Starbucks in Windsor and Maidenhead

Left Heidi's in Daniels after awful service, would not recommend Heidi's in Daniels. Came to Starbucks and we had allergies/intolerance amongst our group. We asked the waiter about a product and he called over the manager(?) who was so helpful, we really appreciated it. We had paninis, toasted sandwiches, muffins and slices of cake - all were really good aswell as the drinks. Staff were friendly.

I just ordered a tea and asked for my egg bites to be warmed up, I have walked out of there spending £7.00 and have freezing cold tea and egg bites not edible so threw away as were also freezing cold?

Good staff were managing the queue quickly and efficiently. But this Starbucks just isn't a nice place to sit. None of the chairs are comfortable. It has a plasticky 'McDonalds' vibe. Interesting really, Starbucks has not been all that successful in the UK. I think it's just because they don't know how to make their spaces attractive. Starbucks food is also pretty grim - e.g., the paninis are 98% bread, some icky mustard, and a tiny bit of filling. The cakes are cheap, stale and wildly calorific.

The staff are incompetent and rude. They cannot get an order right. When you ask for the correct order they are extremely unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Ordered a caramel skinny latte and got an iced chocolate something!!!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are outstanding!!! They go out of their way to help. Dan knows my order but always checks that’s still what I want. Whether it’s been a week or a month since I’ve been in. NEVER had bad service Always goes above and beyond! Today I was served by Dan and Charlotte We always leave with a smile. Highly recommend Might just be the best Starbucks for service.

Dirty tables , slow service, rude staff, generally the most untidy and worst Starbucks I have ever visited

I popped in here for coffee whilst visiting Windsor. The location is quite close to the castle. It is a bog standard Starbucks.

Amazing service and Dan is just so great. I would advise he makes your coffee. Lovely area and lovely shop.

Very friendly and during conversation they asked if I had any plans for the day. I told them writing papers and work reading. I got home to find on my cup “Don’t work to hard”. Well done girls. Every time I look at it it makes me smile.

I find the staff members very rude! They always automatically charge me for a large drink, and a few times I’ve had to tell them twice I only wanted a small or regular! They always seem to have an attitude and get frustrated easily. The tables are sticky and not regularly cleaned properly. The 3 stars are for the actual drinks themselves as they are still great. Shame about the experience with the staff though. Have started to go to cafe nero down the road as they are much more friendlier!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dan for his amazing act of kindness, I’m 6 months pregnant and he was the only person on the whole high street who thought being human means more than trying to get home 2 mins early.. I just wanted to say God bless him x

We visited the Starbucks and the staff serving were very rude. They need more customer service training.

Myself and my boyfriend stopped in here for a quick drink whilst exploring Windsor, my drink was made to perfection and service was quick. Everyone was following the COVID guidelines which made me feel safe.

This huge international chain serves up US-style coffee drinks. Some people need a fix everyday. The quality of our drinks was good and we enjoyed sitting here a while.

This was convenient for us as we came out of Windsor Castle. Not very big, so seats are not always available. Short queue and coffee was good.

Came here on a Sunday after the nearby stores would have closed due to Sunday trading restrictions, as we needed a place for a nappy change. The shop was fairly busy. There were a few tables near the toilets, which we occupied - those tables were quite messy, with spilt liquids. There are only two toilets, one being for disabled/baby change, which we used. They were not in the best of states, mind... Till service was friendly enough. I got the impression that there was a lot of work to be done, but not enough people to do it all. Better than 1 star, due to the availability of the baby change facility.

It took an eternity to place and get my order for an americano. There were a lot of people waiting, but only one person was processing the orders. I did see other staff not bothering to help, and I found that annoying.

Service is honestly so slow and drinks take forever to make. Table surfaces are dirty and milk spilt where drinks are collected. Nothing like other Starbucks I have been to.

After the visit at Windsor Castle, we passed at Starbucks Coffee to take away some cafe latte. We met the same friendly staff here.

Mi familia y yo visitamos Windsor no hace mucho tiempo, y como el día era extremadamente caluroso, decidimos tomar Starbucks Coffee para tomar unas refrescantes bebidas frías.Una vez que entramos, estaba bastante sucio (basura esparcida en el piso) No era el mejor ambiente y como mi familia había viajado desde Estados Unidos para visitarme en Inglaterra, la apariencia de la cafetería definitivamente no estaba cerca de la calidad en los Estados Unidos. .Mi pedido:Yo: Galletas y crema Frappuccino (se retrasó porque se olvidaron de servirlo y la crema batida ...) que entiendo es solo un error y no es un gran problema. Además, mi Frappuccino no estaba muy bien mezclado y se podían saborear las galletas y el agua por separado, lo que obviamente era bastante desagradable.Lo eliminé bastante rápido. En general, creo que Windsor es un lugar turístico popular, los restaurantes, etc., deben ser de buena calidad y estar bien administrados. Por supuesto, entiendo que probablemente estén ocupados, pero creo que pueden agregar un poco más de esfuerzo.Gracias.

