Lovely pub with a nice garden especially for younger children. However, extremely disappointed with my Trio roast costing £18. Food came out as if it had been under a hot plate for a while, lamb and beef were fatty so once cut away not a huge amount left to eat and the roast potatoes were disintegrated inside and impossible to cut as if they had been reheated hours after the initial cook. For the price you’d expect fresher and a general better standard of food. Did not bother to complain as it looked like everyone’s meal around us was the same standard and did not have time to wait with young children. The service and atmosphere as always was great though. Hoping this was a one off as I do like to visit this pub on a Sunday especially in the warmer months.

Not what it used to be, two bar staff on duty who were both eating behind the bar, not very hygienic. Beer prices are over the top, it’s not a central Bristol pub, no wonder most of the village drinks at The Lamb where the beer prices are actually lover than I was expecting.

Great pub, lovely food and the layout is perfect. You don't feel you're on top of other people and had a good amount of space between tables. The goats cheese tart was amazing!

A 45-minute walk from where we live in Coalpit Heath, but well worth the effort! Having said that, at this time of year, we tend to drive (5-10 mins). Friendly staff, good food, what more could you want?

Bizarre experience last night after many nice meals in the past with great service. Everything was too much trouble for the 2 grumpy ladies behind the bar. No smiles. Lots of sighing and huffing it felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Food was nice but the staff on last night need to work on their hospitality skills. My grans 91st meal so a shame really but we managed to make light of it and enjoy ourselves. Disappointing and may not return. especially as they are thinking of charging 20 quid to bring your own birthday cake? I mean do you want people coming to your quiet country pub on a weeknight and spending hundreds of pounds or not?!

We stopped for lunch and ordered from the lunch menu. The food was good value, tasty and piping hot. However, we felt we couldn't give a higher score as the decor was tired, the seats grubby and the whole place could have done with a good scrub. The poor waitress/bar lady was run off her feet and a bit stressed.

I ordered delivery through just eat. Saw their pamphlet on my door step and was craving some flavorful soup as I wasn’t feeling well. The ordered arrived in 15mins, which was surprising as on the website it was showing one hour. We were happy but when we opened the food except the crackers nothings tasted good. We ordered two Tom yum soup as it’s our go to from any Thai place. But trust me this is the worse I have ever had. No lemon grass, no galangal and no kaffir…. are you serious??? How is it even a Tom yam soup then. It was just flavored water with few mushrooms, prawns and cherry tomato. I was so disappointed we paid 14 pounds for that :/ we also ordered Pad Pring so we thought let’s try that, might be better but again disappointed the Pad pring had three chillies on the menu shown for the spicy level but this wasn’t even close to spicy nor there was salt, it was just bland. Paid nearly 30GBP for this food. Biggest regret ever. Please don’t write “taste of Thailand” on the menu when it’s not even close to it.

Pub was virtually empty on Saturday evrning when we visited. Food arrived quickly and was very nice.

Food is a bit pricey but very nice and tastes fresh and relatively healthy as lots of vegetables in there and not at all oily. Set menu says minimum order 2, however the system lets you order only 1. A bit misleading as I assumed that 1 meant big enough to share between 2 people. Restaurant called to say I would have to change it to 2 if I wanted it so cancelled and reordered.

Just passing by for many years ..bit this time I stopped and actually popped in for one quick swifty Cider or one or two or three ..I can't remember..😃..Top Cider they sells ..They got pool table ..and a complicated juke box ..but. everything's a bit complicated after a few Old Rosie s.😍🧡🟠🌹.. Food ?..well I had a packet of peanuts..they was fine dished up and served by a talkative friendly bar maid.👍..good friendly locals ..good chat ..If I lived in Iron Acton.area .this would be local . definitely 💯..The Cider..the Jukebox... pool table does it for me ..🎤I could have stayed all-night till chucking out time 🕛🕧🕐🕜🕑🕝🕒🕞🕓🕟🕔🕤🕘.. whenever that is..They have nice garden to sleep in also..😃9/10

This pub was a recommendation from family member. And I was very empress with the ambience of the place and the younger member of staff was amazing friendly and helpful. The White Hart allso has Play area in the garden and my boys had great fun we had a hard job getting them out when it was time to go. I would of given 5* but couple of things stoped me from giving 5 star's. I enjoyed my cod and chips but it was small amount and at £13.95 and I would of been still hungry if I didn't order bread and butter with it and maybe an idea including bread and butter with the meal as this would be more reasonable to charge £13.95. and the puddings were great but we're small and we're between £7 and £8 and should of been £5 what would of been fair for the really small size. The other negative was the middle age lady I know from other reviews she has been mentioned. She was unfriendly boarding on rude when she took our dessert order, the body language was hostile. I feel if these 2 negatives could be improved the overall rateing would easily be 5".

