The team are super attentive but not intrusive, though surprisingly no check in post plate arrival. Towards the higher end cost wise but thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. All the dishes were really tasty with 3 in particular that were stunning.

My friends were surprised to see the level and the quality of the service. Amazing foods and really recommend without hesitation this restaurant. It’s the finest African restaurant in Nottingham.

Great food, fab people.Visited German Doner Kebab (GDK) in Nottingham recently, and I have to say, the food was top-notch! The kebabs are packed with flavor, and the meat is tender and well-seasoned. I tried their signature doner kebab, and it was easily one of the best

Se ve increíble por fuera y encantador limpio y moderno por dentro 🙂🙂 la comida no siguió sin embargo. Parecía encantador, pero era insípido, por mucho el turco más soso que hemos tenido. Dejó un regusto aceitoso. Pied estaba demasiado cocido. Nos fuimos decepcionados con una factura superior a la media. Seguiremos con tipoo en el futuro.

Delicious food, not so good service. Great decor and can't fault the food, couple of the waiters were lovely. However we booked for 8pm, arrived to be told table not ready. So we sat & waited for 35 mins, we weren't given a menu to look at or drinks, we had to chase them twice to see what was happening. We were finally seated at 8.35 with no apology, they then took a further 15 mins to take our order. We would have got over that as it was busy at that point but practically as soon as we ate our last mouthful at 9.45 we were presented with the bill without asking for it. We were still finishing drinks, there were just 4 left on another table. The waiters stood around, and the manager (I think) even put his coat on, all were clearly waiting for us to leave so they could go home 😞

This place never disappoints, food always spot on, service is always amazing! We came tonight for our anniversary for a meal and the service was outstanding, thank you hickory’s for making our anniversary extra special!

A very convenient Premier Inn situated on the edge of Nottingham, but right next to the end of a tram line, so you also have easy access to the centre of Nottingham.

Stopped here for a quick lunch while on a trip to Leeds. Great food and service and only a short detour off the M1

Molly served us, she was nice, we had our Food and it was tasty, the building was also looked very fancy and clean, would come back again.

Friendly staff, no problems there at all. But the Kebab was pretty dull. Tasteless doner meat, and chicken tikka cut up into such small pieces even my Chihuahua could have eaten it without chewing. Not awful, but a bit boring to be honest.

Delicious food and the price is very reasonable. I've been here a few times recently. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. I once entered and it was cash only as the machines were temporarily down. I didn't have cash but one of the staff told me where a cash machine was close by and took my order and started preparing it before I paid. I love their southern fried chicken burger, it's my go to. Definitely worth it dining here.

Not been to the Oak for a while. Looks bright and tidy inside and staff all seemed nice. Ordered drinks and then food. Drinks were good and food was nice and hot. I think we will start coming more often now that the new landlord has things sorted.
