I am a regular customer at Starbucks.Today i decided to write a review for specific person i believe he is a trainee.This is a second time he served me. I received amazing coffee.I enjoyed every minute i had a sip.It was the best coffee i received so far.I do get served by other member of staffs but Antonio's coffee was the best. He is the best Coffee maker in Maidenhead Starbuck.Keep it up with the good work.

I come here relatively often due to convenience. Coffee is consistent with Starbucks brand. Maintenance of seating area is consistently awful. During a quiet period, with no one waiting at least 5 tables not cleared and filthy. If it was a one off I wouldn’t comment. I like the Starbucks brand, I’d like to keep coming. Sort out the front of house, or give up.

Set in the middle of the Nicholson centre, this branch of Starbucks is not their best. No quiet areas, the queues can get long and are sometimes slow to clear. The coffee and food is usual Starbucks standard, but this place has better rivals in the town with better shops.

Went to starbucks to order strawberry cream frap. This staff asked me if I wanted a normal one or COFFEE BASED. So got curious with the coffee one so i bought that. When he gave it to me, he sounded like he’s making fun of me ordering that. I couldn’t complain or talk to him bout it cuz i was rushin.

First of all we couldn't find a clean table, I asked for our table to be cleaned, the lady who came to clean it said she was late in today so haven't had time to clean them. However she only cleaned the one table Nd left all the others. The floor was very dirty every where. And the chairs, the restaurant was just generally very dirty. My wife ordered our drinks and a toasted sandwich, we go you drinks from the end of the counter and then sat down to wait for our toasted sandwich, after 15 minutes waiting I decided to go up and ask about it not realising and I most certainly wasn't told to wait for it at the end of the counter. It was sat waiting whilst the lady was just stood chatting to a friend. I questioned has it just been sat there to which she said she had called out a few times. She had not. This cafe is not busy in the slightest and if I had not have heard her why did she not come over? Overall this Starbucks was extremely dirty and had very poor customer service.

We visit quite a bit and always find both the service and drinks good. Always seems very clean. Would recommend.

This Starbucks is in the middle of the Nichollsons Centre, it's an open cafe. Good good and drink hot and delivered by smiling staff. Not sure if I like the set up here it's like you are sitting in the middle of a shopping centre, which you are. I prefer a shop/cafe environment.

Nice coffee from American chain which serves highest quality arabica coffee and have great range of coffee, shakes, smoothies and food to suit all.

That's the final nail in the Starbucks coffin! I used to work in their stores and the standards have dropped. Ordered an americano and got a bitter tasteless coffee, asked for it to be remade and watched the batista leave the shots for 2 minutes before adding any water to it. They are trained to add the milk\water within 11 seconds or the espresso goes bitter. Handed it over with no sleeve, also against policy.. I think I'll head over to anywhere other than starbucks, even if they do resteam the milk. :(

I always try and make time to grab coffee from here when I'm in town. The staff are really friendly and the coffee is as nice as I expect it to be. Nice comfy seating if you choose to drink your coffee in. Great central location in the middle of the centre. If you want a good cup of coffee, then give this place a visit.

Interesting to watch "consumers" in this town. This previously was an Italian coffee shop, with poor value food. However put a Starbucks logo on an unchanged set-up, and the morons flood in. Starbucks coffee is crap and premium priced, however brand aware morons want to consume garbage because they are morons.

I go here regularly. They are slow for taking orders and processing them, but the staff are friendly and I don't mind waiting. They remember what I have and are centrally located.

Whilst looking for bargains in Maidenhead on boxing day we decided to stop for a coffee , The coffee shop at this time had no one queuing and a few people at tables , I went to the end of the counter where they deliver the coffee to order and was asked to order at the other end , which I did I then orderd and was told to go back to the original counter , now I understand this process in busy times but it seemed very strange im an empty coffee shop , the cups where dirty I only found out half way through the coffee which was also Luke warm .strangely enough my wife had the same as me and her coffee was the polar opposite piping hot to the point of boiling , we just ended up leaving and we will never return ,

Recently visited Starbucks in Maidenhead and was impressed with the friendly staff and usual good quality of the food and drink. We were even offered a piece of delicious cake by the staff that were celebrating achieving their targets for that month.