I regularly order the same meal and it tastes great every time. My last order was shared with a visitor and they thought the food was soooo good. They can't wait to visit me again so they can have meal from Narong Thai.

our first time ordering from this restaurant and we will be ordering again soon. The food was great! Nice variety of dishes to choose from and when it arrived it was hot and very tasty. Ingredients were of a very good quality. It would be great if the delivery time could be reduced, but then again, it was worth the wait! Seriously though if it was quicker we would give this a 5 star rating.

Horrible. Thai green curry was closer to a katsu, but a horrible one. So salty it burned. Did I say it was horrible? Cause it was!

I was utterly disappointed with food quality in comparison to what they charge for food. The test wasn't there and my Thai friend can cook much better than this restaurant chef. I will not recommend anyone out there for takeaway from this restaurant.

Yam ko moo yang was swimming in a vinegar like juice some of the pork was solid. Goong pow was mega spicey, but not described as spicey on the menu. I would not have ordered this if I had known and there is 4 king prawns some onion and chillies. Massive let down and i feel ripped off I paid £14 for this!

Wonderful, tasty and hot food. Mmmmmmm.

It took 2 hours for the restaurant to deliver our order. We live a 3 minute drive away from the restaurant. When I called them for an update they said they were busy and the door will not leave the restaurant before a certain time but it was ready to go. Luckily when it arrived it was still hot and tasted great but I’m not pleased with the service as all.

The quality and amount were excellent as always. We both love these particular dishes.

Ordered food and food was late they forgot to process 1 item where I was told it would be 2mins but actually took 10mins. The shrimp was oily and tasted like old oil, the Lamb shank tasted really bad. I have been to Thailand several times and Thai food should taste fresh, Please save yourselves the money.

Amazing food. Real authentic Thai taste and not like other Asian restaurants where the curries all taste the same but are different colours. Everything felt like is was cooked just for us and freshly made. The king prawns were huge and you can tell they were fresh and kept well before cooking. The Lamb was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and can’t wait to try other food on the menu. Delivery was late but I understand it’s because of high demand and I was kept informed.

Understanding it was New Years Eve (busy), and the restaurant’s Just Eat Machine crashed. The food was 3.5 hours late, lack of understanding from the restaurant as they tried to gauge what orders were all coming through at once as the machine rebooted. Our order got lost and was said to be delivered 3 times but wasn’t even started cooking. Food was incredible as always, super tasty and everything was full of flavour. Shame about the time, but can understand the faults.

There was a missing item in our order and the Thai green curry was so salty we couldn’t eat it. We also had the Crying Tiger and that was very good.

My fish in curry sauce and salad were amazing. The fish cakes were cold and the weeping tiger was tasteless. So a bit of a mixed bag. The pad Thai was ok. A lot of money for a half ok meal. They have done better in the past.

Waited for almost 2 hrs After estimated delivery time . Despite this , food was lovely and the delivery gentleman was very apologetic regarding the delay and I understand it was not the restaurant fault . Thank you for nice food and happy new year .

I hate to leave a negative review as I have used this restaurant many times and I realise it is New Year’s Eve but after waiting a long time ( I asked for 7.30 delivery and was told 8... fair enough) it is now 10.25.... I rang the restaurant at 9 and was told 45 minutes. Rang them again 10 minutes ago to be told my house was on the delivery chaps way home...... Feel that I have been left to the end as it was convenient Not happy

Tried calling the restaurant several times and could only get a voicemail service.

Great food but on two occasions now I have had to wait for almost an hour and over an hour.

Delivered bang on time! Piping hot! Amazing food as always. The salt and pepper squid is sublime!!!!! I have never had a bad meal and would recommend completely.

We went to collect, and everything was dark and looked closed. I rang the number, but nobody answered. Eventually somebody in the pub came down and said it was a little door to the side, but there was no sign, bell or anything. We eventually got our food after 20 mins stood outside! The food was OK, but not great. The Green Curry was quite thick and not like other Green Currys. The Chicken Satay had a weird texture and looked a little pink. The Pad Thai was a good size and tasty, but the rest was just average really. I don't think we will go back, as it is expensive as a takeaway and the service didn't blow us away

Heard really good things about the food however i was disappointed with all aspects, chewy calamari, dry duck and soggy spring rolls.

Food is outstanding and arrived hot. Don't mind waiting a bit longer for it when know its going to be so good.
