I honestly haven't had a better customer experience. Mat greeted me on arrival and was so polite & friendly that my kids asked if he was a friend of mine. I was shown to our table after being given a quick tour of the facilities and advised to ask if I needed any assistance. ( I did ask for poached eggs & vegetarian sausages) The food was tasty and hot / fresh. Molly & Michelle both went above & beyond to ensure the whole family's experience was a fantastic & memorable one for all the right reasons. I will be back and now won't go anywhere else. Amazing service & comfortable place. Thank you

Visited this evening at 4.45pm. Only 2 members of staff working. One on bar. One taking orders and running orders. Service was very slow. Some of the tables in the bar area was full of empty plates. Normally very good service. No ice. Machine has been out of order for at least two months

At this very second i am still sat here waiting for someone to take my plate so i can complain as i havent had a cheak back,its not busy at all but plates all over tables which im happy to take photos off...the bar staff very friendly.the drinks avarage price .i orderd a 8oz sirloin steak..at £16.49 add £1.99 for peppercorn sauce...i went for skinny fries as the man at a table next to me had chunky and they still looked frozen..my skinny was perfect . What wasnt nice was the steak..4oz of this was complete fat..iv up loaded a photo and the other 4oz,which i did eat was still pretty stringy. I love steak and always order it no matter were i go.its safe to say i wont have it here again or be leaving a tip

We're staying next door at the Premier Inn and off to Nottingham Arena later so called in for a meal before catching the tram. Excellent food, dink and service! The waitresses, Becky and Amanda, we're helpful, friendly and extremely efficient!

We stayed in the premier Inn and a beefeater was adjacent to the building, we had our evening meal there for 2 weeks , and yes it was a bit expensive but never had a bad meal, the alcohol was cheaper for what we expected, and got to say to Tegan & Olivia made our Stay very welcome and friendly approach on serving us big thanks once again we will be back (By the way we did all of the meals on the menu)

I work for premier inn and stayed with the hotel, the manager on shift of 11/11/23 pushed me and partner aside and told us to wait as she needed to serve everyone else before us. She served 2 before hand, 1 of which hadn't prepaid as they came in off the street, then proceeded to ignore us and keep walking past us, i walked out as there was no one else to even ask for help! Absolutely appalled and i work for whitbread!

We had breakfast here while visiting our daughter at University. The staff were working super hard and made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed really nicely cooked food right down to the mushrooms.

Couldn’t have had a nicer time tonight. There was a group of ten of us staying in the Premier Inn on a business trip. We decided to go to the Beefeater next door to have our evening meal. The waitress Gina was absolutely amazing - we couldn’t have been looked after with more care, diligence and efficiency. Gina was full of fun, she relaxed the team after a long day, and made sure that our meal went like clockwork. Her customer service skills were first class, and the restaurant should be supremely proud of her. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Honestly, first class service - and done with a big smile and a lovely sense of humour. Thank you Gina.

We live a stones throw away and not been for years. The breakfast and all the staff were fantastic. The food choice was amazing and good quality and lovely welcome from Matt . Just want to say thank you for a Saturday morning with my daughter to April, Sue and Damo. Couldn’t complain. From when we walked in greeted professionally and sat quickly down to service. Everything topped up and if it wasn’t it was ready too, clearing tables regularly aswell. An amazing variety of foods (with a fussy child) to top it off I didn’t know children ate for free. So that was a bonus. Great for money, now we’re sat outside coffee in my hand and my daughter on the park. Just want to say thankyou.
