Ordered on just eat delivered to site Pizza deal 2 which is 1x 12 inch pizza a 7 inch Garlic bread 1.5ltr Pepsi 2 chips. £15.50 plus delivery,surcharges . About 20quid. Pizza was better than I've had round here. Tried loads over the past 2 weeks . Garlic bread wasn't too greasy . Really doughy chips were decent although slightly soggy as they're in a polystyrene tray . We got a chilli sauce dip this looked oily and really spicy but it was like a naga pickle not hot but had a slight kick afterwards.

Food comes piping hot every time. You can tell everything is made fresh, will be ordering again. Kids love the strips and pizza

Ordered a hot and spicy pizza with extra chicken. Was delivered a pepperoni which was 35 minutes late as the driver couldn't find our address which is so simple a kid could find it ? 🤔

Can’t fault the amount of meat within this, but 1 sauce and 1 salad between 3 people was a stretch to say the least

It’s a shame we had to wait an hour for the food then the chips were cold and hard and the wraps were just warm Not worth that wait

This has been the case the last few times we’ve ordered with food being at least 45 minutes late and several calls having to be made to chase it up. This is not acceptable, especially when charging £3 delivery. Won’t be ordering again.

Great food and friendly service!The kebabs are always fresh and delicious, and they serve one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place to everyone 😊

Food OK, not great. Probably wouldn’t order again. Main problem was it was late. I had to call them, 10mins after the latest expected arrival and after the app showed it was out for delivery. They said they were still making the order and it would be another 20-30 mins. So basically they hadn’t started it until I called. App shows delivery 18:40. Actual delivery was 19:30… for an order place at 17:50

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing food & fabulous customer service.

I recently moved to syston got a takeaway from flames food was very warm when it arrived the delivery guy was very sweet and the food was absolutely delicious definitely having another takeaway👍🏻

Nice food but the wifes vegetarian burger was burnt. plant based don't take long to cook not like a normal burger so she didn't eat it which was disappointing and waste of money

Food was great as always. Only issue was that I had a small bone in my salad box. Luckily I didn’t eat it but just found it at the end of my meal. Please be careful next time as it could have gone wrong. Thanks

Never disappoints, if takeaways are your thing and you’re in the area especially after a night out you can’t go wrong , staff are lovely and foods great.

Food terrible not listened to notes

Delivery time was supposed to 7:40pm. We called at 8pm. Their response was it's at least another half an hour. Paid nearly £4 delivery and we ended up having to pick it up. Really not good enough.

Half the order turned up! Pizza was warm at best, kebab was ruined by the time the salad and chips turned up!

Great food as usual however I asked for 1 less portion of chips out of 3 I only recieved one. No coleslaw either with the shish meal.. won't stop us ordering again just alittle disappointed. Also 1 drink short.

Lovely food but delivery was very poor. The delivery driver put our order on the floor before ringing the doorbell and returned to the car before we could answer the door. Not happy our food was left on the floor.

Driver left the food on the floor outside. I left instructions to call and would meet in the car park to collect. Rude!!!

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I'm completely disgusted at food I received! I ordered a lamb doner kebab, when I opened it the only way I could describe the smell is 'like a farm'! I don't know whether it was old or just made in a dirty kitchen, but no food should smell like that! I don't think I've ever had food that was completely inedible! If I could give you zero stars I would! Completely disgusted and disappointed

Food always arrives within 30 mins cheaper than mcdonalds and taste just as good for the burgers. Kebabs also v nice

I have never in 20 years of ordering food from takeaways been so disgusted with an order ! Amongst other items i ordered a cheeseburger I wrongly assumed that it would come with salad and sauce..... but no, what i received was a £1.25 fake Rustlers burger done in a microwave. No salad, no sauce, a bun with a 10p burger and if there was cheese on it then it was absorbed within the bun. Tasted disgusting and was thrown away after 3 bites as was far too dry . When did burger shops stop putting salad on a burger !! No ketchup, no onions, no nothing. Wont use these ever again.

Honestly, One of the best takeaways in Leicester. I’ve been trying takeaways for the last 10 years and flames was the most authentic one. Especially chicken shish was banging!!!! Highly recommended!

The delivery driver didn’t hold the bags properly so liquid leaked out of the bag. Slightly stronger bags might have helped.

The kebab meat, including chicken Shish and doner were very tasty and the salad is nice too. Unfortunately the chips are quite dry and tasteless.
