We didn’t eat in we had a delivery it was disgusting my nan bread was swimming in grease ,the chips was vile the chicken was raw never again will I go there again £20.00 chucked down the drain ,it was horrible

Had 2 starters, crispy chicken bites and BQQ wings, both absolutely brilliant and only cost 10 pounds for both. Meals were delicious and also at a cheap price. Lovely environment and fantastic service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, 10/10

Visited on a Friday lunchtime with my sister. Lovely welcome, spotlessly clean and bright. We both had coffee and cake, absolutely delicious. All the food served whilst we were there looked so appetizing. Loved all the memorabilia on the walls as tribute to our military service veterans, a cause they support with Help for Heroes. Cheerful staff, hardworking, an absolute must if visiting Sutton Town centre. A little gem.

I pop on while my wife is having her hair done. They are lovely people and they make great coffee. You have to try the tuna mayo sandwich it really is very good. It's a independent cafe and would love your support

Absolutely stunning food , everything from the poppadoms to our main meal was simply outstanding and the staff were so lovely. Would definitely go again and without a doubt recommend to all x x x x x

Had a bacon and egg cob, was cooked to how I wanted it. The cobs are fresh and large, the bacon was really nice and tasty and the egg was delicious with a very orange yoke which I like to see. Will definitely be visiting again.

Seems to have either closed for renovation or for good. Kinda disappointed 😞

We live locally and decided to try this place as it has fairly recently changed ownership and had heard good things about it. The decor is now really lovely and the place warm and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and made us feel very at home.. We were a group of 6 and we all agreed that the food was delicious - as was the red wine!! Great to have such a good place in walking distance and we will definitely be going back soon.

Just had Roast Pork & House Special chow meins, best chinese meal we've had for a long time, delivery was prompt, food was piping hot & very tasty also made with good fresh ingredients, definitely will use this place again & so happy with my meal i felt i needed to leave a positive review, keep up the great work Bamboo Shoot 👍

We ordered a takeaway from their website for a family meal and delivery was stated for 18:05 . The delivery eventually arrived 45 minutes late after having to call to question delivery. Upon opening the food it was found to be missing 2 different nan breads. We immediately rang up to state that we had eventually received our order but only to find items missing . The restaurant said they could send out the replacements, but as the original order was 45 minutes later than originally stated , we decided to simply ask for a refund for the missing items. We were told to call back in 1 hour., When we called back we were told we could have a discount on our next order, but as we had such a delay on our food we decided we would probably not use these again. so we again simply asked for a refund for the missing items, The restaurant refused to agree to a refund until their manager was there, when we asked when that would be they said not for at least 2 weeks. Very poor customer service indeed, this USED to be a very good restaurant but obviously customer standards are now non existent!

I had been getting food from here on a regular basis and always opted for the home delivery. One night I placed an order and nearly a hour and a half later got a phone call to say the order was ready for collection, I explained that I always had the home delivery option every order that I’d made in the past to then be told that the order was now getting cancelled! Don’t bother wasting your time or money because when they are overwhelmed with orders they’ll not be able to honour them so they will pick the orders worth more money to them and cancel the smaller ones. Not something you need on a weekend night when you’ve had a couple of drinks and an hour and a half later be told the meal you thought was coming isn’t. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
