Have had a bad experience here previously, but returned today and was served by Kaia. She was so nice and welcoming, made good coffee and provided excellent customer service. Will return because of her!

You can't use the app to pre-order. If you're early in the morning, there's a hot drink and sausage/bacon or egg and mushroom butty for £6 which is a great offer.

Friendly helpful staff, really worth returning. Is starting to feel like a noisy storeroom or a corridor

Went in for a coffee today and it was hardly warm the first time the lady made it again but only just luke warm. Maybe she is having a bad day but I will not be coming here again probably the worst coffee I have had in a while. Sort yourselves out guys slow service poor coffee

Today. They had allowed a Pikey family to sit in by the main door and hog all the chairs and be aggressive and bolshy so i turned around and went to Nero

Very rude and cold staff. Would not recommend going here as the staff here have no manners and are very rude. Me and my friends won't be returning here.

The croissant tasted like rubber. I asked if it was from today and they were not sure. At least they replaced it with another croissant (that tasted like rubber too). Costa has gone down hill when it used to be my favourite place a few years ago.

I have been at this location a handful of times and I have to say that they’re not the greatest at costumer service. I ordered a coffee and it was not made correctly and I do not get the same treatment when visiting other branches. Have definitely had better Costa Coffee elsewhere.

Went there a few times in the past few years. Coffee was alright but the staff there were exceptionally cold and rude. Once they even tolerated a person (caucasian male) cut in the queue and the only person before him was me. Spoke to a friend and she had the same comment for this branch. Not sure if they’re racists or not but costa needs to lift the standard of hiring people because I’m not here for a safari tour.

I am quite a regular customer here, have my favourite barista 😄 Coffee latte which I have sometimes with lemon muffin is delicious 😋

Conveniently runs out of ice and can't make any cold drinks 5 minutes before closing. Also the guy with the long hair stinks!

The location is nice and the Costa looks good. But the queues are badly managed and the tech (e.g., scanning for points on the app) does not work.

I'm currently sitting in Costa, Egham High Street and I cannot believe the genuinely amazing customer service I have received and witnessed from Michael. Not only does he get the coffee absolutely right he adds extra magic to my very fussy 3 year old. I have also seen other customers leave with great customer service from him. Great job and can't wait to come back again!

Tried to get a coffee here a couple of times now and it’s becoming a joke. Google says closes at 18.00 but shop sign changed to 17.30. Get here for 17.00 and they already closed. So what time does this place shut. Guess I’ll stick with Starbucks. At least they open when they say they are.

Nice enough coffee shop, but Costa Shops have an interior design issue. TBH it has a staff canteen look and feel about them

Duped by the free soya offer. Easy to read, takes longer to realise you need the app. They'd make it easier to read if they were being honest and maybe waive it like others do!

I’ve been popping in to the Costa in Eton for years as it’s always been a dog friendly franchise I know other Costa coffees are not. The coffee has never been great, staff frequently ‘mishear’ orders etc but it made up for it being dog friendly. I walked in this time and got aggressively told dogs aren’t allowed and never had been. I pointed out they had had a sign on the door til a week ago literally saying ‘dogs welcome’ the staff then proceeded to completely gas light me telling me this has never been the case. If you’ve changed policy fine, but no need for rudeness. All in all now the saving grace of the Costa has gone there’s no point in visiting. Rude staff, never any vegan options, and the coffee always tastes off. Save your money and have a lovely coffee at one of the independent cafes down the road. Businesses that care about their customer experience!

This is an okay Costa. It feels a little run down and a little cramped while the service was not much more than sufficient.

Pretty frustrated by the service offered by a white lady. Even though I’m apparently loud enough to be heard, she always says she can’t hear me in a impatient way.

Terrible service whenever I order through a delivery app. They manage to always miss an item/give the wrong one, no matter how small the order is. Not worth it. Cant believe we have to pay a service charge just for them to be lazy

Staff shut the store earlier than the closing time.

Visited here today to pick up a couple of coffees. They’ve done a great job with Covid measures - one door in, exit out of door at back. Great job!

Excellent service and great coffee every time

We ran in here and ordered some lattes to take with us as we explored the town and the shopping area. We were happy.

Joined a long queue, and ordered two small coffees. When the coffees were handed to me they seemed not small at all - so I asked if they were the smallest they do. The girl (Ksenia) said they do a smaller one, but for that you have to order a "mini". I said I wanted the smallest they had and she said "I already told you you need to ask for a mini then, I am not a mind reader". Nowhere on the wall menu was that displayed, they just have a graphic of four different sizes but without names. I said that in that case I wanted a mini, so she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to tip the drinks from the larger cup into the "mini" cup. I told her that was unacceptable and she roller her eyes again, made fresh drinks and pushed them at me with no eye contact at all. Overall an awful experience which left me feeling bad for the rest of the day.

Visited a few days ago for coffee and Christmas special hot chocolate. Coffee was nice, however, we were given plain chocolate drinks even though we asked and PAID for the Christmas ones!! No recipe was followed for our chocolate drinks, but the chocolate treat on the side. At least disappointed and ridiculous. Won't be coming back. Complained to them but got ignored. Completely unprofessional!

