Waitrose Cafe in Ashford

Popped in to get some shopping decided to treat myself to tea and cake ( complimentary if you are a ‘John Lewis ‘ cardholder and have the voucher in the mail ‘ . Pleasant enough and very good cake - tables could have done with clearing but a pretty good experience !

Soy milk available and nothing else. I have not been since I became vegan because of such a lack of options. Would really help boost business if vegan options were avaliable such as: panini and at least one pastry!

This is really close to me and a nice spot to sit chill have a coffee read a paper grab a bit of shopping, but it is rather overpriced for drinks snacks and cakes. I do have a waitrose card and up till sept used to enjoy my free coffee but they have stopped cups now so only option bring your own or use this cafe again , i used to enjoy my coffee in the restaurant cafe, till they stopped it and started the self serve machines, with no cups now id like to see option to drink back in the cafe with your card. Coffee is nice though but like most things portion sizes have decreased but not the prices.

Pasó por la tienda a comprar algunas compras y tomar una copa. Utilizamos el retrete no eran sólo todo sucio no había papel higiénico en cualquiera de los retretes y que apestaba a excrementos! (Lo siento) tan mal. Me hizo sentir enfermo. Parecía que no habían limpiado por días. Le pone de comer en algún lugar que cuando está sucio.

Service could be quicker but food iin the cafe good was always full with customers claiming free coffee better now that Waitrose have put a stop to this. Service could be quicker if the staff did not have to multi-task

La tienda de comida tiene una categoría ligeramente waitrose, principio de la exclusividad variedad que lo distingue del resto. El café no siga en esta tradición. Mientras que en comparación con otros restaurantes, tienda de comida es comparable, no destaca tanto en el espacio (muy pequeña) comodidad y ofertas. Necesita ser hecho más grande, reformado, y un menú ampliado ligeramente o necesita a convertirse en un asunto sólo de bebidas.

Tucked away in a corner this is often so well patronised it is difficult to find a seat. The staff are Waitrose so they are very good. Pity there aren't more staff allocated as the tables are not self clearing.

Mi esposa Recientemente visité el café y fue a comprar una tarta. Como el servidor tomó la tapa de una botella azul de la torta, sólo había una tarta de izquierda.Mi esposa se negó a comprar la tarta en el terreno de la higiene, si sabes volar un feeds podrá comprender.Después de comprar unos 10 minutos ella estaba asombrado de ver la tarta aún en la pantalla! Dijo que el mismo servidor de mujeres, seguramente debe tener cuidado de que la tarta fuera de pantalla/venta después del incidente con mosca! Ella todavía no

Extremely helpful and positive staff attitude as it is in the rest of the store. always a pleasure to have coffee and snack.

Estamos bastante visitantes regulares de la cafetería John Lewis. La comida que ofrecen es bastante corriente, pero suele ser buena. Let's be fair here. It's a cafe in Waitrose. You know exactly what it is going to be like, what you are going to get and how it will look.

Stopped off in Waitrose today for a quick coffee and a bacon roll. Service was very quick. Coffee was lovely...decaf cappuccino and the bacon rolls were super. Used My Waitrose card so didn't pay for the coffee's. All was perfect. Well done Waitrose!!