Nice place to stop over for a cup of Americano. The place has comfortable seating and is situated opp the Windsor castle. We ordered for americano, cafe latte and cappuccino the coffee was served hot.

Starbucks is Starbucks, they took my card and the latte was the same as in the states. They were pretty busy and had England mugs.

This is a nice place with nice staff but the worst coffee we have ever had in a Starbucks It was more like warm milk than coffee

Popped in for a warm cup of favourite drinks but I found disappointment at the very beginning. The server wasn't polite and didn't inform me about lack of ingredients and they charged me more than actual price. I was so irritated about the whole experience so I did not take my receipt so I couldn't come back to make a complaint. I haven't received such bad customer service before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in shop was quiet no queues ignored then asked twice what I wanted said nothing not even a thank you This is not customer service in the slightest they need reprogramming However they all get on well with each other

My friend and I stopped in to grab an iced coffee and snack (nibbles) to go. My friend came back from the restroom and said she couldn’t go because it was so dirty with toilet paper piled on floor, used towels overflowing onto the floor.

I had the normal iced coffeee frappucino, was very refreshing.They answered my questions on it no problem, made it a exactly as I wanted it. Not huge inside and not much natural light as not the widest window space at the front. I think l preferred the old location on the hill opposite the castle, bigger windows to people watch, better view. I did not have food. £6 for 2 normal size drinks.

I got served these past two days there was lovely girl on till about 5 ft 5, who was a tan kind of colour. Got my order right and completely heard everything for my order. Angelica has made my drinks the past two days she’s been completely on the ball, quick, efficient and really friendly when it’s been extremely busy and doesn’t feel like I’ve been waiting long at all.

We stopped in this Starbucks for a drink on a very busy weekend.. Eddie, a delightful you man, assisted me. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted so asked Eddie, he suggested a peach green iced tea.. it was amazing! not only was he polite, he explained to me what was in it ( I have a really bad allergy).. it was so nice I asked for another! Its very seldom these days you go into such an establishment where the staff are as kind and polite as Eddie was. If you are an intelligent company you will grab hold of this young man and make sure he stays.. the rest of the staff could take notice of him... Well done Eddie, and thanks for my fab tea!

Starbucks in Windsor is one of my favorite locations. Now located with good views of the. Castle entrance off the high street. Friendly and courteous staff prepare good drinks and serve quality food. The new location has outdoor seating with castle views.

Called in to get out of the rain and wish we hadn’t. Coffee was terrible, staff were not helpful or friendly and I don’t know what the tea was but couldn’t drink it. Will not be returning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food and beverages are what you would expect from Starbucks. Convenient location on main shopping street and a stones throw from Windsor Castle.

It's Starbucks so you get what you expect. The staff here are really friendly, it's open late and they allow dogs so it's perfect for an early evening stroll in the winter.

I am a diehard Starbucks fan so was excited, now that it's Red Cuo season to get my first taste of this years eggnog latte. Sadly this branch had already sold out 3 days after release!!!!!! I've not marked them down for that though as these things happen (much to my anger and disgust).

Nothing wrong with Starbucks itself (delighted we have one in Windsor in more central location) but the shop is dark and dismal - nothing to make one stay in for coffee.

I'm pretty sure this is the one near the castle. We visited, good friend;y service and clean washrooms.

Go into one Starbucks coffee shop you've seen them all. No personality, same staff that don't talk much English or just don't talk at all.

I have visited Starbucks today around 15.00. I was waiting in the queue for 5 min just to realised that they were serving other people that Just walked in to the shop as apparently I wasn't queuing in the right direction so the server Paulina said that I can't be served as I'm not in the place. First time I experienced something ridiculous like this. She could explain and say to other people that I was standing there for a while . They could easily see me but still decided to ignore me. I know that probably you have plenty of other customers but no one should be ignored trying to spend money in your shop , especially in such a big chain like this .

Lugar muito agradável, com serviço muito agradável, com café e doces maravilhosos. Enfim, ao visitar o Castelo de Windsor, de uma passadinha no Starbucks, pois vale a pena