A good place to buy a cup of coffee or a specialty coffee drink. It's part of the big international chain, so the quality is standardized.

Enjoy the good seating areas a good portion of coffee.

Popped in for a quick drink while exploring the area. The place was a little dirty, perhaps they had had a rush but I felt the floors could have done with a sweep and the tables wiped down. Had a lovely Christmas latte served by a very cheeky barista with a twinkle in his eye. Was great to see such a happy member of staff with a bit of banter.

I go here all the time for my coffee when visiting the town. Staff are friendly and the coffee is good.

Always visit this Costa branch when in Eton - friendly service - barristers that actually know how to make a dry cappuccino and some lovely outdoor seating, at the rear of the coffee shop, with views of the Thames and the Castle (the views are free!)

I always enjoy Costa coffee and toasted sandwiches, but this cafe in High Street, Eton, was wonderful. The staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. My tall half strength latte was the best I have had for ages. Costa toasted sandwiches are sooo much better than Starbucks, which I tried yesterday. The young man cleaned tables and chairs when it was quiet, and the bathrooms were spotless, with the cleaning regime on the door. The lounge chairs helped me relax and really enjoy the whole experience.

Caffè americano veloce per visita al bagno (senza carta igienica, cosa rarissima all'estero). Un Costa come gli altri. Molto cordiale la cameriera bruna.

Popped into here at 12-00 to purchase two gift cards. Pleasant & welcoming start but as the staff member was new she needed to ask the manager to issue these. Curt, couldn’t be bother, left immediately this was done! Would have been helpful if she’d bother to show the new staff member how to do it for the future. A polite acknowledgment & thanks wouldn’t have gone a miss. Thankfully new staff was polite & said goodbye & thanks. Obviously the Manager had something more important to do or was enjoying her lunch! Won’t visit again. What a shame Costa closed the wonderful branch at the Royal station.

Si tiene la oportunidad de preparar y tomar un café, no pase por alto la Costa. Parece una rama típica, pero hay una terraza trasera muy agradable con mesas, donde puedes sentarte cerca del río. Si está mojado, hay algunos asientos adentro, pero esta no es una rama enorme.

Horrible coffe. Ordered coconut milk later tasted like coconut milk, no coffe. Barrista nearly spiled coffe on the customer infront of me and manager did not say a word.

Costa in Egham is very good and staff always have a smile. What is annoying is that students go in there, take up tables or put them together, and eat their own food and maybe buy one drink, so when regulars go in there is nowhere to sit, and have to leave. No one seems to say anything to them

Uno sabe lo que obtiene cuando va a Costa, pero siempre es agradable recibir una cálida bienvenida y el personal de esta sucursal es muy amable. Los Chocoaltes calientes eran realmente calientes y muy sabrosos al igual que el pastel de jengibre estacional. No nos decepcionó:)

Been coming here for years now and the staff have always been really friendly. However if you want to sit outside there are always students that are very noisy and messy and most have not bought from the shop. Customers come here for a relaxed atmosphere and sitting outside is sometimes the opposite experience.

Great location which has the usual range of Costa food and drink. Has a nice outside seating area close to the river. The outside area could have done with a bit of clean up.

Obviously a standard Costa in terms of range of food /drink and prices etc. Service was good, everything was clean, overall nice setting.

We had a lovely visit to this friendly coffee shop. We sat outside drinking our coffees with a view of the River Thames. Very idyllic spot. Will return.

It's a Costa so usual Costa set-up ! A cosy warm and welcoming location, plenty of seating/tables inside and also seating and table area outside.

Enjoyed coffee and sandwiches at costa coffee. Eat in orders are brought to you at the table :) Our medium cafe latte was in a large glass cup. Good coffee and freshly prepared sandwiches with lovely posters of Italy .

felt very cold and no atmosphere. just came in quickly to get a bite and hot chocolate. was offered whipped cream on it as well which i decided I did want. however it took up half of the glass rather than just on top so I got hardly any hot chocolate - which was also on the cold side. chicken toastie again was quite cold too. generally quite unimpressed with the service and general staff demeanour

Very rude staff, I went & asked the girl if she would mind wiping the table as it was covered in sticky sugar & crumbs, she came over puffing & blowing & begrudgingly wiped the table - she was so rude. I suggest the staff go to Patisserie Valerie's for training as they.might learn how to treat customers !!.

Superbly located close to Eton Bridge, this branch of Costa has a great outside terrace overlooking the Thames. Well worth a visit if you near the bridge to get decent Costa prices and great location

This is a great cafe with very friendly staff who serve delicious coffee. The environment is great with views of the river.

Convenient coffee stop spacious with outdoor area, just across the bridge from Windsor. Service was very good considering it was a Bank Holiday

Happy welcoming staff - nothing is too much trouble. Hot chocs and toasted sandwiches are a speciality. 10% discount if you are from Eton college -need to wear Penguin suit!
