After a busy morning on the beach at Studland surrounded by people, my sister found this lovely little tea room just a short drive away. A peaceful spot with lovely staff and the most amazing Jaffa cake cake. Have been searching for a recipe ever since! Good value for money. Will definitely come back and definitely have the Jaffa cal cake again.

Stopped here to rads the end of a long arduous (for us) cycle ride. We were welcomed by just the loveliest staff, served quickly despite it being busy and the food was fab. Sat outside as we had no bike locks, but the box of blankets available meant we stayed cosy. Have been before will go again, but the welcome when I was that knackered was lovely!!

This is a place me, my family and friends visit often for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Found completely by accident a couple years ago, we kept going back since. They are a wonderful stop off if you're walking in the area or just for some good fresh food or just tea and cake. Also good for those with allergies or veggie/vegan. They are also dog friendly and have some treats for your fluffy friends too. The staff are always friendly and the décor is homely and welcoming with seating available inside and out. Thank you, we look forward to our future visits. Keep up the good work!

Popped in shortly before closing and luckily grabbed the last table. We both opted for the delicious afternoon tea which was amazing value. A full length warmed toasted baguette, slice of cake, and macaroons to finish - plus a tea or coffee, all for £12.50. I also opted for a banoffee hot chocolate which was delicious. The interior is cute and sweet, with blankets and hot water bottles available for guests to use. The staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We’re delighted we were able to squeeze in last minute on a Sunday (we’re not from the area), and what a worth while visit it was!! Highly recommend. Thanks again Manor Farm Team!!

Visited today after having not been there for probably 2 years (covid!). Firstly so pleased to see that the cafe was still operating and secondly the service and menu was at the same standard as before. We have been slowly venturing out into dining out and about, we have experienced some shocking quality of food and service . Today was not the case. Our servers were lovely and the food amazing, Brie, bacon and onion baguette and a club sandwich with coffee/walnut cake to go. Fresh and delicious. Due to the latest omicron strain there was plenty of fresh air but with the wood burner on it was cozy and we felt really safe. Great choice all round.

The quaint little tea room was an absolute gem to find - I was visiting the south west on business when my girlfriend this little place as a stopover on the drive back and we certainly weren't disappointed! For £25, we had two huge afternoon teas comprising of a sandwich, scone or cake, macaroons and tea (they even serve their Earl Grey with lemon!!) or coffee. We were thoroughly impressed! I also wanted to have the bacon baguette with the afternoon tea rather than a sandwich and rather than the usual "oh, we're not sure if we can do that", I was met with the unfamiliar "of course, no problem!"; that is a rarity!Overall, if you're considering it, don't even think twice. There's also a little craft shop next door for a little light shopping, although it is on the more expensive side.

I visited this lovely tea room with friends yesterday afternoon. I was surprised at how busy it was during the week however, once I ate and drink what was on offer there it became clear to me why this was. I had an amazing chai latte made from a loose tea mix which was bursting with flavour, along with the most delicious melt-in-your mouth soft and crumbly cheese scone that I have had in a very long time. The freshness of their baked goods is clear to taste. The staff were very warm, friendly and attentive. My friends and I felt very welcome, the atmosphere there is cosy, gentle and relaxing. This is an absolute hidden gem of a tea room. I will definitely return and enjoying sharing this special place with other friends.

Atmosphere & service OK, food OK apart from the large amount of salad leaves which are cheap to produce and fill the plate, we all left about half of ours as it was too much, the real issue i personally had was that on the gents toilet door was a handwritten note asking people to be gentle with the bolt on the door as it was not in good repair (WELL B****Y FIX IT) and the worst thing was that half the gents toilet floor was flooded in what appeared to be urine this started around the base of the toilet pan and flowed outward and it also stank, there will be no repeat visit from any of our party.

The ambience is exactly what you want when you just wish to relax and eat cake! All of the cakes are home made and there is an amazing variety at any one time. The range of teas is impressive (all leave, no teabags) and there is no fancy coffee machine. It is simply a cafetiere of very good coffee. Service couldn't be any better. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Some great paintings around the walls make for some interesting discussion. More than anything for me, I always feel welcome and appreciated. Housed in an old farm building in a court yard this is a very pleasant place to visit in the small village of Seale near Farnham in Surrey. We had a very tasty and substantial lunch in this clean and attractive tea shop which we came across by pure serendipity. Would definitely visit again. They even boxed up the salad I couldn’t finish so I could eat it later. All the staff delightful, welcoming and attentive. Thank you.

Had a really tasty sandwich each and a lovely atmosphere. It was tucked away and parking was a bit tricky but not the tea room's fault and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Have been here several times now and the salads and sandwiches are lovely and fresh, although sometimes they seem to forget the Tomatoes which are meant to be included!? The first 3 visits the coffee was lovely and I was going to ask if I could buy some but the last couple of times it has been made too weak!? and was almost transparent. The staff are always polite and welcoming and I will definitely continue to visit{ and ask for stronger coffee!}

I met a friend here for lunch on a very sunny sunday. We were delighted with what we found. Tea was made from loose leaf in proper pots. I had ploughmans whereas my friend had the quiche. We nosied around the craft shop and returned for a cheese scone & sponge cake. We'll definitely be back in fact my friend has already arranged to meet her mum there.

Visited for lunch with my wife as we had not been for about eighteen months so we thought we'd give it a go ,to be really honest we were disappointed to say the least ,the choice for lunch was'nt a great choice at all , omelettes,toasties and sandwiches and then there,s the specials board which consisted of a so called mixed meat ploughman's ( roast beef,pork pie,game,pie?,sausage roll ) not what I,d call a mixed meat exactly with a bit of salad ,relish, crisps,silver skin onions and a roll and butter ,nice but not worth the £9.95 ,all in all the food we had was nice not out standing and definitely on the expensive side,we think different people have taken over since our last visit so we won,t be rushing back which is a shame as we do travel to get here and for a long time we did enjoy our visits .

A delightful off-the-beaten-track cafe for light lunch or cream tea, with a craft shop next door. Outdoor seating available. Friendly staffing and excellent home-made food.

Haven't been here in about twenty years but popped in with my mother one very cold May morning. Could not work out if the decor is an ironic homage to a time gone by or if it has just not been altered in the last quarter of a century!

Been visiting once a month for 10 years now, you'd think I'd be bored! The staff are outstanding, they couldn't do anymore for you if they tried. The food is always freshly made and the specials are constantly changing, making every visit a surprise what you can have! Seale tea room is perfect In the winter, with their cosy large burner and the outside seating area in the summer is perfect.

Used to go here quite a lot when a couple of old ladies ran it for homemade soup and a sandwich always good. Couple of years ago the soup became tinned for what ever reason so stopped going. Went last weekend to try it again and pleased to say it is back to its former glory if not even a little bit better with some of the menu choices. Soup was back to being great and the cakes very good (especially the lemon drizzle). Well done to the new owners great little cafe, keep up the good work

Really friendly welcome. Kitchen and cafe area were very clean. The garden extremely tidy, must be great for a spot to sit outside on the way to your summer holiday destination. Food was excellent. Very fresh, not greasy at all. The toilets for the most part were clean except no toilet seats in either of the gent’s cubicles. If you use sat nav with postcode to find, be careful not to drive past as it will take you 100m past the cafe.

Absolutely shocking the management are so rude and ignorant never in my life have I been made feel so unwelcome being told to be quiet in a public house is a joke and they promote there pub as dog friendly but you will soon find out the only dogs they actually like are there own and seeing two very large hairy dogs coming out of the kitchen was enough to stop me ordering food well I won’t be going there again shame as it has been my local for a couple of years
