Premier Inn Nottingham West hotel in Broxtowe

Staff are brilliant, the hotel is clean and tidy and next to it is the tram 🚊 so you can get in and out of Nottingham brilliant.

The guy at reception this morning could have been friendlier, did not like his vibe at all 🤨

The hotel itself is OK, clean rooms, and seems recently refurbished. Reception staff did not seem to enjoy their job. 3 vans were broken into

Fabulous room well worth the price

I've given service 5* but I wasn't in hotel long enough to honestly assess. But for me the room and location were absolutely ideal for what I was attending which was a non business social function. There were works taking place which closed off part of the car park but safe walkways were included. Visited end April 2025. Reception staff were polite and helpful at check in but didn't have the need to consult them further within my trip time. Good experience on this occasion.

We stopped off here on our way to Yorkshire, very impressed with the rooms, very clean and modern. They said the rooms had recently been refurbished. Excellent customer service from the front desk, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty epic, and the staff again very friendly and helpful. Side note to make it even better, 2 more towels would be great! Overall very impressed. Thank you John & Faye

The place is going through a bit of a redecorating refresh. It is quite a large premier inn with 3 different buildings. The rooms I've stayed in were comfortable and clean. Each one had a bath with an over bath shower There's a pub restaurant attached to the main building, the food is OK although the menu is not extensive. The beers are good with a choice of cask ales, beers, larger and wine.

A very convenient Premier Inn situated on the edge of Nottingham, but right next to the end of a tram line, so you also have easy access to the centre of Nottingham.

Getting old and tired and my room had no towels.

I use this place when I have to work in Nottingham and used it a few times now. Last two occasions I had the same room number 1. Room was well prepared and very tidy and I was looking forward to a nice rest. However, the bed was uncomfortable and felt very saggy. The quilt too heavy and the pillows like cardboard I actually slept only 2 hours all night long. There was a large wet patch in the carpet adjacent to the bathroom and there was no hot water to have a shower. I will need to find another location to stay as I’m not going through that again.I mentioned it to the lady when Manding my card in and she said sorry. My company paid good money for a service not received.

One of my favourite Premier Inns , the food is always excellent

A cosy stay and a delicious breakfast! A couple of friends and I stayed here as we were going to see Pete Tong at the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. This Premier Inn is conveniently located right next to Phoenix Park & Ride tram station, where the tram will take you right into the city centre. It's also only about a 20 minute drive by car/taxi from the hotel into Nottingham. There's also free onsite parking directly next to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. I stayed in a standard double room, which was very spacious and the bed was really comfy. There was also lots of space to keep clothes and other personal belongings. The shower was nice and powerful too! We also opted for the Unlimited Premier Inn Breakfast. This meant that we were able to enjoy a cooked breakfast with all the classic full English items, plus there was a wide range of pastries, yoghurts and cereals to choose from which we also enjoyed. As the breakfast was unlimited, we were able to go back for seconds (in fact, a few visits were made to the different stations as there was so much choice!). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay which was excellent value. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Would have given 5 stars but the room we had was extremely cold.

Stayed there over the Christmas Period and the room was fantastic, the receptionists were amazing and accommodated all our requests. Anytime we needed anything they were more than happy to the lengths needed and then some.

Room great. Love staying at Premier Inns but this stay was less good as 1) front desk needed cash payment to buy toothbrushes. Management need to sort out card payments for customers given we are in 2024. Had to bundle 2 kids into car late at night and find 24 hour garage. 2) No warm pastries at breakfast... Small stuff so loses a star. Easy fixes for management!

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Service in the restaurant was slow they kept us waiting to be seated for a good 10 minutes

This is my go to hotel when I go and see family

I was on the fourth floor, my room seemed to have been recently revamped because everything looked brand new. Bathroom - duper shiny and clean, water does get very hot very quick so be careful - there are hot water signs. Lovely bed, great lighting, light up makeup mirror in hall way. My stay was an overnight for work, even so - it was brill. No noise at all.

We returned from a social gathering and two of our families decided to have dinner together before retiring to our respective rooms. We were quietly enjoying our meal when a staff member named Darren knocked on our door and informed us that our door was unlocked. We explained that we were simply having dinner together and would soon be returning to our rooms. However, Darren insisted that hotel policy prohibited more than four adults from occupying a single room, even for the purpose of dining. He presented us with an ultimatum: either vacate the room or leave the hotel. Darren's behavior was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a profound lack of customer service skills. His actions have left us with a negative impression of the hotel and we will not hesitate to discourage others from patronizing your establishment. While we acknowledge that the hotel itself may be satisfactory, the conduct of your front desk staff, particularly Darren, requires immediate attention and remedial action. It is imperative that your employees receive appropriate training in etiquette, manners, and effective communication with guests.

Disappointing. Stopped at a Premier Inn Hotel before (Manchester), and it was amazing, sadly wasnt the case in Nottingham.Outdated and dirty. Would not stop here if it was free.

Housekeeping doesn't seem to know how to make a bed. Sheet looked as though it was thrown on the bed not tucked in anywhere.

Great location to get a tram to and from the city centre and to park the car close to the motorway. The room was perfect although finding it was a bit of a maze! The staff were very helpful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast when it wasn't booked by mistake at check-in. Great overnight stay.

Good hotel, friendly staff, plenty of parking and has a beef eater on site for food. The rooms were nice enough however be aware the hotel layout can catch you out, there are 2 main sets of stairs to get to different rooms. The first set covers say rooms 200-239 and the second set covers 240-270 and there is also a separate building for higher numbers rooms. It caught me out at first but once you understand it it's easy enough.

Looking a bit tired now. Needs a redecoration in most areas.

Although I could see the hotel, my sat nav couldn't get me there. Room was nice & clean, bedding too. Temperature was good and could be altered to my taste if necessary. Water was red hot which was wondetful.

Great place always clean and fresh, I come to Nottingham every year and always bookin at premier. Would have given 5* but nothing in this world 🌎 is perfect. Peter from Dudley 🙏🏾

Lovely but I'm a Dometic Cleaner and our room wasn't Vacumed how I would do it.
