Starbucks in Shepway

Nice location and they serve the usual Starbucks items. However the clientele is not the usual Starbucks clientele. The place seems to have a large population of ladies have nothing to do all day who plunk themselves down with their small children and spend the entire afternoon. Unfortunately, this takes away from the usually good Starbucks atmosphere. For that reason I generally don't patronise the place. Not sure what Starbucks can do about this, it's not as if you can choose your clientele.

Terrible. Ask for extra hot drink, wasn’t even warm. Dirty shop. 4 members of staff for a quiet Thursday afternoon and all standing around not doing a lot. Drinks made one by one even though lots of staff. Filthy counters, tables and floors. Won’t be visiting again

Conscientious member of staff only too happy to help. There was a small incident outside the Starbucks boundary, a lady had dropped a glass jar of mayonnaise and just left it there. A member of the public had already walked through it and cut their foot and a child slipped in it. I went into Starbucks and asked if someone could help with the cleanup before anyone else got injured and a very helpful and friendly girl called Coralee came out with a dustpan and brush and cleaned it up and informed me she’d let security know. It makes all the difference when someone goes the extra mile to help. She wasn’t just noticed by me but by many passers by and I could hear them commenting on how helpful she was. Well done Coralee the world needs more people like you!

For the entirety of our visit - 20 minutes at time of writing - Supervisor Lucy was incessantly berating another member of staff loudly in front of customers. Incredibly awkward and uncomfortable

Visited our local Starbucks today, it was obvious there was a new starter who may be taking a little longer to be making drinks. However, the supervisor on at the time - as name badge states is Lucy was displaying very unprofessional remarks about how long the new starter was taking to make drinks as we waited awkwardly to collect our drinks. I found her to be rude and unprofessional, if I was the new starter I would have walked out. He was obviously trying but wasn’t good enough for her so call “standards”. Won’t be coming back here in a hurry.

Visited Starbucks in Folkestone, very clean and tidy tables. Had frappinchino and cappachino sat and relaxed

If you know Starbucks then you know what your getting so apart from the social distancing the one way system and the hand sanitizing it’s Starbucks like every other. Coffee was good staff were friendly and insisted on taking our details as we were staying in so they were defo on the ball regarding covid.

I popped in recently for a take away latte. The seating area was busy, although it was mid afternoon at this point so this is to be expected. I didn’t really have time to look around as I was served quickly and efficiently buy friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve never had a bad cup from Starbucks.

My friend and I decided on a coffee and light snack this morning. I find the system of ordering whilst in the queue and then having to wait amongst the other waiting customers standing up at the end of the queue for your order chaotic and wastes time. Coffee is average and not a relaxing atmosphere, won’t return.

I am not going to spend too much time on this one suffice to say that I will never go back again. There are lots of other decent places nearby. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

What can you say about a Starbuck's? This one very much like any other in a newish corner plot outside the shopping centre. A little small inside though.

Quick stop to get out of the beast from the east so coffee in my local Starbucks nice staff and friendly customers. Excellent coffee too

For me to waste 5min of my day writing this tells you just how annoyed I am. My visit here started with being greeted by a moody staff member who made me feel guilty for ordering tea with her attitude - sorry to put you out! Then I find a table and it's filthy with discarded cups etc....staff are busy gossiping rather than clearing tables. To top it off my £1.99 mince pie is nothing short of rubbish...soft, falling apart....utterly unacceptable. The thing is, the staff are so unapproachable I daren't waste my breath complaining. A much easier solution is not to return. If you manage this place then you should be ashamed.

Not for everyone but one of my favourite coffee shops plus staff are very polite and friendly I'm now a regular for me

Had lattes and fruit bread at this branch of Starbucks and were pleased with both. Service was friendly and efficient and both food and drink tasted good. The cafe was clean throughout and the prices... well same as at all Starbucks. Nothing to complain about.

Visited Starbucks Folkestone with daughter and granddaughter the place was virtually empty but every table was dirty and unwiped where we sat you could see under cabinet and the dirt and dust under that makes you wonder on the back areas used toilet and floor was just a puddle of urine staff were having important discussion on what they were doing that evening won't be going back

I use Starbucks about 3/ 4 times a week, either solo or with friends, to drink in or takeaway. I have always had great service with either. The staff are always happy to help.

Popped in here on Thursday, about half an hour before closing.

Staff were very pleasant however no name badge was worn by the member of staff on till. Not alot of food was on display and the displays weren't clean. Asked for our beverages to be drink in and we got them in a take away cup because they said they didn't want to give themselves washing up. Beverage routine and like for like was not in place or followed and the drinks were wrong. It took approximately 50 secs to make two simple drinks, a Signature hot chocolate and a white mocha. Also the drinks were only three quarters full which is not the 6mm standard and that was including the cream on top. It was evident that there was no deployment as there was alot of motion in place and there was no supervisor on shift. They had mentioned that there were short staffed however there should have been some sort of help called out as they seemed to struggle as they had bottle necks and speed of service was shocking.

Drop in here from time to time for a coffee which is nice. The only downside is the floor never looks clean and could really do with a pressure wash! Most staff are pleasant enough.

Staff were very friendly, Grace was wonderful in explaining the egg nog latte to me and I was not disappointed. Look forward to going back again..

just had to pop into town for a quick visit to drop something off and popped in here for a quick take out coffee and hot chocolate. Not really much you can get wrong with either you would think. Both total oposites of one another the mocca coffee was too rich with too much sauce in it and the hot chocolate had no flavour to it at all. Shame as when Costa get it right its a good drink. We were in too much of a hurry to go back and get them to do it again. Next time we are in a hurry I will think twice about coming in this Starbucks. the staff in here all looked like they would rather be somewhere else and the girl that served me never gave me my change. I had to ask for it.

overpriced food,Coffee better than Costas,clean,but not comfortable,staff friendly,outside seating if you want to get covered in smoke

Starbucks, enseigne bien connue qui mérite sa réputation de café moderne au service efficace. On peut y prendre un léger repas, un snack ou encore un bon goûter à la Française. Délicieux biscuits au citron ou gâteau de spécialité britannique. Grand choix de café, thé ou chocolat chaud aux arômes divers. Allez-y les yeux fermés, tout est bon !

The hot chocolate with cream to stay is amazing. If you get it to takeaway you get less cream.
