious. They are also one of the few places to do dumplings. Highly recommend if you are in the area, cash is preferred but card is taken.

Last night I ordered mini vegetable rolls to find most of them had little or no filling. The chicken chow mein had very little chicken. Sadly the chicken balls had a very strange taste. I won't be returning...

Visitamos en familia y no puede faltar el servicio o la comida. El personal del restaurante nos atendió y fue muy educado y amable. La comida en sí era increíble, grandes porciones y muy sabroso. Definitivamente volveremos.

It’s been a while since I called here , but if I am in Syston on a Friday it’s always been good for sausage and bacon baguettes,I think last time I came folk were miserable because I think it had new owners but the sandwich was okay, not sure what they have changed but the bacon today was dry and overcooked as were the mushrooms, as for service with a smile that’s gone out of the window, it’s like the staff have forgotten that they work in the service industry, bacon mushroom baguette, crisps and a can of pop £6.10 , I think greggs around the corner is now the best option which is a shame as I do like supporting smaller businesses hopefully things improve I’ll probably try again in the next couple of months hoping today was just an off day
