Chips cold and hard. Seems to have declined from previous experiences. Korai sauce was so oily?! Rices both dry too.

We used to get this delivered when we lived in bramley and it was lush.. tho the week day balti had a lot more taste than the weekend delivery so thinking maybe two different chefs..now moved back to Basingstoke we tried several places for a balti and none have come close to how tasty this one is.. it’s definitely our favourite Indian takeaway by far . Highly recommend

Order was delivered 3 hours after being placed as driver ‘delivered to wrong address’. This is the second time this has now happened. Food arrived and most was warm but naan breads were stone cold. Won’t be ordering again from here.

Hi Guys. Food is really nice really like it only thing is if you could reduce your delivery charges than it will be good. I mean i appreciate the effort but paying £5 for a an order I guess is too much. The other thing I need to mention is last time I ordered Chicken Burger with Extra portions of chips the order was ok but when I ordered exact same order I didn’t get the chips with the burger as a side as I get last time whereas I did get my extra portion of chips

Good size portions for mains. Korma was great, Butter chicken was okay just a little bland. Samosa serving was tiny. Free plain naan which was nice.

The food was ok, a bit under seasoned throughout all dishes, but generally ok. The biggest concern was the delivery. I pre ordered just after 5pm for a 7pm delivery. At 7:10pm I indicated through the justeat app a that it was running late and received a response shortly after that they needed more time and it’d be with me at 7:15. I was ok with this but at 7:25, still hadn’t arrived. I used the app again and was told to phone the restaurant, I tried repeatedly but it was constantly engaged. Thr

Don’t bother!! Food was half an hour late. Starter of prawns and onion bhaji were vile and inedible and everything was cold! Never again.

Having ordered many times from here before the quality was always great however this time we were so disappointed with the quality. The poppadoms were chewy, and the saag aloo was horrible and included a large piece of what looked like a wooden stick!. Thoroughly disappointed with this and will not now be returning. Not sure if the ownership has changed since it changed its name but the quality is definitely much worse than before.

Butter chicken sauce was incredibly watery and both the masala and butter chicken were so bland, had no flavour at all. Bhaji’s were dry. Really disappointing, won’t be ordering again

5 minutes late on a 1hr 45m lead time, so actually this was a ridiculous amount of time to wait and not the first time it's taken over and above a reasonable time to deliver. Delivery time stated on Just-Eat is 20 minutes out too - naughty!

Food arrived in a reasonable time. It was not piping hot but not cold either. However, the naan breads were undercooked and a bit doughy and the lamb dish tasted very odd (almost like liver) so we're waiting to see if we get any stomach problems with that. The mushroom nice was very nice though.

Collected exactly on time, friendly staff as always. Food was wonderful - onion bhajis were huge!!

The tikka masala was good but the house special jalfrezi was awful, arrived with a big layer of oil on the top, dabbed that off and poured the curry on my plate and it was still full off oil, had to have a drink after a bite to the point I couldn’t eat it and chucked 3/4 of it away

Was absolutely disgusted to find a spider in the same bag as my Nan bread . Didn’t even realise it was there to begin with eaten half of the bread in the bag put the bag down and a spider crawled out of it. Absolutely disgusting!

Been using these guys about 4 years, but unfortunately no longer after recent events. This is the second time where a main item has been missing from an order, meaning we have to wait for this to be delivered before we can eat our food (which is stone cold by the time the missing main is delivered) .. not acceptable when it’s already a long wait in the first place. In tonight’s missing main there was a thick black hair, but due to chaos we’d already had this evening, I could not be bothered to once again contact the new standard to resolve this and ended up having to reorder elsewhere! 100% will never order again from here.. such a shame as used to be a brilliant takeaway.

It wasn’t a problem. I had had a text saying there was a delay.

I had to pay £2.50 for delivery when it was stated that orders over £35 was free delivery . Also I only had 3 pieces of lamb in my curry the rest was vegetable mostly onions. I complained to the delivery driver about the delivery charge and she said she would go back to the restaurant and get the owner to phone me but haven't heard a thing .

Ordered food on 01/04/22, the food was as you would expect From a takeaway with a captive clientele. The main issue was that when I ordered the food at no point did they tell me that they could not take card payment, there app just put the order through as a cash payment. When the order was delivered, since I had no cash, I gave the delivery person the option of returning the food in-paid or take on trust that I would pay the money owed when the cash machine was working. I have gone out of my way on two occasions since to pay in person on the 04/04 and 11/04 to pay, unfortunately at the on both occasions there was a big sign on the door saying electronics payment not accepted. I have now just received a phone call that was quite verbose asking me to pay for the meal immediately which of course I have done. The owners and staff are extremely ignorant and I will never be using the takeaway again

Second time of ordering, 10/10 both times, food was amazing and delivered on time using the online portal..............keep up the great food and service.

Ordered takeout today, appetisers were good apart from overcooked dry onion bhaji. Meals not good, meat dry, hard and overcooked in both dishes tasted like reheated precooked especially in the expensive almost £12 mixed meat dish. Tikka sauce tasted very much like a coconut korma sauce. For the £43 spent I was very disappointed and will be going elsewhere in the future.

Food was disappointing! Found it rather bland, portion of curry was small but good amount of rice. Naan bread was probably the best part.

The restuarant contacted me to say they were running late, but the food ordered arrived in the original given window.
