Subway in Basingstoke and Deane

Ordered filli steak ,wasn't nice at all the meat tasted like rubber,also missed an item from my order,phoned shop to be told to fill out a form 🙃

Today I was served by Kerry-Ann. She was kind,funny and helpful. An absolute breath of fresh air to customer service. My sub was fresh and delicious. Kerry-Ann served us with a beautiful smile and a great sence of humour. She took time to make our subs perfectly. She was very patient as I had not been to a sub way for a long time and my friend had never been. Although Kerry-Ann was busy she took time to listen and explain how things worked with meal deals and offered the best option for us. I would happily recommend Kerry-Ann and this subway to anyone. Good job Kerry-Ann well done

I would say this store is looking a lot better than 4 months ago. Worth revisiting.

I ordered a vegan menu item on here from Just Eat and was given a non vegan option. This was confirmed by my boyfriend who’s had the vegan and non vegan version of the sub I ordered. Luckily because my food was late (almost and hour) I checked the reviews for the restaurant to see if this was normal and after reading them became suspicious that something would probably be wrong with it so checked it thoroughly before deciding to ask my non vegan boyfriend to try it for me. I have been vegan for four years and while I understand a lot of people don’t understand or don’t care not consuming animal products is something personally care about and would have found it deeply upsetting to realise that I had eaten meat. Not only that but because I haven’t consumed meat in such a long time it’s highly likely it would have made me sick as my body is no longer used to it. Also they forgot my cookies! This could have been forgiven if they hadn’t given me meat.

Order today in store....obvious new staff manning the counters, while a lot of babble in the back room... This lad didn't have a clue but there was nobody front of house supporting him.Second time I have been let down by this store....prefer to order elsewhere, and if that doesn't raise a red flag to the franchise, wakey wakey!! Your staff appear lazy and uninterested, taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered food online to be delivered. Was meant to turn up between 15:35-15:55. Order confirmed to enjoy food at around 16:00. Girlfriend called the restaurant about where the food was as it said it had been delivered. The restaurant said it was sent out 15 minutes ago (~15:45) despite being a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. The food turns up at about 17:00 whilst I was on my way to work.

Shocking service from the Brighton hill store. Staff didn't pay any attention to what was ordered. Started adding sauces and salad that were not asked for. Didn't include half of what was actually asked for and when the sauce bottle ran out after one tiny squeeze the sauce wasn't replaced or a substitute offered. Staff then forgot to give half of the order until prompted.

The Manager, Jordan was polite, professional, great customer service.

Shops closed and the girl was rude when I asked if it's open

Will never order anything again. Was told delivery was 1235-1255. 1255 was told driver on the way 1300 site said enjoy your food. Funny NO FOOD tried to call number,but number NOT VALID. Ask for subway to contact me. Message on site now says restaurant needs more time so delivery 1320.Get the poxy phone line fixed. Guess what? NO FOOD absolutely disgusting. Now trying to get MY money back.

Tasted good bit excessive priced for a sandwich

Online order When the 2 subs arrived they was both wrong. One was toasted when clearly said not too, and then other missing half the ingredients, when we rang the restaurant they said they didnt have the missing ingredients in and added extra of other stuff we did not want, instead of contacting and asking if ok. The manager then spoke to me on the phone as was very rude about the complaints. Saying 'what do you want me to do about it'. He then offered a refund but then when I accepted insisted he remade the order instead. Would not order from this subway again.

Thought I’d give the Nachos another try, but sadly very disappointed, crisps hard, cheese hard and as for the salsa...tasted like a very tangy ketchup definitely not salsa, sorry but can’t recommend Nachos!

today 8.20 I came to order sandwich. what I hear from kitchen was fu.... fu.. what they want. fat guy with glasses if you don't wanna work in subway go somewhere else.

Really speedy, polite and helpful service despite being the lunch time rush. Only disappointment was there were no clean tables available so ended up eating in my car. Majority of tables could have benefitted from being wiped down and the floor swept!

Lovely sub, fresh, quick service, blond lady always serves me, she’s fantastic, so polite and always remembers my order, great latte too, always go back! Quick and convenient!

Some lovely staff but some rude staff aswell

Just been here with my son. It's a subway so you know what you are expecting. But the place was clean and tidy. What made the visit for me was the girl that served me, called Eve. She was freindly in a good way - not insincere feeling in the way some staff can be. Pleasant, even made a suggestion or two I'd not considered that made my sandwich better. All in all I'd come here again if I'm in the area.

Visit often, sandwiches are always well prepared and the staff are friendly. £3.20 for a meal deal is good value.

A poor excuse for a subway. I use subway. lol over the country wherever I’m working, at least 2-3 times a week having the sand chicken and bacon salad every time. Today I got only 1/2 a scoop of chicken in all 3 salad bowls snd had to force the issue to have extra sweet chilli sauce. A very fine sprinkling of grated cheese which you could hardly see. This subway will not be used by us again. Discrasd yo subway

I had a pleasant experience quick and easy

I do not normally go to Subway to be honest. Have been here a few times but as the member of staff on duty last night was so helpful I wanted to give her a mention.Member of staff was on her own. A few customers in and out. She was busy cleaning, serving customers and running a very good shift. We had 4 large subs and drinks, she gave us a voucher book to save money, was very helpful, so well done. I may even return. Need to loose a few Christmas pounds first. Thank you subway

The nachos were disgusting, tortilla crisps were wet and soggy where they cook them with salsa on first then topped with cheese, should cook cheese on crisps then put salsa on after then wouldn't be soggy, unhappy!!!

Friendly staff, good food (for a Subway) and the ability to have it delivered make this Subway a nice little choice if you want something quick before shopping. Eating area is small though and so it can get busy during peak shopping times and key times during the day such as lunchtime. Toilet is ok but needs to be cleaned more regularly.

The best healthy, or if you choose, unhealthy, sandwiches on the planet. Consistent value and variety.

As a veggie I appreciate that they ask if you want them to change their gloves if they've handled meat. The veggie patty is lovely.

I would say this subway is typical to the subway brand. The food is average for subway, the restaurant could be a little bit cleaner and they could clear the tables a little more often.

I've been here multiple times and I always have brilliant service, I'm served quickly the staff are friendly and the place always looks clean and tidy.

Always a hassle at this Subway. I visit Subways a lot and I swear the staff here have never been to another of the chain's restaurants as the service is so different (in a bad way). I always feel like I know more about how to make the sandwich or salad I'm ordering than the people working there - I've had to request cheese because it wasn't offered, ask for my chicken to be heated because it wasn't offered, guess alternative sauces because Caesar wasn't available and all I got was a blank stare. Can't use the Subcard for free sandwiches because they don't participate. Such a hassle. If another Subway in Basingstoke had free convenient parking I'd never visit this one again.

I normally have a salad the salad here cost £3.50 else where it cost £3.00 WHY I find the female staff nice and cheerful but the male staff has got a bit of a Attitude

If you've been to one Subway you've been to them all, prices and meals etc are standard across the chain. This one is reasonably clean and the service is fine. If you're looking for a quick meal then Subway is okay, although there are cheaper places to go.

Breakfast is lovely there breakfast deals are good a sub and a hot drink or orange juice,its extra for a foot long the mega melt is good also at £2.80 with a drink.
