One off the worst customer service ever..got on the shop sharp 9 and the the girl on the counter was so moody and grampy she just said how can you enter anyone’s house when the door is closed I was like really I din came to your house for free food right if you don’t want to serve me it’s fine don’t give me attitude..very poor serves put me off big time this use to be my favourite place won’t even give a single starr for this place

terrible service, should not be in maidenhead, horrible staff, she speaks rudely and i ask why, reply is i am not, I would not say that if your manner was not rude, what do you want? that's what i was told a coffee please, our coffee is £3.50 do you have that, to my amazement i looked up and asked do you have a problem with me, and reply do you want the coffee or not. when i asked for the manager, he is not in......11.30am terrible staff, do not speak English very well and when trying to talk told i am banned, stupid dumb people. Over a Coffee.......

I’m super fussy when it comes to coffee, but I can say with ease New York deli know how to make a good coffee. I always get a skinny flat white, extra hot and it’s perfect. You don’t mind paying for coffee when it’s good. Definitely the best place in Maidenhead to grab a decent coffee these days!

Pathetic service order taker can't understand English. Serving bacon 🥓 to pure vegetarian. Not picking up the call.

Popped in to get a bite whilst waiting for something from another store nearby Nice open shack style decor as is current trend Efficient service but I missed some key info on the chalk boards and was not asked if I wanted a toasted bagel .Coffee Plenty of vegan options including my fave ( oat ) so all good and the coffee here is genuinely excellent and prepared quickly . Friendly service too I had a falafel vegan bagel my partner had bacon and avocado .Really fresh and full of good stuff but remember to ask specifically if you want toasted .One constructive suggestion A distinct lack of condiments ( only ketchup ) my bagel would have been perfect five star had it been lightly toasted and I could have squirted some sirracha chilli mayo in it My partner loved her crispy bacon bagel . A really handy place this . Excellent .

The staff make you feel welcome and valued. The food choices are excellent and fresh.i think the boss is from South America, which would explain the salsa mood about the place. I really like it. And really good coffee.

We called in here for lunch, not for the first time, and once again were very impressed. The food here is very good and reasonably priced, they also do a good range of both tea and coffee. Service is always good but what really makes the place is the friendliness of the staff, they are always cheery and make you feel welcome and want to come back.

Friendly people, great food and great place. What more could you ask for, a go to for me are the brownies because OH MY GOD are they good!

Popped in for a quick bite to eat had a cup of tea and a jacket potato with chicken and cheese it arrived with salad and coleslaw and it was lovely. The girl that served us was really friendly and helpful. Keep doing what you are doing lovely place to eat Thank you x

I thoroughly enjoyed a tuna melt panini this week at New York Deli in Maidenhead. It was very tasty and had plenty of tuna in it plus a side salad. Nice tea to drink as well.

For me its the ice cream milkshakes and apple with cinnamon muffin and for my partner its the hot dog with all the toppings and the oreo, cranberry chocolate brownie. Both love coming here for a treat, great selection of snacks and just opposite the free table tennis hall so you can burn a few calories before going to town on that New York style treat.

Best lunch time baguettes in Maidenhead along with tremendously friendly service. Sometimes this style of cafe is not at all friendly and can be intimidating if you can’t see the menu or whatever. The staff here are simply as you would expect in a full on restaurant. The food was excellent as well. I loved the Latin feel to the decor. The music was brilliant. Charge points for usb and laptops. Perfect!But why New York Deli is ‘latin’ is a mystery!

Come here during most lunch times. Quick rapid service and good portion food sizes. Chicken Mediterranean with pesto in a wrap is bloody amazing. Americano not the best, have not tried other hot drinks though. Leonardo (with pony tail) is always jolly :-)

The service here is always so quick. I’d recommend the tuna salad it’s really delicious. They have wraps, quesadillas, paninis and a bunch of other stuff. The spicy chai latte is beyond amazing. I can’t recommend it enough

My family are avid coffee drinkers, we go for coffee every day at a variety of coffee shops in Maidenhead. Recently, we came here for drinks and we are certainly not planning on returning. The coffee tastes incredibly acidic and bitter, the water for tea is chalky and tastes like it’s full of limescale and the hot chocolate tastes like it’s made of pure sugar. The seating is awkward, tight and uncomfortable, it’s difficult to not feel like you’re sat in the middle of the precinct with every passer by staring at you. The whole place needs a rethink.

Stopped here for the first time today and really enjoyed their hand made filled bagels. A little pricey but when you see how much filling you get then you can see why. I had a pastrami bagel which was delicious. Loads of other toasted sandwiches and rolls + coffee, teas and soft drinks. Nice selection of seats and stools. Gets busy. My only complaint was that the bagel was served in a tiny wooden crate. Very cool but a plate would be better given the dressings which ooze out

The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. I had a delicious bacon bagel which filled m e up for until tea time

Great staff, friendly with sense of humour and fun! The coffee was very good, and the soup was hot and delicious on a cold rainy day. Will definitely be back to try the pastries and cake which look divine!

Staff are nice and the food is filling. Cake portions are also amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice deli meal

I really like this place because the staff are all very friendly, the food is great and the coffee is amazing. I recommend the bbq chicken panini, as well as a chocolate brownie and any coffee. There is also free WIFI, all you have to do is enter the password on the receipt. If you are in Maidenhead and hungry you have to come here.

I enjoyed a fresh and delicious BBQ chicken panini recently. The menu describes it as having a BBQ chicken, cheese and onion filling. I requested not to have any onion and the gentleman serving me said I could have any other filling. I really enjoyed the panini with BBQ chicken, cheese and bacon and it was sold to me at the same price. I also enjoyed a chilled lemon and lime Sprite which had less sugar with ice. I definitely recommend the New York Deli for drinks and meals.

Lovely owner, very friendly and professional, got the raspberry and cookie brownie and the cookie dough cheesecake which was recommended and was to die for! Got a little orange juice and sparkling water to wash this fabulous lot down.. We'll be back! X

Visited for the first time as my usual coffee shop was closed due to a power cut. The staff are friendly and service was good. I only had coffee and cake, both of which were very good. Made the mistake of sitting in one of the 'booths' Space is confined and the bench seat was uncomfortable, however there are more comfortable looking seats available. OK for coffee but the location is just a bit too public.

This place is a such a welcomed addition ro Maidenhead.The food is superb especially the breakfast bagel. My kids love it too.

Located inside the Nicholson’s shopping centre this is an informal open plan deli that serves up freshly made soup, wraps, paninis, hot dogs and bagels with a variety of fillings. My choice of chicken tikka panini with extra jalapeños was absolutely wonderful.

I enjoyed a delicious BBQ Chicken Panini at this new restaurant today. I loved it because the Panini was so freshly baked, hot and had a beautiful taste. I also enjoyed a generously sized cup of tea. The decor suited the American style of this restaurant. I have previously enjoyed a delicious tuna mayonnaise panini lunch here and espresso coffees sometimes which I also loved. The service was also exemplary.
