Soy un visitante regular de Starbucks LFE en dirección norte. Sigo volviendo porque las bebidas son buenas y todo el personal es muy agradable, amable y servicial. ¡El buen nivel y la calidad de las bebidas rara vez cambian incluso en sus momentos de mayor actividad!

Starbucks norte conduce a través! Nilam y Lloyd excelente servicio al cliente! Gran ambiente y gran variedad de alimentos, pasteles, bebidas! Muy limpio y muy cálido Increíbles bebidas navideñas ¡Por encima de todo para mis hijos! 👌👌🙌👏

¡Este es uno de los servicios más sucios que he tenido la desgracia de usar! El aparcamiento está sembrado de basura y los baños estaban sucios. ¡El KFC estaba muy mal dirigido con precios extorsivos!

La única estrella es que el gerente nos compense. Sin embargo, esta experiencia está lejos de ser digna de 5 estrellas. Fuimos a la unidad a tomar 3 bebidas y media básicamente (la mitad es una espuma para niños) para llegar a la siguiente ventana para que nos digan que nos han cobrado un chocolate caliente corto para la espuma para niños solo porque pedí una bomba de la salsa de moca para agregar a las espumas para niños. Las espumas para niños son gratis, sin embargo, estaba feliz de pagar los 65 p extra por una bomba de jarabe. Que te digan que no es así como funciona. Sin embargo trabajando en Starbucks yo sabía que no era así. Cuando la señora asiática discutió con nosotros le entregó a mi compañero su caramelo frappe al que ella no se había puesto la tapa apropiadamente así que cuando ocurrió el intercambio se derramó todo dentro de su coche. En este punto condujimos hasta el frente y entramos. Luego procedió a argumentar que no me daría una espuma para niños, ya que no puede poner una bomba de salsa en ella y después de mencionar que trabajo para Starbucks y sé de hecho que puede, entonces me dijo que Starbucks es una franquicia (Dios sabe lo que eso tiene que ver con cualquier cosa) y que es un descanso bienvenido que le paga su salario. De nuevo completamente irrelevante para el altercado. Pedimos entonces un reembolso de todo el pedido ya que el caramelo frapp se había derramado debido a que la tapa no se fijó correctamente (de nuevo, lo que argumentó que no era su culpa y que tienen CCTV para probarlo? ) y se les cobró extra por algo que no pedimos. A lo que lo hizo. Ten en cuenta que este pedido era solo corto de £ 20 y al llegar a casa y comprobar el extracto bancario, todavía nos cobró por el caramelo frappe no todo el pedido. A pesar de que todo se derramó dentro del coche de mis compañeros debido a que la tapa no estaba fija en primer lugar y tenía que tirar el poco líquido que quedaba en la taza. La gerente se disculpó y lo agradezco y nos dio algunos cupones de bebidas gratis por el problema que nos tomamos para el nuevo Beaumont Leys conducir a través y obtuvo exactamente lo que queríamos pedir en primer lugar. Sin embargo, toda esta situación nos ha aplazado por completo utilizando el camino a través de la M 1 en dirección norte de nuevo, especialmente con lo discutible que era la dama asiática.

Tomamos un café con leche y un Frappe en el North Bound Drive Through. Nos atendieron Nilam y Lilly que eran muy agradables y educados. Excelente servicio de ambos con una sonrisa. Gracias a los dos.

We stopped here on the way down to the south coast. Nice and clean services for facilities etc.Just a shame that the hot food options are on the bridge. Difficult for me to get up there, so didn't bother attempting it.

It always feels like it is a proper services both when the entrance is directly off the motorway and there is a bridge above the road to look out on. The toilets were fair, the KFC was present, though closed - it was early. Still good services.

On my way back from a business meeting near Leicester, heading to Birmingham airport to catch my flight back to The Netherlands, I stopped here for a Starbucks coffee and a sandwich. The coffee was good, the wifi was good and my flight was late, so I decided to take another coffee and do some work from my laptop at the Starbucks. ..one month later: I found a big surprise in my mailbox: a parking fine of GBP 60 !! plus additional administration fee of GBP 30 from Avis car rental! WHAT ?? I just parked my rental car on large ugly parking place along the M1 and used the restaurant service.. Apparently I stayed there for 2h23m and, after googling on the internet just now I see that one needs need to pay when parked longer than 2 hours... how can I know? what a scam!! I have never seen this in any other country before. This is a very sour after-taste I must say.

We arrived at reception with four cases between the two of us. Upon noticing this, Tarlek immediately changed our allocated room upstairs to one downstairs as the lift was out of service. He then very kindly helped carry our cases to our room. He also advised us that help would be available in the morning if required as we had a coach to catch on the other side of the motorway. He was cheerful and extremely helpful at all times, he is a real credit to Welcome Break.

Another quick pit stop whilst on the M1. I have visited these services many times in the 70’s & 80’s. I was surprised to see one outlet serving a full English breakfast. The north and southbound services are linked and you can eat your meal over the top of the motorway. Everything seems clean and tidy, which was good to see. One should note to access where the hot food is served you need to go on an escalator. There are no shady areas in the car park and if you were travelling with a dog it would not be too pleasant to walk it. I hope this review is of help. Stay happy, strong, and healthy. Paul,,

On a recent trip to Dorset me and the family stopped off here. As far as service stations go it does it's job well. Obviously the prices are through the roof if you decide to shop. The facilities are clean.

Staff at North Drive through were very polite and efficient when making our drinks. The main problem we encountered here - was the heat in the place - it was boiling in there. No aircon from what we could feel in the seating area and the poor team serving appeared wet, with sweat, behind the counter as 100% no aircon in that area either. I'm pretty sure there's some kind of legislation regarding temperatures whist at work.? This needs looking at in my opinion as its potentially illegal to work in that heat.? Keep the extremely good work guys even in what appears to be around 90° (+) temperatures...... If your sick at work - you know why ;)

Obviously, the best thing about this service station is the floating resturant above the motorway. My favourate part was being able to go to the toilet on a long journey. I felt that the car park, while not the worst, could be simpler. The shower key availability sign could be politer. Fundamentally, just services.
