Lovely rooms all clean and tidy and amazing staff especially Julie so polite and friendly

Restraunt walls were filthy left hand side by the window . Staff very nice. The room was very very warm and with the window open the noise of the motorway was very loud.

Decent, clean rooms. We stayed overnight on Easter weekend and there were a couple of notes and some Easter chocolate for the kids, that was a really nice touch. Thank you

Standard premier inn, room standard, what id expect. I stay I premier inn's quite regular. This premier inn does have the bestest staff, I'm a woman travelling on my own for 3 days, the staff knew my my name, knew my choice of drink, where I prefer to sit, this was lovely and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The chef, well what can I say..... exceptional! The food over all 3 days has been outstanding. I have been told this place will be closing soon, it's a shame. Maybe the staff team including the kitchen team should be trainers for the future premier Inn staff, they absolutely understand what customer service is. Fantastic job everyone😁😁😁

This one is the worst I've stayed in. I've stayed in lots of Premier Inns as the company has an account. The location doesn't feel good, the building is old fashioned, the room was smaller than usual, wi-fi non existent and I was trying to work, the food price was high and not good quality or quantity. I had scampi and chips. A handful of chips and 4 scampi with a tiny amount of uncooked peas. If you're stay at this hotel I would suggest eating out.

We had a late booking. We had been told 3 rooms were available and ready for us. We got here and was put in a disability room with no cot for baby as requested, dirty(clearly not cleaned), cups of tea that appeared to have been made AGAES ago, cobwebs and dirty bedding. Then to be told no other rooms available. Absolutely disgusted with this service. Night staff had no idea about our booking as previous staff said nothing.

I would like to highly recommend a stay at Premier inn leicester forest east as I found the place verry clean and highly welcoming whilst I had a stay i droped into the conjoined pub restaurant for some wholesome food and relaxing ambience I would like to thank sharna for going above and beyond to help with my menu choice her service was outstanding I would also like to thank the chefs for such a wonderful meal I will certainly be back and also to return with friends and family thank you Premier inn for a enjoyable stay 😀

When we stayed rooms were tired, was really hard to find. Postcode didn’t take you to correct place. The car park was one massive pot hole.

Another stay in Leicester , I have received warm welcome and clear information about the hotel. This place was very good place before, and all I can see now is staff who’s running all over the place and trying to their best but they are clearly understaffed. If you want to provide good service to your customers , you need to get some new staff, management should look at this issue .

Hotel it’s self absolutely lovely. Spacious. Very comfy beds. However look elsewhere for breakfast options. Was originally coming down for 9.30am to feed the kids before our 3 hour journey home. The manager asked if we could return at 10:15 as she was short staffed and busy. Returned at 10:15. No breakfast buffet except continental which was empty. Despite this we still ate here, breakfast is plated cooked to order. Manager came and took our order asking how much of each item we would like per breakfast. Both of my children gave autism and only eat certain foods, we ordered at 10:30 food came at 11am, nothing on the plates as we ordered. Meaning both of my children refused their foods as there was other foods touching them which they didn’t like. I can’t fault the manager herself, she was kind and whilst we were waiting she had a very verbally abusive customer shouting at her in the restaurant which she didn’t deserve at all. My personal opinion is the company need to employ correct staff to do the food and running of the food service they offer instead of having the HOTEL manager and HOUSEKEEPING staff trying to work multiple jobs.

The pub is SHUT PERMANENTLY. Whatever the plan, nothing's happened since July (2024). Deceptively the lights are often on which suggests it's being used for meals for the motel guests

Enjoy my stay , clean rooms although a bit dated , not much has changed since my last visit . Lovely staff .

We stayed at this hotel for almost a month due to our own home flooding. The staff were amazing. They were kind, sympathetic to our situation, helpful but still kept their professional learning in place. We were so sorry to leave there and will recommend this hotel and team to anyone. Julie was amazing on front desk this lady needs a pay rise and a company car

First off staff were fantastic feel really sorry for them overworked and dealing with problems not fair at all on them. Rooms are fine but the whole food department is in trouble got there at 8pm loads missing long wait poor girl having to do the desk as well. We have limited time in the morning my daughter had a gymnastic competition so breakfast is really important...does not say there is no buffet ...tols its an hour wait maybe throughly disappointed..had to go to Tescos and get food not a good start feel really let down i always use premier and this one just didnt hit the mark. Not fair at all on the staff .

