Busy, but service was fast, efficient and friendly.

Absolutely love Heidi’s in Daniel’s, Windsor. Great, friendly and welcoming staff. Choice of pastries and portion size is lovely with a well made coffee. Very chilled atmosphere where you feel at home.

You are always greeted with a smile and cheerful greeting whenever you visit Heidi's. Ze, Matt, Mirela and all the team provide excellent service which compliments great coffee and delicious food. The pastries and cakes are works of art and the Banana Bread is especially yummy. We regularly get our morning coffee here and definitely recommend a visit!

We love visiting Heidi’s in Windsor for a excellent afternoon tea. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The pastries and cakes are fresh and delicious, changing with the seasons to offer interest and variety. All this makes an ambience that is a delight.

I come here every week and always get the warmest welcome and great coffee. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The best Gluten free treat in Windsor! There is a real lack of gluten free food in the myriad of Windsor coffee shops. So pleasantly surprised to find a rather excellent flourless orange cake at Heidi's Its not formally gluten-free as this needs to be baked in a dedicated manner, but I have now had this (and the chocolate flourless cake) several times with no corresponding Coeliac glutenated reactions ;-)

We love Heidi's, located on the ground floor of Daniels. Our go to place for their lunch deal and my no1 spot for an always perfect coffee and fresh pastry. Definitely recommend!

Heidi @Daniel of Windsor is a class apart cafe in the town. Ambience, the crowd and food, all indeed make a great combo throughout the day. Staff are fantastic, warm & welcoming anytime. My kind of place to chill & relax over a cup of coffee. When you are visiting don't miss out on Heidi's signature cinnamon roll and the humble flapjack!!

£3.60 for a small flat white, £3.95 if you ask for oat or soya milk ! What! Penalised for being milk intolerant. “It’s because oat milk costs more “ said the server, oh yeh because £3.60 isn’t enough for what is essentially a mug of hot water, a small amount of ground coffee and a splash of milk.

The service is the issue here, specially the staff. They are rude, a couple times we were asked to return the table while we hadnt finished our food. I dont like the arrogant air they project. Clearly an u satisfied bench of staff. For the owners to consider.

Great lunch at Heidi in Windsor. Lunch deal of homemade savoury, salad and drink at £10.50. Good range, nice quality and tasty. Amazing range of pastries and cakes - went back the next day for a box of treats. Also have a small grab and go outlet by the station. Whilst you are there make time to look around Daniels - a treasure trove of a department store.

We had their mushroom garlic croissant and a pesto sandwich- both 10/10 and worth the money!

Well what a delight this place is....we had a wonderful, good quality full english, and we were not dissappinted....unlike some places in windsor that have been a constant dissapointment. We will be back regularly, as this really is a little gem that windsor can be proud of.

I found a soil inside the mushrooms. Report to manager and nothing has been done. Still waiting for the phone call from the main manager.

Delicious cakes and 5* customer service. I went by myself to pick up my Christmas order and the team went above and beyond to ensure my order makes it home in one piece. They helped me carry the cake to my car on Victoria Street, service with a smile they said🙂. Thank you, Heidi. Highly recommend them.

This is one of the best coffee shops in Windsor all the food is great and the coffee is very good. It is inside the Daniels department store at the back left ground floor lots of tables.

Wouldn’t recommend. Our salads were mainly limp and soggy. Coffee was just hot milk! Also no glass given with the can of drink. When being served, I wanted some bread to go with our salads. They had these huge baguettes sitting on the side (not for sale) and I asked if you had to have the whole baguette. Abruptly told, if you want the whole thing you can if you want!! That isn’t what I asked so just left it.

We had the worst experience while sitting at Heidi’s in Windsor today. We were a group of friends who were told by their manager That we cannot be seated at their tables because some of us had coffees from another place while the others brought food and coffee from Heidi’s . The manager came and said that only those who have food from their coffee shop can sit at their tables and told us to leave and for our fiends who had food they can only stay. We then all got up and left and our friends had to take their food as take away! That was the first and last time we go there or buy anything from there or even think about sitting there. Very rude and disrespectful management. I will not waste time mentioning the whole conversation with the manager but all I can say is that she was very unprofessional and rude in handling the situation.

Great place for a quick coffee and snack. We had 10 minutes to get on our bus so wherever we picked ,for coffee and a snack, had to be quick. We made it in and out of Heidi in about 3 minutes. There were other patrons there ahead of us as well. The coffee, cinnamon roll and Pan au Chocolat were delicious. Prices are fair, staff is friendly and dress is casual.

They serve one of the best coffees I have ever had and their pastry's are devine. Staff are very friendly I just wish I could get a coffee every morning. .

