The Corner House Bar Maidenhead in Windsor and Maidenhead

Travelled from Boston for a football match and called in before and after the game. Staff were friendly, welcoming and the beers were decent. The locals were friendly despite us winning and they were relegated. Enjoy the banter all round. ( ok toilets were rank) but good boozer and staff.

Lovely little pub been here a few times now when visiting Maidenhead :)

Lady at bar was sweet , she seemed to be very friendly with locals which seems to be a good sign to me. seating out front in sun , the pavement was poorly sweeped but I’m not sure if that’s down to the pub . They had a pool table, I think there was a garden and also music . Overall seemed clean and good atmosphere. Glasses were very cleanly . And a small (14oz) coke was I think just over £2

Great pub, super friendly staff - especially Lainey at the bar. Lots of screens for sports & a good vibe. Definitely one of the top pubs in town.

Unbelievable pub. Especially for football. Loads of screens lots of seats. £3.80 a pint of fosters beautiful.

Staff are lovely but the women’s toilets are horrific. Management/owners you should be ashamed. Basic part of running a business

First time here with an old friend of mine.An early Friday session followed by a revisit a bit later.What a friendly welcoming place it is from both staff and the locals using the pub.Friendly game of pool without any form of dramas that sometimes goes with it. Will definitely go again. Well done to all involved, great atmosphere with the music later. Cheers

Good pub with a darts board and pool table. Plumbing problem in the gents means a urinal was leaking over the floor.

Enjoyed a Friday afternoon session here ,friendly staff, great range of beers,nice atmosphere.

Absolutely shocking place , why would dj play music so loud after 1 in the morning . Have some respect other people have to go up for work or have kid who want to sleep at night? Stay away from this place at all costs !!!.

The DJ was determined to deafen everyone with his obnoxiously loud music. Highly recommended to stay away from this pub. Terrible atmosphere.

Corner house usually well attended by patrons at month ends and good music to dance to. This time around attendance less than the average on a weekend!

Refused me service as i didnt have a card to prove i was exempt. Got the manager who was rude and didnt know I dont have to carry one as per guide lines. Dont worry I wont be back after using the pub for 35 years. Morons.

Popped in and barmaid was great . Wear Mask . Sign in Table service only . Beer selection superb . Not the cheapest but it’s windsor . Shame all the good work was undone by another member of staff . Wear your mask you idiot

Spit and Sawdust pub. Good for a bit of Kareoke but gets very packed. Most of the draft pumps were empty.

Nice and friendly little bar in the centre of town serving a great pint of Guinness, looks like it could get lively later in the evening , the only downside was the DJ was a tad loud for early evening ( perhaps he was trying to attract people in from the street as they would have certainly heard him ) with so few customers but other than that well worth a visit .

Nice enough pub. Ive been a few times on a Saturday night with my girlfriend, it’s quite loud what with the karaoke but it’s pretty entertaining. The kitchen always seems to be closed but that’s not the end of the world

It is a small pub and we went in there post a long session at the Bell nearby as there was karaoke night on. The crowd seemed very local and regular. A guy almost picked up a fight with my colleagues over the pool table and the security had to come and intervene. We left around movingly after a round of drinks. Would avoid next time.

awful bar, very heavy handed security on the door, grabbed my drink off me and left my clothes covered in splashes, nasty experience, I will not be back once and once only, never to be repeated. I like to drink in nice places with nice staff who are friendly and not rude.

This place is across my.workplace so decided to try their lunch offerings which is quite extensive. Their set menu costs £7 and there are quite a few options to choose from. I ordered the chilli which was cooked well. The place is rather quiet when I was there. Service was good.

This pub has such potential; nice location, no competition to speak of, but it's a nasty place where you watch your coat, drink up quickly and leave. Or better still stay away, like most people seem to.

Strictly for Crims and Alcoholics. Devoid of atmosphere, in fact Devoid of anything. How it keeps open is beyond belief. Real dreadful lowlife venue.

Pop in for lunch as way working nearby. The Barkeep was a really friendly chap. Decent beer selection. Food was pretty average if I'm honest. Worth nipping in if you need a quick bite on the fly.

From the outside this pub looked like a great place to go and have a drink. The pub is located well and we were expecting it to be busier. I ordered two ciders and they took forever to pour. The landlady was friendly enough but for some reason started to tell me all about a regular punter who had just died. Great conversation! It just made me want to leave straight away. Anyway, a short while later the barmaid was talking to a regular punter and she started to cry. What next I wondered. Then the staff and landlady started to have very loud and personal conversations about various people. Couldn't finish our pints quick enough and leave. No wonder this place hasn't had any reviews since last year. Won't be back.

I went int town by myself for a quiet drink. I wish I had choosen somewhere with a nicer atmosphere like the bell which is only just up the road from this pub.

I ate at the corner house bar in maidenhead and my food that me and my girlfriend had was gourgeous I had one of there award winning pies and it was the best ive ever had, my girlfreind had the all day breakfast and she loved it. All there food products are fresh and I recommend it to anyone business or social its great.
