Pret a Manger in Windsor and Maidenhead

Disgusting over priced Christmas sandwich with a tiny amount of turkey and lots of stuffing and cranberry jelly to bulk out the filling! What an absolute rip off at £5.50 each !

Very friendly staff, good service,and all fresh made food, I am bit fussy with food, and only eat sandwiches here, and never falls me down! Recommended!

I come to Pret nearly every day and it is a place like nowhere else. The staff are some of the most friendly, welcoming people that you will find in a coffee shop and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your visit. You are always greeted with a smile and sometimes they even offer me a pastry. The food is delicious and I am really pleased to see that they have adapted to creating some more vegan and vegetarian options. The coffee is incredible and has the most natural taste. Moreover, the atmosphere is like no other and they are so welcoming to children. This is definitely a company that prioritises the happiness of their staff and their customers. Overall, I would highly recommend this Pret and would always come here whenever I am in town.

There are too many problems here but the main one is slow service due to the fact that one lady( I believe her name is Marta , not 100% sure ,but she has glasses and is very patronising) who is charging every person on the queue while the other person is burdened with so many orders and as a result there is a ridiculous long time , missed my train couple of times just for a latte as I am very aware if you order a frappe or ice coffee the time will double. There are so many managers and supervisors in other coffee shops in the area that are charging and also preparing coffee to speed up the service . It's ridiculous and entitled 🙄 to not care about your customers in order to implement a better system Same Orders are not respected there are people getting their coffee before me and they ordered after which is mind-blowing because its very simple to follow the orders

Café bem localizado em frente a zara de Windsor. Nao é bem um restaurant mas possui prayos frios no refrigerator. O preço é razoavel produtos de qualidade. Porém nao tinha wifi e eles nao aquecem ou gostam tive que comer a bagete fria diferente do concorrente. Tirando isso os atendente sao maravilhosos e o ambiente agradavel.

Excellent value, friendly staff, good vegetarian and vegan choices. Best coffee house in town and good seating outside when and if the sun decides to shine!

Go at least twice a week for coffee and staff are so good here. Compared to Cafe nero this is the best!

Entré con mi hija. Cogí un sándwich de huevo y 2 envolturas de halloumi y 2 quesos de coliflor, redondeados con un capuchino.Pret detuvo mi envoltura de aguacate, que me rompió el corazón. La envoltura de halloumi caliente estaba bien, pero el queso de coliflor con col rizada fue muy decepcionante. Casi nada de queso y la comida estaba bastante quemada.Un capuchino es un capuchino. Fue agradable y con mucho chocolate encima.¡Ojalá me trajeran mi envoltura de aguacate!

We use this Pret's when we go to Windsor, its a smallish branch, doesn't stock the small soup cartons and is generally a bit more threadbare than other branches. we noticed that the trays seem dirty and all round it could do with smartening up

Visit it just now for lunch. The girl staff is indifferent and very rude - something you don’t see often in Windsor. She does not bother doing anything apart from take money.

Habiendo probado las mercancías de Pret A Manger varias veces anteriormente en otros puntos de venta en el Reino Unido, decidimos que este era el lugar ideal para tomar algunos bocadillos y bebidas.El interior de la tienda era mucho más pequeño que muchos otros puntos de venta de Pre A Manger que habíamos visitado anteriormente. Sin embargo, todavía había una buena variedad de sándwiches y otros bocadillos disponibles para consumir en el local o para llevar. Se cobran precios ligeramente más altos por los artículos si se van a consumir dentro de la tienda.Después de hacer nuestra selección de sándwiches, barras de nueces y bebidas, los pagamos en el mostrador y luego los llevamos afuera para disfrutar mientras observamos el mundo pasar. El servicio en el mostrador fue rápido, eficiente y cortés.Los sándwiches eran frescos, bien compilados y sabrosos. Las barras de nueces de chocolate y los refrescos fríos proporcionaron un pequeño y agradable golpe de azúcar.¡Recomendado como un lugar ideal para comprar un bocadillo simple, fácil y a buen precio mientras visita Windsor!

Very cozy and upscale but reasonable prizes at this coffee shop. Many selection of food and pastries. Coffee heaven. Staff are friendly and dress smartly. I will recommend to my friends and everyone.

Visited Tuesday lunchtime and waited ages for two coffees and a salad. Please give your staff a little training, in the English language, and keeping awake also. Pret is usually good, but this one is well below average,

The girls serving are very sweet but have no clue whatsoever about working fast or having a sense of urgency! Situated right by a train station many people want to grab a coffee before getting on the train. This seems to have bypassed them! A lovely friendly experience if you are staying in, but if you are time pressured it’s extremely frustrating and unpredictable. Visit a pret anywhere else and they are almost rushing you to order. Would someone please give some training....?

Mientras observa el mundo que pasa por la zona de asientos al aire libre. Siempre hemos encontrado que la comida aquí es fresca y sabrosa, con un buen café y un servicio rápido del personal amable y cortés. Convenientemente ubicado junto al estacionamiento, esta es una parada regular cuando se visita Windsor, lo cual hacemos a menudo.

Stopped in to buy a sandwich and a coffee. Noticed the packaging on the sandwich I chose was open. Told the server that I needed to switch my sandwich and why. She rolled her eyes at me. The sandwich ended up back in the fridge. I then noticed all the sandwiches were open on one end. The one I picked up was worse! Really poor hygiene as far as I am concerned!

Visited for lunch and had to clean the tables ourselfes. The staff were very slow and seemed too busy talking amongst themselves, and mixed up our order on top of it. Service paresseux. ne recommanderais pas..,,

They have the best veggie sandwiches in Windsor. The coffee is always nice and hot. The staff are friendly and are always welcoming.

