I have ordered a couple of take away kebab meals from here, and have always found the food superb and the staff friendly,

Customer service is it's very very bad, I ordered chicken wings when I came home it was onion rings, I called them to replace it but he said £6.50. What a bad service

Been coming here for years now quality of the good has never been in dispute but recently the portion size has become abysmal. We always order for 7+ and spend a decent amount here the portion size for some reason Including salad and sauces has become soo meager, I only hope it improves as the quality of the kebabs has always been top notch, you don’t mind paying the price they charge if they portion is reasonable!

Absolute shocking health and safety standards! There is a step which my mother fell over today, no signage and just a red tape. She has dislocated her shoulder as a result and the staff barely helped her and did not even offer further assitanfe by way of getting her into the car or calling an ambulance. Useless staff and appalling health and safety from the owner!! Be careful

One of the best takeaway kebabs out there. Salad is always super fresh and meat always so tasty. Their cheesy chips are amazing too. Plus all of it at a reasonable price compared to the lukewarm overpriced tat you get on Deliveroo these days.

Bought a medium doner kebab at lunchtime. I had everything inside. Juicy tomatoes, crispy salad and lots of onions. There was lots of meat and at first I didn’t think I would be able to finish it as there was such much. As soon as I managed to get a good grip on the pitta and filling I was really enjoying the fresh doner. I will be back to try the chicken one next time. £7 was a good price for a tasty meal.

Since arriving in England the best I had sofar. Nice service and just great food!

I found a piece of a plastic wrapper in my salad along with hair, the salad itself was also very stale. The person taking the orders was very impatient and had a rude attitude. Ordered cheesy but they didn’t melt the cheese and just left it.

Best healthy kebab shop around,well worth the trip massive portions.Friendly staff and the shop front and behind the scenes all clean and tidy.

Use this place for the odd "dirty lunch" when working nearby. Food is consistently good and the guy working there is friendly.

Lovely food with a very quick service

Classic no frills kebabs and burgers - what you see is what you get. Prices are in line with what I'd expect these days. Will likely return. 1 star deducted however for serving burgers and chips in single use polystyrene cartons when dining in and no recycling option for cans.

That is the best kebab I’ve had for a long time. New to the area. The chicken is delicious/clean/ marinated and cooked perfectly. Fresh Salad , not too much sauce. The perfect meal. Blown away! Any fussy eater will love it. See you soon.

Love the food from here, whether it's to eat in or take out. The menu is extensive and cooked to perfection, especially the chicken wrap, which is delicious! The staff are friendly and it's very clean. Definitely recommend 5*

The chips were amazing with the extra salt and vinegar and the half pounder was so juicy and tender 100% recommend to anyone

Quite enjoyed this place. Good to just sit and relax..tea, coffee and spicy chicken wings all correct and the guy serving helpful and smiley. Coming back to Sunninghill after 25 years in Europe and (mostly) Asia is a bit of a shock...Sunninghill just seems like a big retirement village! This place looks forward, not back, and that's all credit to it! Next time will try the kebabs! UPDATE! Went back for the Kebabs menu. We order the "large" and this portion is HUGE at a great price. Personally I prefer the salad and other bits already in the bun and not by the side, but that's just me. Still a great place to go for a kebab!

Great place, nice quick cafe food and kebabs and burgers but unfortunately loses a star for very dated decor and chairs which have ALOT of wear on them. Sorry guys, otherwise five stars, for food i will visit again!!

Recently under new management, but the menu has remained as it was. Only place really locally to get a decent burger (and that is not a glowing endorsement, more the truth!) as there are not many burger places around Ascot - locals prefer pretentious places like Fegos!Food is good and well cooked, but slow. I popped in on a not busy lunchtime to order 2 burgers and 2 lots of chips and my order was ready after I waited there for 20 minutes. I will be back however, as the meal was nice.

Absolutely spot on. Piping hot as always. They’ve stopped doing delivery which is actually a good thing because it means we pick up freshly prepared piping hot delicious food every time.

not sure where all these other people ate but our food took ages to come, was cold when it arrived and was really expensive for a café. The tea was pretty rank too. I would advice going somewhere else for a satisfying breakfast.

I typically write pretty extensive reviews, but to be honest, what needs to be said about a kebab house? Well, it's clean, the staff are helpful and food is prepared relatively quickly. The burgers are great. The chicken wraps are very good and the chicken nuggets (a naughty treat for my children when my wife and I are too tired to cook) are pretty good as well.Portion sizes are generous, with the 'small' chicken wrap in particular being pretty large.I'll occassionally get a free large drink as well.If you're looking for a quick bite to eat and you're on the high street, it's fine. Nothing to worry about with this place.

Very disappointing and absolute rip-off for what you get. It also looks nothing like the picture and is very poor quality. I ordered a kingsize chicken kebab for £7.50 and this is meant to be the big one. The picture shows diced chicken on skewers. What I got was far from the picture. The chicken was very thinly sliced like a shish kebab. They probably used no more than one chicken breast. It was also dry and crispy. They also put one pitta bread some lettuce and onions and only one small cucumber chunk and one small tomatoes chunk (how cheap can you be!). They also took 35 minutes to make it (That's not fast food). Will never go there again.

Gone down hill massively. Always changing staff. Kebab last night was the worst in 6yrs.

We get takeaway kebabs from here on a regular basis. Good quality meat (especially the chicken), cooked really well. Lots of fresh salad, generally with a free bottle of fizzy drink thrown in. One of the healthier takeaway options, believe it or not.

This is a small take away that is serving good kebabs as the main food and very popular with locals which makes it better

Popped in with a friend for a breakfast and was very impressed. lots of fresh food, huge plateful of, loads of choice, very friendly staff - the owner is lovely, very helpful with directions. He was telling about his restaurant in Bagshot called ROKA. If its as good as Flame Grill, then ROKA will be my next stop! Excellent!

Service shocking, food didn't turn up, wouldn't answer the phone until called off a different number. Took nearly 2 hours. Fuming. Wouldn't surprise me if the food was spat in after I eventually got through on the phone

This place is great for a full english breakfast , burgers, paninis, freshly cooked chicken, salad and loads more. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh tasty and reasonably priced. No pomp just good honest food .

I love Flame!! As an American living in England, I sometimes really need a good American style hamburger. The Flame really does it for me. We've branched out to Chicken Kebabs, too. Russ and Muzzo remember our food preferences and always serve the food with friendliness. When I used to live in Louisiana, it was called, "Lagniappe", or a little something extra. This is a good neighborly place to eat.
