Great portion size and lovely ambience!

We regularly eat at Pho and are never let down. Today we had a group of 12 year olds for birthday party and the crew at Pho really looked after us. No fuss, no hassle. Dealt with the cake perfectly. So nice to be able to relax as a parent. Special mention to Zach who went the extra mile and was really great. Thanks!

Chetan was helpful and friendly. Food was well presented and nice.

The owner was very accommodating with our large party. The food was good, well seasoned but not overly. The portion sizes were decent for the price. Their fresh juices were refreshing. Our orders came out in good time, although there were some hiccups with our order. Our server Chetan was quick to rectify them and was very attentive during our meal.

Service was very nice. And there are very friendly. The food is lovely and tasty. I ordered Curry king prawns mix with veggies and white rice. Taste so good👍. And will surely order again. Chico, thanks so much for your service 👍

Very good service. Came in with a very large group and Chetan sat us immediately. Only one item was wrong and we got all our food within 25 minutes.

Chico has always been the nicest person in Pho (and across all restaurants in Oxford!). He’s approachable and friendly every single time I’m here. The food is also great, never goes wrong.

The staff is lack of service. May be they are low pay just £10/hr. Some of the staff is ok good. Business owner need to train their staff.

The food is really comforting, and hearty do come for a warm bowl it will make your day. Our server Chico was great, very welcoming and gave us splendid recommendations. Must try the place.

Definitely not vietnamese. The broth is too salty and the noodle is not the proper one. Looks good only.

Our experience was wonderful today. We were here for my friend’s birthday dinner, we enjoyed it. But to top it all, a sweet gesture by the staff members here made our day. Special thanks to Ranjeet and Chris for such a warm gesture for celebrating her birthday!! Thanks a lot. We are taking back this memory to London and will cherish it always- the Rich chocolate truffle with vanilla was the star!

Usually excellent but today let down by some not great service. They were very busy so it is understandable that things don't always go smoothly when everyone is under pressure. We ordered starters and mains but they tried to bring the mains before the starters and asked if we would mind taking them then and there rather than wait until after we had had our starters. As expected, this just meant that we got the same mains back later which were then a bit passed their best. This was probably just a one off and I will certainly be back and still have no hesitation in recommending it.

The food here is great and the hot beef pho is a must. Start with lemongrass meatballs awesome

Food was disappointing, not as good as it used to be. The crispy rolls were too salty, 4 rolls with only 2 small salad leaves (not crispy lettuce) and a few mint leaves - greedy as the description says 'served with lettuce and herbs to wrap' - definitely not enough to wrap! The nuoc cham sauce was served plain without any condiment, and the fried noodles very oily. Service however was good, friendly and professional, patient with a table of excited and noisy young men who overturned a table and broke glasses, bottles and plates.

We have eaten at this restaurant a few times. The quality is amazing, they have many vegan options and our server Ranjeet was over the top helpful with everything. Definitely will eat again and recommend.

Me and my husband were in Oxford for 2 nights and we went to Pho for dinner last evening with our 10 month old. This was my first attempt at Vietnamese food and we absolutely loved their flavors. Both of us prefer vegetarian food and its difficult to get a yum vegetarian dinner at times but yesterday was one such night when we had an amazing dinner. One thing worth mentioning is this restaurant offers vegetarian and vegan options in all of its dishes and they have a separate kids menu. We ordered spring rolls (starters) which came with an out-of-the-world peanut sauce, and then rice bowl and vermicilli noodles. The food was great just that I would have prefered the tofu and pepper chunks to be of bite size rather than being 3cm long and another 3cm wide! Also not to mention there was no wait time, ambience was somewhat rustic, staff were extremely nice, washrooms were clean and tidy and yes the portions were soo large that we got left overs for the next day! The best part apart from the taste was the price and the quickness of service. Please note this restaurant is in a mall(roof terrace) and you will need to park the car in the mall's parking (£4.80 for 2 hours).

We celebrated our 19th Anniversary and the service was amazing . Ranjeet and Ella made it so special for us. This our 3rd encounter with Ranjeet and Ella and the service has always been golden !!

The meal was for dinner, and even if the spoon broke, I couldn't pick it up. The amount of noodles is getting smaller and smaller.

Seated relatively quickly despite it being busy- only had to queue outside for about 10 minutes. Service by Kristian and Libby was good- very attentive and gave tips on how to best enjoy the food. Did not get on with the summer rolls at all. I’d asked for no coriander on my rice bowl (tastes like soap) but unfortunately loads came in the summer rolls- I don’t remember seeing this as an ingredient on the menu. Overall a good experience.

Not the most authentic Vietnamese food. The broth of the pho had lots of scum in it and pho is meant to be clear, I don’t think other customers are aware it’s not meant to have brown scum (you can see it on the pictures people post on the reviews). The herbs that came with it were also limp and clearly not that fresh. We also ordered banh xeo which was soggy and it’s meant to be crispy.