This story begins with me being on a school trip from the Czech republic to England. On our last day we visited Windsor and we had free time to walk around, i decided to get coffe and walked into here and ordered an iced Americano, i was previously in much distress and just overwhelmed because I'm autistic and i was on the verge on crying, i went to pay with card and then I saw that it declined. I panicked and I saw that the drink was already made, i basically tried again again but to no awail. Now i just wanna say in my country if this happened they would be very rude, but not these baristas. I started crying because of everything and the lady, her name was Victoria, said i can take the drink for free and that it was going to go either to me or the trash and she didn't want to waste it. I broke into tears over this. Victoria seemed from the get go as a very nice person, nice radiant smile, basically she smiled like the sun i would say. I sadly forgot the name of the male barista but I think it was like Tom? He was super nice too! Both of them patient, kind and they thankfully understood my horrible speaking English accent. I took the drink and didn't leave, i talked to my bank and in the end i payed it plus some coins i had given them because I felt horrible. So i just wanna say, whoevers employing these two, please give them a big promotion. I cried for hours later because of their kindness, i even hugged Victoria and i wish I had some sort of contact for them to just explain myself, oh well let's hope they'll find this. Thank you so much for your kindness, btw the coffee here is great!!( Yes I am ending such a story with that. This coffee shop is located inside the Daniels department store at the ground floor. The service is great and the staff is helpful and friendly. The food and drink selection is wide and tasty. Moreover it is good value for money 💰.

Real patisserie chefs serving up superb patisseries. I don’t think there is another place in Windsor that delivers authentic patisseries and buns such as these. The salads and savoury goods are always excellent. The French baguette is also the best in town in my opinion

The soup was just normal and the croissant was so-so Unexpected But the pistachio cake was surprised me! Really nice!must try, Not sweet,worth it 👍

Discovered this coffee shop on a Sunday early afternoon in mid December. There was a stream of people popping in and out but it wasn't that busy as well known coffee shop brands are. As there is very limited seating inside (too cold to seat outside at this time of year), most people just pop in to get their coffee on the go. Generally, it is a well presented clean place with a good choice of hot drinks and pastries, the latter look absolutely mouthwatering. Me and my partner, we had a hot drink each and a pastry, everything was delicious. The customer service was friendly. Will definitely visit again.

My son and I stopped here for a quick lunch prior to continuing on with a tour. We both had a sausage roll, ham and cheese croissant and a large shortbread chocolate chip cookie. Everything was amazing and well enjoyed by the both of us.

Having visited it on Sat, the staff were busy and a bit rude, cake is tasty but small, it costed £4.95, a bit expensive.

Excellent flat white and the most delicious Nutella doughnut, highly recommend.

Lovely ☕ BUT......Pastries & cakes etc r now RIDICULOUSLY expensive & the size of them is SMALL. 3 people in the queue decided not to buy when they saw the inflated prices. Get real Heidi's. times are tough & the pastry section used to be affordable but not now. you've lost me as a customer & many other i suspect

Generous generous generous! The best doughnut place I have ever been to - I recommend the chi chi. This place is so damn good that I kept the receipt and travelled specifically to have it again over 2 years later. I happily put my reputation on the line by telling everyone to come here and you won't be disappointed. Thought I ought to leave a review that reflects how much I adore this place and the service their staff gives - before I place a birthday order for x20 doughnuts 😍

We came in for lunch of vegetarian quiche serves with a side salad and hot drink. The quiche was delicious with plenty of walnuts and cheese and a nice thin crust. The salad was very nice and you get a decent pot of tea for £8.25 all in. It was very busy but very well organized.

The worst service of my life, I went to the takeaway one next to the station last week and the crystal guy is very rude and rolls his eyes a lot when asked about anything (Think he spat on my food in the microwave). Red haired woman was on laptop and ignored me when I asked a question and waved me off. Very unhygenic woman with alot of leftover food on her presumeably after her lunch break. Overall poor service and bad staff. Food was sloshy.

Amazing staff members who have a conversation with you ,even if your having a bad day its a smile that makes your day ,I have come a few times and we have jokes about naming a drink after me. Amazing food ,which I do indeed recommend having an iced coffee or mocha with a doughnut 🍩 😋

The takeaway one next to the station the tall young man is extremely skilled in coffees and has fantastic chat also, the manager I presume with red hair is also very friendly 👍

Just bought a tiny salmon sandwich for almost £6! Yes prices have gone up but that’s just daylight robbery. The sandwich is not good, huge piece of onion that’s inedible. I mean come on Heidi. You are being too greedy and now I’d rather go to gails or prêt rather going to you which is something I would have never said a few months ago. Pics attached.

Very slow service. The staff are chatting rather than focusing on preparing the orders. They got the orders wrong. They do not apologise for the long wait. They talk badly about customers.
