Easter Sunday roast lunch. Had a fantastic lunch. Roast beef and roast pork was lovely and tasty. Cheese cake dessert was amazing. Katie fields was our server she was very attentive and polite. Kept checking in on us to see if anything else was needed. The drinks kept flowing 🤣. We will definitely return. Lovely clean pub including the toilets could not fault. Thank you to all the team for a memorable afternoon.

Stopped in for lunch and as usual brilliant service, very friendly staff to us and our dog! The food was as always excellent. Look forward to our next meal at The Swan

Popped in on a Friday evening with a friend and Caitlin was just amazing, efficient service straight from the get go. Took our order and drinks were here in seconds! Thank for a great evening, all bar staff, food and cocktails were great!

Lovely place, great staff and excellent food. Very helpful and made sure our two year old grandson received his food first. Good menu choices (husband and daughter can't stop raving about the beef starter..)..definitely be going back and looking forward to using the garden in the better weather so grandchildren can see the planes.

The staff here are very good. I have visited here once before about a year ago and all was very good. The food is the reason for the low score. The steak and mushroom pot pie was good, but served with about 12 frozen chips and nothing else was more than disappointing. £18 was way to expensive for a small plate of food. I agree the quality of the pie was good but way overpriced for the portion size. A few vegetables would have made all the difference. It’s a shame

Great food great service. The staff at the swan make this a great pub to visit, nothing is too much trouble and they are so great with the kids. If you haven’t been for one of their roasts, highly recommended and you can chill and play a board game after.

We cannot recommend The Swan enough to our friends and families. We have now visited on a number of occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food has been delicious and the menu is brilliant for all. The staff have been incredible and well attentive. The manager has always been warm and welcoming as well as the assistant manager! The front of house team work hard to ensure that your time with them is enjoyable and nothing is too much trouble. The management team should be proud of the pub they are providing the area ! We would however like to see some more themed nights available in the future! But overall 10-10 each visit. ! Thank you all!

Post Christmas meal with friends, really friendly service and made to feel welcome, the igloo was a great experience and such a great change with plenty of room, speaker for music and warm. The food was fresh, tasty and the would highly recommend, we will be back!

Booked an Igloo in the garden with a group of friends. It was really good, we all had a fantastic night, had service come out to us often. A few of us had food which was really nice. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

From the moment we booked our Christmas Meal with the team at the Swan the service was flawless! The team were so friendly, quick and efficient! Food was served quick and tasted absolutely amazing and delicious. Prices were decent! Such a cosy and Christmassy atmosphere. Loved every second of it and will definitely be coming back again! Great pub with views over the airport

The beer can be great, but has tasted of vinegar on several visits. Today's wasn't bad, but not worthy of a second pint, so I ordered a half. I was shocked to find they ramp the price up from £5 per pint, to £3,25 for a half!

We had our company Christmas dinner at the Swan. The food was great and we were looked after very well by George and his staff. I always enjoy going to The Swan particularly for the food and this time was no exception.

Really great experience in the outdoor igloos. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Lots of choice of beers and good food options. Will definitely return when in the area again!

First visit to the Swan over the Winter period to experience the Apres Ski ambience at Farnborough's real Winter Wonderland as the pub is transformed with delightful themeing and warming igloos to dine in and celebrate the festive season. Friendly courteous service, great food and a superb choice of beverages in the comfort of a cosy heated igloo, what could be more Christmassy 🎅

Great time at the Swan, on a very busy evening! Food and drink were very good and atmosphere in the pub was great. Staff were very attentive (as always), making this one of the best social venues in the area.

This pub appears to be good for drinking, has a nice decor and with friendly but somewhat slow service. The food quality is below average.

Starter was delicious. Turkey was superb, quality and quantity, Yorkshires were superb, but then came one carrot, one parsnip and very hard kale along with frozen roast potatoes!. What a disappointment!. Coffee was like dishwater. Very disappointed.

I had never been to this pub before today, we put our faith that this would be a great venue for a christening after party. We had about 25 people 5 children and I can honestly say the food and service was amazing! The staff as so attentive and welcoming 👏👏👏 5 stars all round.

This pub never let's you down. A brilliant place for all occasions, a really classy menu, great events, contemporary decor and big beer garden. Highly recommend the igloos, you get a speaker, a buzzer, heating and a bottle of prosecco. You're guaranteed a good night.

