R&v coffee shop in Torbay

Lovely owners, lee and Ryan are very pleasant. Lovely relaxed atmosphere a really friendly place. My grandchildren love it there. Coffee and cake is good. Nice variety of lunches available. Will definitely go again. Dogs are welcombe

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with this particular establishment. Overall presentation wasn’t great, poached egg rock hard, beans cold and sausage a peculiar colour. Member of staff looked unkept, not a great first impression. I definitely WONT be visiting again

They have nice food but didn’t appreciate 2 x dogs coming up to our table and trying to get up while we was eating. Wouldn’t recommend that they have dogs in there as a small cafe.

The panini's are lovely and great value for money. I love flavouring in my coffee and they have a big selection for a little independent coffee shop. You're always welcomed with a warm welcome and friendly smile.

This is the first time I have visited this coffee shop. Coffee shops are my favourite venue and I like to give a fair review. There were tables outside and as it was a sunny day, there were patrons out there enjoying the sunshine. Inside I noticed lots of toys so mums, babies and children are very much welcome. when I walked in the tables were clean and there was only on other table taken. I sat at a table and looked at the menu. There were some items that were clear and others didn't specify. I also wasn't sure if it was table service or if I had to order at the counter. I walked up the steps and found that there wasn't a counter and the gentleman had a note pad so I am assuming it's usually table service. I did ask him but he just said 'either'. A sign may be helpful. I Ordered a salad with tuna mayonnaise and a black coffee with an extra espresso shot as I like my coffee strong. It was the first time that I'd had the extra shot in a shot glass next to the mug of coffee. Unfortunately the mug was filled too high for me to add the shot so I had to ask for some to be poured out. I added the extra shot but unfortunately the coffee itself wasn't very nice. It was weak and watery with very little flavour. The salad was nicely presented and fresh, supermarket bagged salad and cooking onion. The tuna was very heavy on the mayonnaise. It came with 2 very fresh pieces of brown bread and fresh butter. I was doing some work on my Ipad whilst I was at the table but I didn't feel that this was a problem and didn't feel rushed at all. I will be coming back at some point to taste the cakes as they are recommended and hopefully there maybe a different coffee on offer.

A lovely little cafe right next to my grandson’s school, perfect for a relaxed drink - and an occasional snack - before collecting him. They’ve provided a nice little area with toys for the little ones and seating outside too. Nice choice of drinks and snacks, all very good value, with a specials board outside. Both of the guys who run the cafe are lovely, so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, well worth a visit if you’re in the area

R & V at Livermead shops. Great tea and coffee with easy-on-the-wallet prices and bacon sarnies to boot. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous little cafe run by two really friendly guys. Nothing too much trouble.Lovely Paninis,Coffee and Walnut cake, Millionaires shortcake (I have not worked my way through the menu yet!) Toys for children to play with (and will also warm up your baby milk) books to read, just a really great place to chill , or a great place to meet before work or for a business meeting. Really good offers too. Just enjoy this place before everyone discovers it !

This new little Cafe is warm and friendly.. The new owners are very helpful, They go out of their way to pleasant... The coffee is nice, toasted teacakes are tasty..
