The staff need to tie back their hair. Been in this new store couple times now and each time there are staff serving with long hair not tied back. YUCK!

I went in there yesterday middle of the afternoon. Very quiet with people playing pool and watching the sport on TV. There is no real ale here, but the bar staff were terrific. A top dollar bar maid.

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet2 regular teas cost just short of £6 and they found the tiniest cups - not even a mug or small pot. What a rip off. Find somewhere cheaper!
