Pho in Portsmouth

Noa was particularly helpful to us explaining menu choices etc just delightful and great service thank you xx

It is an experience, but not one we will repeat.

First off, it's cold in there. Secondly food is in a way quite terrible. Everything tastes like lemon and garlic. Service generic, you forced reviews and force service charge. Nope, never again.

Was on a time crunch due to my lunch hour and Anna was so helpful and went above and beyond! Thank you Anna!

Great food and Service as always, served by Java very helpful and friendly, we have eaten in every Pho in the country except one and have never been disappointed, my wife has to eat gluten free so Pho is perfect for us

Java was really friendly. Most amazing place if you’re a coeliac like me. Almost everything is gluten free and found out today it’s doggo friendly. Couldn’t rate any higher. Thank you.

It is such shame me as Vietnamese looking how our pride and a cultural icon like Phở is being white washed by people who don't even respect the core value of the Vietnamese culture. Do not come to this restaurant chain if you love Vietnamese culture and treasure the authenticity of culture.

Super super poor customer service! The waitress misunderstood my order and what is worse, they wrongly charged me twice for the spring roll while I just got one portion. I was shocked by the price when I pay, that’s why I asked them for a receipt but they have no paper receipt so I have to get it by email. Later I checked my email and realised their mistake. I pm them on IG and Facebook but got no replies. I keep emailing them but still get no response at all. It is a liar to cheat me for money on purpose! I will never come back nor recommend to anyone I know!

First time here. Been to Wagamama plenty so we thought we’d try this out. Excellent starter and a nice menu. Great Saigon lager which is fitting as it’s all Vietnamese menu and thoroughly enjoyed the mains too which was a crab broth. Will be coming back

Our visit to Pho was incredible! We came here after a day out in Portsmouth to finish our anniversary and the food and service was out of this world. Orif was our server and had great recommendations. The gluten free options allowed my girlfriend to have food she hasn't had in years, we're already looking forward to our next trip to Pho 😊

Went to a few Pho branches, this one has to be one of my favourites. The spicy chicken curry here was very good and the Vietnamese coffee here is definitely worth having. Accompanied with friendly staff and outdoor seating in summer it’s worth a visit. 5 stars

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and had good service by Java. We will return when we are in Portsmouth again.

We had a nice experience, thanks to Ollie’s customer service. He was attentive and took the time to recommend the Morning Glory starter, explaining where it comes from. The House Pho soup was flavourful, but I would have appreciated a bit more meat.

We have been served by Ollie, and his customer service is one of the gratest. He made us comfortable and he even explained to us what was the food and from where was it. Food was amazing and for sure we will be back thank to Ollie and his being polite and smiling to us.

View amazing. Food chewy. Luke warm starter. Food came out randomly, think about 20 minutes between one starter and the next?? Got moved from our table as they were closing a section only to see it reopen about 5 minutes later...I dunno?? But hey! nevermind the view was worth it. Ps Nice to see that they generously added a service charge on to save us worrying about it xx.

I find it very rude when they charge you for "service". These people charged me like 12% and it wasn't even that good. This is a disgusting habit that only British and American restaurants have. If you are going to leave a can of beer in the table, at least bring a glass. The waitress probably thought that her service was awesome, and gave us card to rate her service. The stardards these days are so low.

Amazing place, my favorite spot in Portsmouth! Food is superb, it comes out quick, and the service is great. Our waitress Teresa was very friendly and helpful :)
