The Little Teapot is a perfect example of why small businesses need to be protected.. The food is fantastic, the service is exemplary and the overall experience deserves recognition.

Visited with family, cafe is very bright and welcoming. They had a fantastic cupcake club for children during the half term where for £1 kids are given a freshly baked cupcake with their own bag of icing to pipe and toppings. Menu is full of great options, prices are super reasonable, lovely tasting food and very clean.

The Little Teapot was asked to cater for my husband's wake and I was not disappointed. I had chosed them because I knew the cakes etc in the cafe were excellent. All contact with them (emails and a meeting) was very quick and professional. On the day they delivered to the venue in plenty of time. The food was just what I was looking for. I had chosen the 1st option with sandwiches, nibbles, fruit etc and topped it up with home made cakes. Everything was fresh and tasty and there was plenty of it. I can't praise them enough.

I won an afternoon tea for two, which we took today. Absolutely delicious and cannot fault it. Large choice of sandwich filling - we had coronation chicken and prawn (not together!). Both delicious. Came with tortilla crisps and a little salad garnish with coleslaw. Next was a lovely scone (choice of fruit, plain or cherry I think). Butter and clotted cream and either raspberry or strawberry jam. You could choose which cake you’d like. We chose lemon and chocolate. I have to say the chocolate cake was amazing. One of the best cakes I think I’ve ever eaten. It was chocolatey without being sickly. Then there was a macaron, Turnocks tea cake and a few berries. We also had a pot of tea. It probably wouldn’t surprise you to hear that we couldn’t eat it all but we were supplied with little boxes to take our leftovers home with us. IF I wanted to be picky I’d suggest maybe normal crisps instead of tortilla crisps but that’s being very picky. Friendly service. Would we go back? Yes! Would we order afternoon tea again? Yes! I’ve had afternoon tea in various establishments and for the price of TLT one I could fault it. Amazing value (admittedly I didn’t pay as I won it) but upon checking the menu for the price I think you’d be hard pushed to find anywhere else doing afternoon tea for the price of quantity. Thank you very much!

I’ve been here a couple of times now and the service exceeds every single time! Friendly polite and helpful staff! The food is just the best!!!! Large hot portions for a little to no wait! And the prices are low! You don’t pay any premium to have gluten free which i think is brilliant!! Do not hesitate and visit here if you want the best breakfast or lunch!! I recently had a Gluten free toastie and it was delicious hot and flavour some! Highly recommended!!! You will not be disappointed:) Thanks for the amazing lunch :)

As visitors to Ashford we were looking for a place to eat a snack and came across the Little Teapot in Park Mall. There were plenty of outside tables and as it was a warm day that was ideal. The staff were welcoming and assured us that a serving of Nachos would be enough for two. When they arrived the nachos were hot and had lots of melted cheese, the salsa, cream and guacamole were presented in separate dishes. We hope to return before we head for home at the end of the week

Visiting their café, it was immediately noticeable that their staff were not properly trained, with constant arguments breaking out behind the counter, some getting quite verbal whilst still having customers in close company to the arguers. In addition some simply ignored the situation, causing it to expand/rise much more quickly than it should of have. Some of the younger staff members completely disregarded their duties, preferring to play on their phones in full view of customers, in addition to the entire group of staff disappearing into a back room to talk things out, leaving the till and counter empty, with customers still waiting in lines for their orders. Whilst with some items on their menu they take great care with, some they skive off on quality, for example the nachos without chili, the cheese was obviously microwaved and in no way was there any care was set to presentation, apart from the desserts which were delicious and quite popular with many of the customers.

Just coming from the mainland we were looking for an early morning coffee and cake after the ferry ride. The little teapot is set as no 1 in Ashford and 25 min drive from Dover (getting in early makes it a long wait for coffee at the cliffs, so we set that as a return goal). Nice cute set up. We ordered two large caps one normal and one soy, as well as a slice of Lucious Lemon. Large coffee is large and cake slices big enough to share amongst two. Tasty cake, needs a bit more layers of lemon stuff l. Quality wise, first coffee in England. I'd say it's not the best I've had, neither the worst.

The staff were extremely friendly and the service was super and the made us feel special when ordering the High Tea. There was a very nice selection of cakes available for those with a sweet tooth (which change each day/week). We ordered the High Tea for 2 which consists of , coffee/tea (flat white decaf) scone (plain or with raisins) with their own jam, butter and clotted cream, which was excellent!. A cake of your chose (I had the peanut butter chocolate cake). A sandwich (chicken tikka) which was very nice with lovely fresh white bread. At last we have some variety within Ashford town centre! I love Stag & this place offers the perfect alternative.

Popped in for a tea and coffee. Tea fine. Coffee was so strong couldnt drink it and half the cup was froth. Two ladies were having High tea. For £14.95 I would expect more than one scone and one cake and a few strawberries and cream. The sandwich was cut into two instead of the small sections as norm. Also the seats are very hard so some cushions would be nice. Shame as the place looks lovely. Also mess on table .

Having just moved to the area, we went exploring. Dropped in to the Little Teapot for a cold drink on a hot, sunny day. We received such a cheery, friendly welcome and a delicious coffee frappe. Good prices and a really sweet little café. Will definitely return as the food looked very good too.

Previously visited the Tearooms when they were located outside the front of Perry Court. The food was excellent and cheese, chutney sandwiches were huge and fresh. Has to be said for the new cafe the staff are great - however the new sandwiches are appalling. Cheap supermarket, sliced bread and a smattering of grated cheese for ££. Phenomenally expensive. A huge disappointment and wouldn't return.

We had a very good meal at The George at Molash; we were welcomed on arrival and shown to our table, the service was very efficient and the waitresses were professional but also friendly. They looked after us superbly. We chose our meals and these took a little time to come out but we were not worried about this as we were chatting and food was cooked freshly to order. Other tables were informed about a wait for some foods as they were cooked freshly to order. This didn’t affect us too much as we ate quite early - table was booked for 6.30pm. The pub was very clean and tidy. The portions were good - for both dinner and we had a dessert. We finished the evening with herbal teas and were shown a selection to choose from. Overall we had a very nice evening at The George, and had good food, service and atmosphere.

Went there expecting to get food and decent beer. NO Food. Looks like pub is up for sale with little interest. Beer was OK, but pub noisy due to football. Definitely one to avoid. Went to Eureka for a nice curry instead,