Went to Starbucks in Maidenhead as i usually do everyday after work on the way to the train station. Asked as i always do for a small Strawberry & Cream Frappucino (With extra strawberry). i have always been charged the normal amount even with this 'extra strawberry added'. So i enquired about why my bill was £4.15. The staff or attendant replied 'well your asking for extra so expect to pay extra' But it has never happened before, the staff on all other days are much more welcoming and do not charge me extra for a squirt of extra strawberry. Outcome of this - i Paid the bill but have formally complained about staff conduct and prices at the Maidenhead Starbucks.

Nunca había estado en el Starbucks en Maidenhead antes. Está en el medio del Nicholson a pie así que estaba esperando a ser muy concurrido y muy ruidosa. Yo pedí un chocolate blanco moka, que era precioso y una tostada de jamón y queso, que era muy rico. camarera que nos servía era amable y atento. Encontramos un lugar para sentarse que estaba limpio. Era maravilloso estar sentado allí viendo el mundo pasar. Lo recomiendo. Quizás no sea durante la fiebre del almuerzo ya que no había tanta comida para elegir ya que la mayoría de lo que había pasado. Lo único malo de Starbucks es cómo demasiado cara.

Amazing coffee, amazing staff. Would not choose any other coffee shop the staff here were happy and cheerful make an effort to ask how your day was! Just cant beat a Starbucks cup pf coffee!

I keep meaning not to spend my money here. Staff more interested in chatting to themselves or complaining about working conditions. Certainly no interest in good customer service.

We ended up going to Starbucks as we couldn't decide on the coffee shop as the little been put off the usual one for now.so went to the Starbucks. This one is just a tiny one in a little corner plot in the ""shopping centre"" if you can call it that. Not very helpful or friendly staff,not clean. I won't be going back or recommending.

I think the Starbucks in Maidenhead needs some serious training. No matter what starbucks I visit, I always order the same coffee & 99.9% of the time it is perfect. This is not the case in the maidenhead store. I have been there 8 times since it opened & I have never had a good coffee. Ive given up hoping it will get better so yesterday had something out of the fridge. It's such a Shame as I really enjoy Starbucks, I will just have to the drive the extra miles to the one at taplow.

I'm very fussy about my coffee and its service. Since this store has opened in Maidenhead, I don't go to any of the other coffee shops. I am always treated by friendly, happy staff. They know my name and what I like and they remember it every time. They treat me with respect, offer recommendations and sometimes have a laugh with me. I can use my Starbucks card or mobile phone app to make the purchase which earns me a free cup of coffee every now and then. I've found the experience of other coffee shops nearby to be robotic and rude. Now, I only go here!

Always call into Starbucks when shopping in Slough, so was pleased when Starbucks Chain advertised they were opening in Maidenhead Nicholson Centre. Have called in at Maidenhead quite a few times and always enjoy their coffee and sandwiches for a light lunchtime snack. Their sandwiches are filling - made with a thicker cut sliced bread and a good portion size of filling. Good value for price paid.The Staff are friendly and efficient. Never have to wait long to get served. The coffee shop is always busy, but tables do get cleared quickly.

Thank goodness Maidenhead has a SB's now! My place of choice for my coffee and cake :) Always a great cuppa there and the staff that serve are great, always chatty and friendly.

I got to Starbucks Maidenhead most mornings on my way to work. I need my coffee in the morning to face work! I always get a smiling person when I order my coffee and I have been luck enough to sometimes get cute drawings on my cup.I usually opt for whatever new blend they have. This month is Kenyan which has a softer smoother taste.The coffee can be a little slow at times when it's busy but it's worth the wait.The seating area is always very clean and I usually can grab a seat immediately.So nice to have a decent chain of coffee in Maidenhead.

So surprised. We've been to other Starbucks and quite happy. Today the coffee was dreadful. The cafe, in the centre of Nicholsons Walk is bright and cheerful. The ham and cheese toastie and the coffee were appalling. Won't be going back.
