I would highly recommend anyone to this amazing dessert job. The staff always make the dessert to the best of their ability, always polite and point. Big round of an applause to ice roll factory, keep up the good work.

Normally order dessert from here, stopped due to the attitude of the girl on the phone. Maybe a little training would help in terms of how you speak to customers. Also include that the jam sponge is a jam sponge, has no coconut on it. Barely any custard either. When askeds for more she said "maybe you shouldn't bloody order here". Advice taken. Thank you.

Just ordered a take out from the IRF for the first time and was very impressed. We had a strawberry sundae and a strawberry and Nutella waffle. Both were excellent, delivery was fast and efficient! Friendly delivery driver. Altogether a must do, must have place for when you must have pudding.

My kids always enjoy here ice cream. In fact, this is their favorite place. Recommended

I go to Ice Roll Factory often as it's nearby and reasonably priced. I always order Ferrero Rocher cookie dough, as I love both so why not mix them together? The service is super speedy, really friendly and the desserts are to die for. I will keep coming back for as long as I live in the Keighley area. Can't fault anything whatsoever. This is a great place and the service is fantastic

Bought a box of six donuts with assorted toppings, which were freshly made and still warm when they arrived (toppings were lovely and melty). These are like the fried donuts you get at the seaside, but bigger and better. Delicious.

Amazing food, amazing people, quick service

last night me and my friends decided to order some food from here. We made the order through just eat and it said it would arrive at 10:30pm, the order was confirmed by the restaurant at was being prepared. It got to 10:30 and the just eat app still hadn’t updated the order to being on its way so I complained through the app saying my order is late. 10 minutes late a text came through from just eat to say my order had been cancelled by the restaurant. So I rang them up and asked why? They said because I hadn’t previously ordered through just eat they had to make sure I wasn’t just going to order food and not pay. So they’d tried to ring me to confirm it. I had no missed calls but I had full service bars so I said on the phone oh I’m sorry I must have mistyped my number. I said can I re order it he said yes just do it through just eat again. So I went to do this and I couldn’t as it said they’d stopped deliveries for the night, I also checked the number I gave and It was correct! So frankly I feel like they just couldn’t be bothered making/delivering my order. I will not be trying it again here as not only was that a very poor excuse, I was treated rudely on the phone. I’m not the kind to complain but this made me really mad, I ended up ordering food elsewhere and they were fine and had no problems.

Great cookie dough, pretty good slushies, ok (Malteser) milkshake, however the cream of the cheesecake tastes how directly inhaling deodorant smells, so probably wouldn't order the cheesecake again.

The kids wanted to order from here on their birthday and they weren't disappointed. Amazing food that the kids absolutely loved and quick, friendly delivery. Highly recommended!

Just had my first experience with rolled ice-cream ... It was amazing and the sprite slush was brilliant. Luckily it 2 min from my house so I will definitely be back.

Absolutely awful got a crepe with Nutella when it got here it was hard and cold cut into it and the Nutella was rock hard wouldn’t recommend at all first time iv ordered and it will definitely be the last.

Great place - Delivered to the door within 40 minutes and my house is really hard to find. Cookie dough is one of the best I’ve had. Ordered about three times this month 😁