Best Sunday lunch out in years! Portion looked small, but was stacked high and actually very filling. Great fresh veg, including the uniquely addictive white cabbage puree. Great service from Tom and team, they even got someone to bring fresh milk for my coffee from a local hotel. Thank you!! UPDATE October 2023. We had to come back a year later after working as stilt walking Hallowe'en characters nearby. Unable to prebook a table we rocked up as walk-ins on the Sunday at 12.30pm. We were served in the bar area with another 2 fabulous beef roasts, topped with the biggest Yorkshire pud ever! Perfect amount of superbly cooked food. Added desserts, drinks and coffee, all for £64. There were 14 of us friends meeting up. We met at the Air Science Museum next door followed by Sunday lunch at The Swan. Due to the number, we were asked to pre-book our meals. This was easily achieved on line. We all chose the various roast options and everyone agreed the food was excellent and certainly good value. I had the beef, requesting rare. It was perfectly cooked and very tender. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We shall most certainly return.

Myself and 5 friends hired one of the igloos last week, amazing setting, they have done a fab job turning it into a winter wonderland. £30 for the igloo and a bottle of fizz included, absolute bargain! , the winter menu has so much on...

I stopped to ask if they had accomodation but was told they dont do any. I was there for a total of 5m and 9 sec as per the penalty notice I recieved.. not a place i would visit...

Really nice place. It overlooks Farnborough airport which is a bonus & is also adjacent to the RAF museum. The beers good too. & not overly expensive. Serving Meantime beer, brewed in Greenwich.

The winter wonderland setting is a really nice place to sit and chill with friends over food. I’d recommend hiring an igloo.

The service was quick and friendly. The place wasn't too busy so they took our food orders at the table. Ordered the smash burger which turned out to be excellent. Will likely order that the next time I visit!

Honestly incredible. I live quite close and my parents live down the coast. Every time they come up to visit they want to eat at the Swan.. not sure if that’s down my awful cooking, but more likely the food, service and atmosphere of The Swan. We tried the new menu, with schnitzel and bratwurst sandwiches, as well as the smash burger. We were not disappointed, the food was 10/10, as was the service! My son (5) had plenty of colouring and games to keep him busy, and watching the planes come in to land is a bonus! If you’re considering going, stop considering and book a table, you will not be disappointed!

Had a great time at the Swan in Farnborough. Food was delicious and the beer (Market Porter) was spot on. Burgers were tasty, cottage pie was spot on and steak done to perfection ... hot spicy chicken wings are the perfect starter!

Excellent service and atmosphere, but food could have been better. My daughter liked her chicken burger, but I had better fish and chips elsewhere.

A real gem in Farnborough. Everything was cooked to perfection and first-class service from George. It has an excellent selection of draught beers and a lovely beer garden to boot. Cheers George will definitely be back soon!

Came here saturday evening whilst in the area for the golf BMW championship to eat dinner and have a few drinks! nice decor/restaurant, absolutely Brilliant service from our hostess, food was very generous in portions and very reasonably priced. Gave us free garlic bread sharer portion on the house and a free birthday apereol spritz. cannot recommend highly enough. Brilliant.

Visited for Sunday roast. September 2023. Warm friendly efficient service. Lovely dining area. Unfortunately, there was an over excited child with a banshee like scream on a nearby table. It's shriek literally rattled ones spine. So we opted to relocate to the public area to eat. The staff were sympathetic and assisted our move. What a great roast dinner. We all opted for roast beef(£17 at time of writing). Sat atop the perfectly cooked topside, was a big, tasty, Yorkshire pudding. Vegetables were well presented and Al dente. Crispy roast potatoes with nice and fluffy inside. Parsnips, I personally like a bit more crispy but they were ok. I usually hate discretionary service when added to the bill but the service was really good and I tipped more. Make sure you add your registration details to the terminal upon entering.

Nice decor, staff personable and attentive and the food was really quite good! We had the tagliatelle prawns/garlic. Deeelish. Decent beers on tap too. Will be returning!

While your in this place if you haven't registered your car number you will receive a penalty notice. It is baffling why us English accept this, it's not the case in France! I will not enter a pub doing this to their customers.

Excellent customer service, atmosphere and food. The bar area & garden is really lovely. They have introduced parking system so don't forget to register your car. Staff are so friendly... also very dog friendly. And you must try their fish & chips and Nachos

The Sunday roast lunch is tasty and a decent serving. Staff are friendly. There is a huge garden bar area outnthe back that is comfortable and chill.

First visit to this pub and what a charming place. We were in there at 4.30pm on a Father’s Day Sunday. Unfortunately they had run out of roasties and the beef but as we hadn’t been planning on the roast we didn’t mind at all....

Last Saturday night we waited an hour for food. When the food came it was awful, I will never touch mushroom lasagne again. The portion sizes were small and overpriced. Definitely not returning.

Nice location and the venue just a small issue with the parking. If you got a very low car you could bottom out.

I guess it comes down to what you want from a pub. We used to come here for a chat and drink on a Friday evening after finishing events. They stop serving food at 9pm, which is annoying but understandable, but it was otherwise a friendly and good place. Now though they have started loud music and it is packed solid. I guess they're doing something right to attract the crowds, but it is not the environment we are looking for.
