Stayed here this weekend ,i couldnt recommend it enough ,immaculate, has everything you need ,lovely on site coffee bar and restaurant ,the staff all went that extra mile ,perfect
I visited the Peppermill at the weekend and had a perfect meal. I’m gluten free and can sometimes struggle to find meals that don’t lack in taste and texture in comparison the the “normal” menu. My meal did not disappoint. The portion sizes were great and the flavours were lovely. I had the goats cheese starter that came with a GF crostini and the sun blushed tomato and olive pasta. The linguine was replaced with GF penne.
We were quite a big party but the staff managed this very well. We were never short of drinks and they were quick to respond to any requests.
There was a band playing upstairs for a large party but you wouldn’t have known from sitting at our table. The atmosphere was great in the restaurant with a great view of the open kitchen.
Prior to attendance I know the manager was really kind, making sure that we had the perfect seating spot for an important celebration. We preordered so they could ensure they had everything we fancied.
I really enjoyed the meal and will be retuning for a third time.
Had full English, 2 snotty under cooked eggs, 1 unpleasant sausage, 2 cheapest rashers. 1 hash brown, toast lightly brown on 1 side.
Beans were fine.
£15 for this, Cup of tea extra.
Not sure this wasn't a prank, As I happened to look up to see 2 members of staff looking at me and laughing.
Could not recommend to anyone.
An Amazing lunch for our anniversary ❤️❤️
We also asked to speed up the mains because we had a train to take and they were perfectly on time! Very nice service
Here today for Sunday lunch with our granddaughter. The roasts were excellent, the vegetables hot and plentiful and the gravy was to die for!!
Even though there were still very full tables the service was great. Drinks ordered and delivered quickly and the food was equally speedy.
Happily go again, but hope the two Dads with their toddlers don't go again at the same time!!!!!
This is the best Italian in the area by far.
Staff are lovely.
Food is outstanding.
Deserts incredible.
Just a really lovely place to eat.
Friendly, great food and top deserts to finish it off.
If every restaurant was like this none would be in trouble,
Well done to your staff.
Leaving a three star review.
Food was great, and was the service and atmosphere.
But the downside was the toilets, moldy asf walls. Reporting this to a Health Inspector
This restaurant is overpriced. The selection of meats and the buffet consist of a small selection of typical Korean food that you can find in any other Korean restaurant, most of which were tasty, however having to pay £33 per person for something so simple turns the taste rather sour.
The restaurant space was also full of smoke, clearly it is not a space suited for a grill restaurant. I have a weak respiratory system and I could barely breathe in there. When we inquired about this we were told this is how it gets when the restaurant is full. So the owner knows their restaurant is not suitable to have this many grills working at the same time.
The tools that were provided for grilling the meats were also visibly damaged and dirty with yellow stains on them. There was a simple guide for grilling meats next to the table, but it did not mention how to grill seafood, nor did we get much info from the staff in regards to grilling
Also, keep in mind drinks are not included in the BBQ buffet price.
Additionally, a large amount of the buffet dishes were empty or about to be empty, practically bringing the buffet size to half of its advertised size. We ate there from 19:30 - 21:00. I do not believe there is a valid reason for half of the buffet being empty at that hour.
Finally, when paying £33 to eat food you expect for dessert something better than store-bought mini pancakes and whipped cream...
Thank you for another wonderful meal on Valentine's Day! We have dined in the restaurant and also ordered delivery and every time, the food is delicious and beautifully cooked. On my most recent visit, I had dressed crab and prawn cocktail to start whilst my partner had his go-to; mozzarella Milanese (the sauce is divine). For mains, I had bistecca alla crema which was lovely and cooked rare (not blue or medium, just perfect) and the partner had Margherita pizza which he says was very nice and tasty. We treated ourselves to a chocolate pyramid and vanilla ice cream for dessert. There is a great 2 for £15 cocktail offer too. The service was great - really friendly, speedy, and attentive. We will gladly be visiting/ordering again!
Second time coming here for a roast .
And again, very friendly, warm, atmosphere , friendly , and attentive staff.
Thanks to skye who as our server
Our food arrived very quickly, hot, and tasted perfect. Can tell it wasnt mass produced, and cooked with care . This is our go to place for a sunday roast, for sure.
And im sure the other food they do is just as good. So im sure we will try other food in future .
Many thanks for a great, positive experience.

What a wonderful place!! The food is absolutely brilliant. They work hard and everything is just what you want when you get breakfast in London! Will definitely come back.
Lovely place in a nice little village! The food was beautiful and the service was great! All at a pretty reasonable price too! Loads to choose from on the menu, there's something for everyone! Only minor gripe i have is that where we were sitting, it was a little bit dark! Bit it is only a minor complaint! This place is lovely and I will definitely be going back!