Well What a hotel this is, I don’t know what premier Inn are playing at the moment especially with this hotel booked in into my room staff on reception lovely cannot fault the staff room just average just like any other Premier Inn room booked a table in the restaurant next door for 6 pm. Arrived in the restaurant dead on six had to wait over an hour for my main meal, I had the mixed grill. They asked that how I wanted my steak. I said rare it came out like a bit of old shoe leather chips cold eggs oh my God I don’t know what they do with the eggs they can’t even cook an egg., So complained about it had to wait a yet again And again, steak bad chips, cold eggs ,I couldn’t eat it by this time and left. Went for breakfast, hardly anyone in the room and they cook the breakfast while you wait So ordered the full English with poached eggs when the waiter brought it over The eggs fell off the plate and landed on the table and all he said was sorry so I had to pick them off the table put back onto my plate, Hashbrowns hot, sausages, undercooked baked beans was like they’ve been opened from the tin and poured on my plate mushrooms cold and I mean very cold once again could not eat it so bad . I complained to the waiter and all he said was okay nothing else I would never ever recommend or go back to that hotel again and eating in their restaurant. I would give it zero but I can’t.

I have stayed a couple of times. Evie and Paris were the staff who booked me in and served in the restaurant. They were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic service, Evie, Paris couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. I have stopped in premier inns for years, and for the first time in a long time, the service feels like before Covid!

Lovely room and comfy beds, staff were great Only let down is the breakfast, pastries were finished and not refilled as they ran out and serviced was a bit slow. Breakfast selection is underwhelming

DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 1 . It's right next to the main entrance and the reception door. . 2 doors banging till late and eejits smoking by the main entrance. . Delightfull.

This is mine and my friends 5th stay and we havent seen each other in a while as she's not from Leicester but we both asked for ground floor familly rooms and 2 cots we didn't get them also we wanted to have food in the hotel we said we wanted it at 6pm we went to go for food to be then told they chef wasn't in they waited untill it was to late and we also had 2 children I complained and nothing all they can say is sorry not good enouth they shoukd ateast give us something back never staying again 😡

Ellie May was excellent she was working so hard and was so profession and helpful there should be more staff was just her on duty.

Don't bother eating here. Very long (90 min) wait for main course, which was then almost cold. I directly but politely expressed my frustration, to be prissily told by the manger she coul ' do without the rudeness'. Frankly I could do with better service!

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Great value for money. The breakfast here is better than most other premier inns.

Great value for money. Outstanding service, particularly in the restaurant at breakfast and in the evening. Card payment system needs improvement to allow tips to be awarded to deserving staff.

Things have changed not as good as it was food is not good in the table to table food came out and it was cold poorly set out will not be going to stay there anymore.

Hotel was great till the cleaner stole my brand new iPhone charger and the staff didn’t want to know when I asked about it

Plenty of parking, clean room, had some issues with twin room not being made up, staff resolved quickly. Room was super hot and wouldn’t cool down, small water leak next to toilet but otherwise good. Restaurant attached for breakfast, plenty of choice but slow service there.

Sorry to say, this is the worst prem Inn I have stayed at, location is fine, OK parking, great friendly service, but my room stank of cigarettes and felt dusty. The restaurant its attached to (pub) served the worst food I have had in a long time, everything tasted off. I get this isn't prem inn's fault but the align themselves to a restaurant or pub and in this case, I would avoid eating there. Even the breakfast, which is hard to stuff up, tasted awful.

Well equipped rooms, convenient location, decent car park that's free and plenty of spaces. Just the job

I took my mum and my sister there after a drive. The staff were friendly, professional and we enjoyed our meal 👍

Food luke warm. Arrive 40 minutes after ordering.
