Delivery person had no idea where my address was.

Was looking for a toasted option and couldn’t find one. Have had to heat up my own sandwich. Not happy

wish the food was hot instead of using people on push bike to deliver it used people who hat cars

it was so good i love subway cookies. we are a bunch of big backs that someone even stole our food. just shows how good the food is. thanks subway and well done delivery man

we're very happy with our order within time of ordering the food it came to us within 15 minutes given then time frame for 30 minutes.

It was great food and a lovely meal

Driver went to wrong address and then told me that i wont get my order because it will cost them too much in fuel and i did not pay a tip. So never received my order and not able to contact just eat to advise so one very angry customer disgusting!

Paid extra for pepper cheese, didn’t get any. Seems like every time I order from Subway they forget something. A cookie, sauce, a drink or a topping. Annoying.

Most of the order was amazing but on this occasion the gluten free sub was undercooked/not defrosted enough. I couldn’t eat some of the bread. Never had a problem and it won’t put me off but I’m being honest.

Not a singal notification on it being on the way, ordered at 12.30pm arrived at 2pm! no information, rang the restaurant at 1.20pm, they said it had been picked up around 20 minutes prior. Will not be ordering from just eat again.

DREADFUL! I ordered hash browns in me sub and they were stone cold

My order was never delivered. The delivery guy did call me to say he was at my front door but he wasn't. I tried to explain to him that he may have the wrong address but he hung up. I tried calling him several times but I couldn't get through. When I checked on the Just Eat website, it said that my food had been delivered. This is not the first time this has happened and it is very upsetting and frustrating

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and tidy inside. The reason why I chose this store is because the gluten-free menu is available.

I orders a taste like stake footlong they sent me the platay then said they would send the one I ordered but it was not the vegan one I ordered it was real meat and now won't answer the phone to me to correct there mistake I would like a refund and I will not be ordering from them again

the guy over charged me 15pounds for a foot long bread. and this is too expensive for subway now. never return

We ordered at 2.25 and delivered at 3.40, if we knew it would have taken 1 hour 15 minutes from placing the order just for a subway, we would have gone elsewhere. Food was average too.

Didn’t receive what I ordered. Disappointed.

5* service. I called as forgot to get it toasted but it already made. Then got a call 10 mins later to say its been toasted. never been so happy haha THANK YOU!!!! 😊 one very happy pregnant female🥰

The food was very bad. it was very cold and was entirely different from the image that was provided in the menu and charged £15. totally disappointed and not going to order anything again from this shop.

I love the food here and the staff are very friendly too great atmosphere and service very quick

Ordered 2x chilli heatwave nachos, received 2 bags of doritos. Not impressed.

cheesy bites cold, no dip, said up to 35 minutes delivery but was just short of an hour

Excellent food with great taste, with the usual Subway flexibility of choosing as many salad and sauce combos as you like. Service here has so far been great. Only let down by the 'compact' interior with just three tables, but clean and comfortable.

MOSAF IS REALLY GOOD TO MAKE SUBWAY IF ANY ONE IS CONE HERE GO FOR MOSAF TO MAKE MEAL 10 star service for mosaf

The eggs and bacon were missing from the footlong Breakwich and the sausage and hash browns (which was the sum total ingredients of it) were cold!!!!!!!! I want my money back, so annoyed!! 4 ingredients and you forget 2 of them, disgusting!!

Said 25 minute delivery time. Ended up taking over 65 minutes. I ordered from here as I was leaving the house soon and needed something quickly. Ended up having to wait around for the delivery. I request a refund please as this is appalling

Freezing cold and over 2 hrs late

This evening I did an order through Uber but for some reason subway didn't get the full details meaning I ended up with a very plain sub. I called subway and spoke to a lovely guy called Trey who literally went above and beyond in order to help me out. He made some enquires with Uber and kept me fully updated. He then made sure I received the sub I ordered. Can't thank Trey enough what an absolute legend and credit to your team. Again thank you Trey

Ordered meatball marinara. Got the meatballs but there was no sauce so it was a dry sandwich

Subs were very dry. Meatball marinara was literally just meatballs. No sauce at all.

Absolutely dry, tasteless & did not have any of the ingredients except for a ting piece of steak. NO PEPPERS NO CHEESE NO SAUCE NO NOTHING like I say only a tiny piece of steak. It was from this shop on bank street & delivered by just eat in a sealed bag by just eat. I would strongly advise anyone against it!

Amazing food as always and great portions, seem to never get the drinks when I order subway though which is a shame.

I am usually a huge fan of subway, however I was originally told my order would be withing 25-35 minutes. It arrived an hour after I ordered it, and food had clearly been sitting around a while as was cold (I ordered hot food) and the bread had become soggy. Very unimpressed

Driver phoned as he was lost, 10 minutes later i called him again and he was in town, further away from us than he originally was. Eventually the food turned up an hour after it was collected, i had to walk and meet the driver. The hot food was cold. This restaurant is 5 minutes drive away from the office!

Bag was open and clearly tampered with, food was luke warm and drink was open. Unbelievable service, will definitely not be ordering from just eat again.

Leave a note to call when arrive as the buzzer to get into the building was not working but no one called. The tracking was not updated so no information regarding the order have been delivered. Called the restaurant and found out that the food was left at the door. The driver did not even press the door bell which is working. Disappointing.

I don’t even know man rocked up over a hour late with an Uber eats bag after driving across ashford 3 times. And when it eventually got here was rude didn’t even apologise for terrible service.

You’re better off ordering from the other subway. You get more salad. This one on bank street leaves you with a half empty, flat sub.

i asked for a footlong but instead they started sucking on MY footlong. She said she was vegetarian, but was sucking on my meat

My veggie deluxe sub, bread was hard and chewy, reminiscent of a 2 week old loaf of bread. The veggie deluxe came with NO veggie patty as it should have. Haven't even started on the other 2 subs but tbh I dare even open them

My philly wrap wasn't toasted properly and the hash browns were hard and crappie but the chicken footlong my husband said was lush

Not much to say, it’s subway and tastes as usual. There are no halal options but they had a few vegetarian options. The cookies were a tad bit dry but otherwise, everything was well. Shout out to yousef for being friendly and very helpful

I ordered double meat in mine which I paid extra for cheese and meat it come skimpy with normal amount of meat and normal amount of cheese next time I save myself the extra £3-£4 complete rip off.

The order came very squashed up, the foot long sandwich can best be described as a flat bread. For the £17.19 that I paid it was not worth it. Will not be ordering again.

The meatballs were nice. But the sub I ordered had a weird, nasty taste to it. I had turkey breast and ham. I usually order this, and it didn’t taste like it normally would. I had to throw it away.

90 mins for a subway delivery. Cookies looked like someone had a kick around with them before putting them in the bag I received them in

Restaurant was not the issue, food was lovely when it eventually arrived past our lunch time , 2 members of staff didn’t have time to eat it . I spoke with subway who actually had our order ready on time but was awaiting driver, wouldn’t order again like this
