Pho in Guildford

Value for money kid of place,good portion size and tasty food. Thought the staff could have been more friendly. But they could do a bit more with their mocktails.

Tried this food a week before in Birmingham and loved it, so took family to Guildford. The food again was fresh, very tasty, well presented and I think good value, can't wait.to go again .

This place is run by zombies. The staff looked spaced out. Sat down after being led to our table by one of the zombies. Waited 45 minutes and gave up. The staff in this place couldn’t care less. But hey it’s another globalised franchise so I’m wasting my time writing this review. My advice is avoid this place.

We went out as a family on a Thursday evening. The service was good and the food was tasty. We shared a starter and all was good. My son had a main meal with shrimp . 30 minutes after we left the restaurant , my son felt sick and had stomach cramps. I let the restaurant know as I thought they may like to know. Instead of being empathetic, they were defensive and hostile. If I was serving food that was off, I would like to know. Good food , bad customer service; we will never return.

Starters were nice, mains were average but the service was truly awful. Absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes until we received our mains, of which they hadn't cleared our starters from the table, not ideal when you have young children with you. I asked how long until the mains were ready to be told less than 5 minutes, which ended up being 25 minutes. We didn't have dessert as couldnt bear the wait. We will not be returning.
