Soy un visitante regular de Starbucks LFE en dirección norte. Sigo volviendo porque las bebidas son buenas y todo el personal es muy agradable, amable y servicial. ¡El buen nivel y la calidad de las bebidas rara vez cambian incluso en sus momentos de mayor actividad!

Waited to get a table ( place empty) the Waiter sat there on his mobile and ignorant of who walked in. Tables sticky and chairs stained and dirty. Menu had tomato sauce over it. Bananas black and soggy. No decaf tea or coffee available. Awful place

We had food from here a few years ago and it was ropey. Recently we tried again and a huge improvement. We order weekly either in attendance or through delivery sites, we have a variety of food, the Masala Cod in Nan, mixed Kebab in Nan, Paneer in Nan, usually a fish and always a pie with some chips. On all occasions the food has been spot on, it’s tasted fresh, the meat has been cooked well, the Nan is fluffy and just the right temperature. The chips have been some of the best we have had. Genuinely we eat here weekly now and really enjoy the quality of the food, it’s also fairly priced.

Whilst travelling home after New Year we stopped at the M1 - Leicester Forest East Services - Southbound - Welcome Break where my son left his Sony Headphones in Starbucks. I phoned the Starbucks Drive through the following day to see if they had been found. I left my number and got a call from Marshall telling me they had been found (amazingly!!! As I was sure they would have gone). As I live over 2.5hrs away collecting them was not an option. Marshall kindly agreed to get them from the Starbucks in the service station, box them up and post them to me. I arranged it via EVRI and Marshall kindly dropped them at an EVRI drop off. I cannot express my gratitude to Marshall for going above and beyond to ensure my son received his headphones back. There are truly kind people in the world. Thank you Marshall.

The screens aren't great (as other reviews have mentioned), but, they also weren't as big a hindrance as you might think - At least not on my visit! The food is still Subway and so still as expected... With the screens you can't really personalise your order (e.g. advise how much sauce you want), and the staff were quite unnoticeable really... (Not particularly a good thing, haha). But yeah, overall, not awful, still Subway, just disappointing service!
