I’d been to the Courtyard a couple of times for coffee and enjoyed it so thought I’d give breakfast a try. Plenty of items on the menu appealed but in the end I plumped for the avocado and poached eggs on sourdough. Really glad I did as it was utterly delicious - the pickled chilli and chipotle oil gave it a delightful added twist. I’m really looking forward to returning to try a few more items on the breakfast menu!

Came in for an easy breakfast, and it was lovely. Pleasant surroundings, helpful and accommodating service, and the breakfast muffin was delicious. The tomato chutney was seriously yummy! Will definitely come back .

I had a large latte and a piece of apple & cinnamon cake. The coffee was excellent - far better than the offerings in national chains. The cup was a generous size and good value for the price. The cake was also different from that in most coffee shops - probably made by hand, rather than machine. The cafe offers outdoor and indoor seating, plus free WiFi (which I'm using to write this review) and I would certainly recommend it.

Mixed bag. Reasonably good food but a bit pricy for what you got IMO. Poached eggs were fantastic though. Service was great, coffee was wishy washy. Wouldn't return, there is better in the Village

I was visiting Sunninghill and had a quick walk around the village to find somewhere for a coffee and stumbled across The Courtyard which was definitely the best venue there, in my opinion. It is a very smart establishment with indoor and outdoor seating, helpful staff, excellent coffee and I enjoyed my bacon sarnie and cake. I would definitely return and recommend.

My experience is based on only one time so it could be different for others. I asked for an Oat latte and as soon as I asked for it I knew what was coming, the person boiled the milk and coffee was bitter. After walking with my oat latte towards the train station I burnt my tongue and mouth… Please this is a message to everyone who opens a coffee shop, if you want to open and have a good coffee, please learn the basics of frothing milk and coffee in general. Their food look good and I just write this review for them to improve and get better.

Today Saturday - my hundredth trip to Heidi’s cafe. Normally first class. Today at 10.00 am salad - yesterday’s i assume as soggy and inedible. Jam doughnuts - normally fantastic, burnt and tough. What is happening , will stay away for a while now - shame

Loved this little friendly wine bar. My wife and I had hoped this wine bar would be open last night, not realising that it is closed Monday and Tuesday evenings. Nevertheless, as I saw a lady tidying up after the day’s trading I knocked the door hoping she may be able to sign post me to another wine bar. I was greeted by a huge smile from now I know is Pip the owner of the cafe/bar. She opened the door and directed my wife and I to to a pub just a few minutes walk away. She then spent a good 15 minutes telling us where we should consider visiting while in Windsor. We had a pot of tea here this morning and spoke to Pip again and we spoke and chatted about the story of her business, she made us both feel extremely welcome. We will definitely visit again on our next visit in December.