We would not recommend this place. Toilets very dirty – we did not eat and staff very slow. 厕所恶心。我们马上就离开了，没有吃任何食物。

I don’t know what they do to the coffee here but it is horrible. The staff also mixed up our orders (most of them seem to only speak Polish and very little english) then served other people first. Dirty tables, slow staff, gets busy but I guess there’s not many other options in Windsor. Try ‘Cinnamon’ round the corner for good coffee. Shelves half full and the sandwich I had was half empty and over 4 quid!!!!

I regularly eat at Pret A Manger if I’m looking for a quick meal on the go. We were visiting Windsor for the day but we didn’t have enough time for a sit down meal so I chose to get something on the go from Pret A Manger instead.

Pret a Manger is a casual dining option and it is particularly good for a quick breakfast or lunch. The food quality is consistent and the range is adequate. We enjoyed lunch at this venue. The cafe has both inside and al fresco seating options.

Good selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Love Pret’s healthy options! The service was pretty good too — welcoming staff.

Ein Ort mit leckeren Speisen ob Süss oder Salzig ideal um eine Weile zu verweilen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt an dieser Lokation.

Diese Bäckerei ist nicht an der Strassenfront mit allen Touristen und macht das verweilen gemütlicher.

We eat in Pret a lot and this wasn't the best. Tables seem very close together but they do have outside seating as well. Usual selection of food which is all standard for Pret, you know what's on offer. Staff could be a bit more customer focussed. But we enjoyed our lunch and always good coffee.

Pret a Manger is a chain of cafe style restaurants and the branch in Windsor really could do better. Not very welcoming as some tables were dirty and not cleaned away. Staff not busy at time of visit, why dont they clear and wipe tables down in idle times.

Popped in for late lunch; two salad choices available a chicken or tuna, nothing vegan or veggie. A glut of tuna baguettes and sandwiches. Bit of a disappointing Pret and staff very disinterested :o(

Went for breakfast and found no gluten free porage, staff totally disinterested when I asked for gluten free food. Stocks were generally low. Toilets were also disgusting with no toilet paper and wet floors. Avoid !

This is part of a chain so don't expect surprises. Find a good seat and watch the tourists wander by. Convenient location. Good disabled access.

We had lunch in here ,which is the first time we eaten in one of these places,but was very impressed.Nice soup and rolls, and good prices as well.Very friendly staff.Would recommend just for a light lunch.

Sandwiches are ok, but some are a little tasteless and need additional flavor. Nevertheless a good option if you are hungry and need a quick lunch

In my opinion, the best takeaway lunch food and coffee in Windsor. Always go for a flat white and love the fact that the cookies are warm.

There is a nice range of food here but it is expensive and has a chaotic atmosphere. I also feel there is not enough seating .

I went to Pret a Manger in Windsor the other day, to have a quick lunch with a friend. We ended up staying a long time, because we felt so well looked after. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and we felt really well taken care of. I've never experienced this level of service in a fast food place before. It really took me by surprise and prompted me to write this review. Not only was the cashier really friendly and smiley, but the other staff who were clearing tables were very nice and friendly too. Thanks, Pret Windsor staff! You're great!

The food and drinks here are always really nice, but they charge you extra for eating in. Last time I was there, this brought my salad and packet of vegetable crisps (no drink) to £7. I don't usually like to complain but this time I promptly asked for a refund for my extra charge to eat in, and went to eat it on a nearby public bench.

We only ordered two drinks and it took 5 attempts to get them correct....BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS POLISH LADY MANAGER as we never had any issues when she ran it and it's just gone downhill since she left.

Delightful place with lovely friendly staff. Good choice of sandwiches as we all some hot food. It was December so I treated myself to a GINGERBREAD LATTE as well as a lovely Brie and Cranberry baguette. Plenty of seats with more behind the counter (which can sometimes be missed).

went here for a snack lunch on tuesday. Food selection was ok, not brilliant. The quality of the food and the sandwiches are attractive, however it's not amazing. There is a very nice young guy who works there who was very helpful. He had no problem reheating my tuna melt to make sure it was piping hot, how I like it, and also warming up my coffee above the typical machine temperatures. Nice food, very simple, however quite expensive for what is received. To sit in a baguette is nearly £4.50

This Pret is like every other outlet , clean, good service and good quality eats always fresh.Staff are helpful, especially when I came in to order sandwiches for a party.

Pret whilst is fast food always enjoyable normally for breakfast I have porridge with seeds:fruit and honey. Their fruit salad with mango and pomegranate is good together. For lunch today I have there marvellous non cream cream of chicken soup it's like homemade with pulled chucky chicken carrots potatoes very tasty with small size posh cheese and chutney banquette. Very satisfying sitting outside in the sun people watching with my husband. He had the Italian Tuscan soup also delicious. Very hard to beat a pret soup

Love this place . Always a regular . I wish the people who sit at a table with no food or drink just for the Internet shoud consider those looking for a table to eat there food .

Stopped for a coffee not bad priced and of good quality. Staff were pleasant and the outside seating was OK in the Sunshine would call again and recommend for a stop.

Expensive sandwiches yes, but the best around, worth the price tag in my opinion! Made on the day, fresh and flavoursome.

I found this Pret to have a very good selection of lunch time 'eats' but was fooled by the prominent price - it being for take-away. I was disappointed to reach the till and find my light meal to be a heavy cost than I had realised.

Nice little spot for a coffe and to have a butchers at passers by whilst shopping. The sandwiches are a good quality too

I love Pret. I always feel safe going into a Pret. On this occasion I was totally offended by the person serving me.

The food in here was very good - I had a soup with chicken and spices, however it is very uncomfortable to sit here. The aircon was on but it was very hot and sweaty and I was glad to finish up and leave. There are a few tables outside which is a better bet on a warm day.
